I really enjoy all the shows, but don't use justanswerI really enjoy all the shows and channels that I get on Roku. The only trouble I had was with Roku support. They said to go to Justanswer.com and for a $1 refundable, they would help me. They charged the $1 and $46 and $39 without fixing anything. Justanswer said they were not aff iliated with Roku. Avoid buying a roku and wasting your money!Bought several rokus in the early days from the little set top squares to the sticks. All ending up being useless and unwatchable. Long lag, sound not in synch, tediously slow and buggy and I'm have fibre to the house. Last one about to go in the bin (along with roku business model I suspect). Don't but roku, buy amazon firestick. Roku just deteriorates with age and their built in obsolence programme. Not worth the time it would take to pea on my last most recent roku purchase. Be warned, don't buy roku, they are a con. Experienced 5 year user, who rarely leaves reviews unless driven by exceptionally good or bad performance. I've used many roku devices, all in the graveyard now and firestick and all other streaming services running beautifully. Make your own minds up! I was watching the series The Practice…I was watching the series The Practice and then left for surgery and now many episodes are missing I unplug Roku and replugged it as that usually helps with other issues still missing so I tried to go through and let their programs populated and reviewed several fast forwarded and it’s on a loop Where I was staying all was fine in a Roku TV and fine on March 28th so if it just happened in the 6th of April 2023 I was wondering if it’s my connection only I am recovering and this is my favorite show they have no help it sucks Maybe the advertisement companies should be bombarded with the complaints as they have more power than us Date of experience: April 06, 2023 Dated: Sun Apr 09 Source: Trustpilot T.W 
I have been looking for a place to…I have been looking for a place to review Roku because I love it so much. My husband is team Google and has Google TV on one of our TVs and Roku on another, and he even agrees Roku is superior. The interface is better, more aesthetic. The voice search truly covers all apps. Platforms like Google eliminate major competitors like Prime from search results which is very annoying. Roku will show every option. Also, Roku has a new remote with a “find my remote” feature! This is genius as the remotes are small and my kids are constantly hiding them. Love Roku so much. Sound problems. No customer service.The Roku Stick 4K that i have would be good if the sound didn't occasionally cut out. Worse than that though is that i find that this has been an ongoing problem for many users for years and the consensus from forum users is that this is a problem with Roku's system. Worse still is that Roku don't seem to have any customer service that i or, apparently, many other people, can actually access, and so i'm left reading through forums. Roku Loading Screen BufferThe Roku Experience is Fine. but everytime, I leave it for 10 minutes it goes to a loading screen. Which is okay but every time I go out of the loading screen and go back to finish what I was previously on. It takes me completely out of the app and directs me to the Roku Channel Or Apple TV Which actually pisses me off because I have to waste my time and go back to what I was doing. I agree to disagree with my fellow…I agree to disagree with my fellow reviewers. We have had the Roku device for our streaming, here in USA 🇺🇸 since it’s inception a decade or so ago . Roku is the pioneer in streaming devices and it has only gotten better with age & wisdom. There is always Customer Service back up if you need it & the device are always very customer friendly. Dodgy Dave's at it with his Streaming StickHandling of the overheating design issue with the Streaming Stick is a little bit concerning. They acknowledge that the design of the product makes it unsuitable for use in many TVs because it's not got enough air to dissipate heat away from the TV, and sell an extension cable to put it further away from the TV. This being the case: why not just put the 10p cable in the box alongside the £50 device? The remote is also advertising laden, and the buttons are prone to accidental presses whenever you so much as breathe near it.
