I guess I should have known that for the price I paid for my rain suit it wasn't going to be a quality product. I ordered a Medium. The pants fit like an extra large and I couldn't even zip up the jacket as it was so small. I can't even describe the material it was made from as I have never seen it before. Somewhere between tin foil and vinyl.

I had no problem until, you received the irons back June 6 2021. I would love to still buy from you. but the idea that I returned my tailor-made M2 irons and you still are charging my PayPal is Ridiculous, please review and check UPS was used and I printed the label thru ur company. The club arrived several days ahead of schedule. Since it was coming directly from the manufacturer, I assumed it would actually be later than anticipated. But, leave it to RBG to come thru again! I have been buying things from RBG for many years and their customer service is outstanding. In the past, they have helped me get credit for trade-in's processed quickly, so I could use the credit on a new purchase, etc.

The price was perfect but the shoes were not listed as an open box item. They were white shoes and the stain that was on them was minor buy noticeable. I will put more stains on I am sure, but I was a little disappointed. All of my previous purchases have gone off without a hitch, not this one though. I will be more careful when ordering next timer just by at a brick and mortar store where I can view the item first. Sorry but you missed the bullseye this time.

I would recommend this website for ordering golfing products. My only con would be the return policy. Wish it had free returns on items like Golf Shoes! Hard to tell if shoes fit well unless you can try them on! Unfortunately mine were too tight but not worth paying the return shipping!

SWEET, bought Etonic rain suit which I had to wear the other day and it repelled the rain and kept me dry. Also bought light weight Gallaway Balboa golf shoes and 4 pair of Etonic golf gloves. With shipping AND the CDN exchange, all this cost less than just a rain jacket from Golftown here in Canada. Ordered on May 2 and delivered by UPS May 6th.....Amazing!!!

I was sold a used golf cart when I had ordered a new one. Obvious breach of warranty and good business practice. Scott offered me the choice of returning it, replacement with another model (they were out of stock on the model I was sent) of $15 cash/$20 store credit.
Given the nature of the used goods delivered and their less than generous $15 offer, I returned the golf cart.
Poor business practice selling used as new. My last purchase from RBG. I would give a Zero rating if it were possible.

I ordered 2 dozen Wilson 50 with personal name on them. They got here sooner than projected and were perfect. Haven't used them yet but am looking forward to. It was a good deal. But the box was kind of open when I got it. The part that is taped in the picture could easily be pushed in so the contents could be removed with out much effort.

Given the new rules of pandemic style golf, many courses now require walking instead of riding.
I searched high and low for a good push cart and literally every golf store was out of stock or on a June-July back order date.
