Garbage customer support and if your a glitcher or hacker or cheater you get rewarded and real players are ignored and treated horribly. R* cares zero about their customers 9nly care about making money

Theses game fukn sucks. Ive been playing it since it came out but just last few years i been playing online.lets just get into it, First off you can't deliver none of your businesses on your own dont know the point in that. Second you tell ever damn person on the map that u are dropping off loads or trying to picking up supplies 10 seconds after you leave wherever. You cant use your own vehicles which you pay all this damn money for an there pretty much usless you just working the club an to make matters worst you put a flying cars an bikes on here as if the trolling wasnt bad enough.when all you could do before is go get jets to destroy someones loads. You guys put every player at a disadvantage by adding bs to the game. I suggest removing the blip of when people are making their drug runs the gun run so that way the trolling people can have a harder time because it sucks to wait forever the them build up an then a flying bike come out of no where a destroys it. Im sure this has not been the first time its been said but ROCKSTAR NEED TO FIX IT because its not fair for people who just want to play the damn game.

Went to purchase GTAV when I read about the 'bonus 1,000,000' if logging in before October 2nd. Ordered the game Sept 30th....
The download didn't begin. Late on the 1st of Oct, I called Rockstar to cancel my order. They said I had to wait until it was done pending. I asked for a Manager and was placed on hold so long I just hung up.
4+ emails telling them to cancel my order. Finally, October 3rd (after the free million even is over), the download becomes available....completely ignored my phone call and multiple emails saying to just cancel the order.
Now on hold with my credit card to dispute the transaction. Never supporting Rockstar again.

Rockstar customer support is the WORST I have ever encountered. Money from my GTA Online account randomly vanished, some of which was purchased with real money via shark cards.
Contacted support, all they did was post me a generic response which didnt address even ONE of my issues, and closed my ticket as 'resolved'. Unbelievable!
I have since STILL received zero reason as to (1) why the money randomly vanished. Or (2) any help in recovering it. Or in fact any help AT ALL.
Safe to say I will NEVER buy a Rockstar game EVER again.

Awful, greedy company. I bought a copy of GTA 5 the week it was released, and have had nothing but problems playing the game ever since. The installer takes hours to complete then forces you to connect to the internet and download double the amount of data (75Gb) that was on the original DVDs. Then tells you, (despite the fact you're connected to the internet and can access everything else just fine) that you are not connected to the internet. Variations of this include Rockstar servers are down or some other rubbish. Finally lets you play the game after around 6 hours installing.
The following day it no longer works and tells you you need to wait another 2 hours (on a 7.5 MB/s connection!) for 'updates'.
Then tells you you need to install the rockstar games launcher. Once installed fails to detect you already had the game installed and running and forces you to download the whole thing again from scratch.
People tell me the pirated version of GTA 5 does not include any of this ridiculous and disrespectful b/s from Rockstar and they are convincing me that is the way to go rather than paying these fools any more money. Ever.

Someone has stolen my account login details and they will not help at all, keep telling me to reply to them via email to prove who I am when every single message I have sent them has been via email, absolutely useless make billions on making games and don't care one bit about the people that buy them, SHOCKING.

Bought a hard copy of GTA V for pc. It won't launch without internet, and when I got internet and installed the required update, it corrupted and became unplayable again shortly after.
Customer support was severely unhelpful. No luck getting refunded.
Complete failure as a company.

On purpose I have bought gta v in cd version, since I don't have internet connection. Of course, after running 7 freaking CD s it occurred that I have to download 20gb more from internet. So why the hell are you selling CD s then!? Moreover, after 2-3 days of playing, those scumbags made me again download another amount of data. For instance unwanted anti virus. If u don't want to download it, the game won't work in offline mode. That is strongly dishonest. Wasted money on them. Don't know why consumers don't want to take them to the court, the gamer has his own right if he wants to download these things or not when playing the game. But they don't give a damn - you won't to play - download 20gb more of unwanted crap. Go to hell Rockstar scumbags.

So I just bought the game because it was on sale so I go to do the character transfer. And it’s not there. Contacted the support team and they said no feature exists but yet my friend did it. Yeah if I could give this game a 0 out of 5 I would. Just like activision can’t do why the players want everything got to be stuck behind a freaking paywall

Their process of dealing with players is absolutely terrible. They have double standards of making a game only they get anything out of. Their AI in the GTA V game is specifically designed to cause you as much frustration as possible. For a company to be providing a game for people to enjoy they definitely seem to be preying on the worst in people for money; not making a game for people to escape to and enjoy. The only reason to buy GTA V is because it has a very particular set of niche vehicles/mechanics that no other games have. Even then, you have to spend hours upon days upon weeks grinding out hair-pulling-ly frustrating mini-missions to afford anything. And of course they are always updating the game to make it more difficult to make money so that you resort to buying in game cash with real world money. It is the closest thing to pay to win that I have experienced without the developers outright acknowledging it. My advice is to stay away from this company if possible, it will save a lot of time, money, and frustration.

Rockstar, you guys had perhaps the best chance to make one of the best games of this decade. Instead of worrying about that, you produced a half-baked online experience, which let me inform you the online version of the game is the reason I and many millions bought your game. It seems to me as if the reasoning for this is some kind of monetary gain.. and hey maybe I'm wrong maybe you guys are genuinely trying but to me it just seems highly unlikely.

Some games are great and its fun to play BUT Rockstar themselves are a bunch of stuck up aholes. There services aren't fun to deal with. They just absolutely s*** on players in the games unless you spend like 1 grand on the game. I get it money is nice but I have never seen a company be this terrible to their well paying customers.

Purchased xbox 1S had to sell it due to hard times and paying bills. Forgot to erase my hard drive when I sold it so I lost my GTA online character ! which I had purchased shark cards, and in game currency. Contacted support rock star support and they would do nothing to help me. I asked if they would give me a shark card to give me some of my progress back they said no. I asked if there was anything they could do the answer was no they're sorry I will not be supporting rock star games any longer period!! They do not support their customers or fans!!!!!! Asshol3s waste half a night on a heist mission set up and some punk leaves and you get nothing. Might be ok for some one that doesnt work 70hr a week.
