I cannot contact anyone there. I placed an order the end of March and I haven't seen my product and there is no one to help me.

Your website is "down" so the order didn't process. No one called or emailed to tell me this and I reached out via email about it with no response. Only received and explanation after calling multiple times and finally getting though to someone. Her answer was "year, our website is down so you order didn't come through so just find it in a store or something." Not very helpful! I was really hoping to get this Rotisserie for my husband for his birthday!

I have no details about my order from Ronco.com, because every attempt to get a hold of them has failed. Every email gets returned as undeliverable or that the email address doesn't exist, and their facebook page has suddenly disappeared. When i ordered my product 2 weeks ago, it was listed as in stock. I have not received an email stating it had been shipped, nor have I received an email that it had been delayed (as it was stated in their FAQ I would receive an email either way). Now, my item is listed as out of stock, as it everything else on their site. Did this company go out of business literally days after I ordered my 4000 series rotisserie?
This rotisserie was ordered to replace the same model I had ordered right before Christmas; the third time I used it, it wouldn't heat during the roast cycle. I tried contacting them for information to fix or replace, but was told there were high wait times and the email request I sent was never answered (sent in January).

The absolute worst online shopping experience I have ever had in my entire life. Order has been “processing” for exactly one month. ZERO communication. ZERO responses to my correspondence. If I could give it his experience ZERO stars I would have.

I made an order in March 2018 that never went through due to website issues. A month later customer service says when called they are still unable to accept orders....How are they even open?

The rotisserie is awesome.
Like I said the rotisserie is awesome but the rib cage we NEVER got. I was also going to get the kabob set of six but they were not available anymore.
I am hoping that the rib cage and the kabob set will be available in the near future but we shall see.

Can't say anyone was rude, no people involved at all. But I ordered a basket that showed to be in stock, been over two weeks ago now. Nothing.....no emails no tracking numbers, no one has replied to my email questions, and no one answers the phone numbers listed on their website...In this day and age, even the post office could have walked the package to me by now....I'm even in Austin where the office shows to be!!!
Will never purchase anything off of Ronco's website again....

Funny, I ordered a Ronco unit on the 26th of January 2018 and I have not received it nor any phone calls to explain why I have not received my unit. This is my second “please review”. Give me a break. After waiting this long Ronco should just send me the unit I ordered for FREE.
So if you are thinking about ordering one you better have patience or think twice.

On January 27th, 2018, I ordered a rib basket. I have yet to receive it. Everytime I call to check on the order, I am told something is wrong with their system and they can't check on my order. This has been going on for almost a month now. This is what I call VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our order never arrived and customer service never responded to our query. This is disappointing because we had such a great experience over the past twenty years with our previous Ronco Rotisserie that we replaced it this autumn. Still waiting on our skewers to make kabobs.....

I placed my order January 29, 2018 and as of today (February 13, 2018) I have not received a Shipping Conformation.
I have called numerous times to be told/informed that the website is being upgraded and no information regarding my order is available
Someone is keeping me from tasty chicken (I ordered the EZ rotisserie).

Over a month later and still unable to process my order. Why buy from Ronco if you can't even process an order? Never mind not being able to make purchase over the phone. Next time. I buy a didifferent brand. Waiting months for items terrible service.

Whenever I have cooked in the past the kids said whatever i cooked tasted like fish. Even waffles in the waffle maker! They eat whatever I fix in the Ronco! I roasted a 12lb turkey for Christmas that everyone loved. The part I like is the clean-up; everything goes in the dishwasher.

Worse experience ever! Ordered Rotisserie in March 2018 after waiting required time for shipment heard nothing. So up to last week after 3 calls and 2 emails, which I had no reply back whatsoever on emails, the 3rd phone customer service representative informed me that all orders placed in February 2018 on had been cancelled due to IT issues of Ronco’s system. I asked how come I wasn’t informed thru email, or two previous calls of this situation. He said I should have been and started asking me who I spoke to, what date I called, etc. I was furious!! This was a birthday gift. He said I wasn’t charged. I said if system down why did Ronco allow my order to be entered. Totally disappointed in Ronco and Customer Service. And what’s so sad I was going to order the more expensive Rotisserie for myself. That is 2 Rotisserie’s. Thank God I didn’t! Plus Thank God I kept calling Ronco. Just typing this is making me so upset!

When I called Ronco and wondered why I got no confirmation, the woman stated their "system" wasn't working. Hey, use a damn pencil. She said it could take a couple of weeks to get it going. Huh? Then why not use a pencil? I looked up this site, and saw that MANY people were in the same boat as I was! There's something wrong here! You don't take confidential information (credit card) and tell customers your system is down and you don't know how long it will take to fill the order. I couldn't get an answer when I asked, "So when do you expect the order to be filled?" She said she didn't know...told me to give her my name and phone number. Huh? There is something DEFINITELY WRONG when a customer now has to worry about her credit card information out there and you get a sick feeling in your stomach. Others have written...IN FEBRUARY! They still don't have their rotisseries. Why isn't the company informing the would be customers on their site BEFORE they get the credit card information! What's with this company? Now I have to wait and see what they do with my credit card information and hope I'm not in a scam....what a way to ruin the Ronco name.

MY second one. First one my Parents bought it for me. I was a runner needed protein. Easy cooking of chicken. That was 1999. They have passed.. i decided to eat heathy again and bought my own..thank you for great cooking. Love it. GOD BLESS
