I ordered Rocksbox for the first time and received my 3 items. The items did not match any I stated I was interested in. I returned all 3 items using the prepaid return label. I then canceled my account.
Four months later my bank account was debited over $300 for the items. My only way to contact them was via email. Rocksbox returned half of my money and I’ve yet to receive the rest. Beware of this company.

Used jewelry, shoes wear. Not stabilized like promised. Receive broken jewelry. Customer service rude. Not enough jewelry because of having too many members. Charged even after canceling...beware of them!

I never heard of this site until I started getting spam emails from them. For that reason, they seem a little suspicious to me.

I found out about this site a little over a week ago. I think the concept is great and will for sure be gifting Rockboxes for Christmas this year.
