Its a great solution and the commision is not that high, I would give Rezgo de 5 starts once there is an option to work with card deposit for instance like the 1000usd that rent a cars freeze from the credit cards...

Overall I am fairly pleased with the system and it's capabilities. I do feel before I signed on that I was promised more capabilities than what the system is currently capable of doing. I expressed that a few times though it seems it was not a priority to take the time to help me set things up and understand how I can use Rezgo to the fullest. I usually get a lot of "ill forward that request to the programmers" and to me that pretty much means I wont hear anything back again about it. I wish I understood more about the technical things and how to use my system more efficiently.
I am not really sure if this program was designed for Concierge services or just single business'. I feel that with almost 400 options on my site, it's not really designed for operations like mine at this time.
When a guest books and then decides to change to a different tour, instead of being able to move the tour and have the pricing adjusted to the new tours price, it keeps the same price. Really frustrating as I have to refund the card then have the guest book again instead of just changing the tour, having Rezgo adjust the price, and then have me either charge funds or refund.
The card on file does not stay on file so I have to contact my merchant services to get the card number again in case a guest upgrades or changes the tour. We should be able to keep the card on file and be able to use it rather than it disheartening shortly after booking. If you modify the booking, the card "drops off" the booking and then I have to call to get the card number.
When we build a new inventory, it would be awesome to copy and paste the rates (ie similar to how you can "copy" the forms part and then apply it to other vendors). This probably isn't used by other people often though for us, it's helpful.
We really love how Travel Insurance is offered along with a traceable CXL Policies check box, however, if we book multiple activities and then send a guest a payment link, there is no travel insurance or policies check box. This is an example how when I was old "we will submit it to the programmers" and never heard back about it.
System is mobile friendly which is great as if I am on the go and need to do something I can easily log in and adjust the booking.
While there is more feedback, I feel that there is really little action being taken or not much willingness to communicate with me about things that I need (and was promised the system could do). I think the biggest reason for a 3 start review for me is really the interactions with Rezgo team members, not really the system itself as I understand that it's a growing system. I feel that once you got me hooked, you moved on to the next person and left me hanging.
Hope this helps and maybe someone will reach out and take the time to help me refine the system.

Thank you for joining us this long and not easy journey. It's definitely a new-age solution for small business like us. However there is much to be improved for example: Booking notification to email needs to be updated, email body should contain all the booking information instead of click on different links to get that information. More and more small businesses utilize parsing and automation tool but these tools not allow to access to third party links. Also, there is a hotel pick-up information missing, so we have to follow up with the customer again to get that information. This information must have, no need to contact each individual customer to obtain this information. It's good have auto-confirmation message send out to the customer after booking has been successfully completed.
Again, thank you for your help and I'm confident we can grow together.

Rezgo is the best booking platform I used so far. It is perfect for selling my tours at amatungulu.com in US$, reliable and the best part: when you have a new business with no income yet, it is a free way to help you start and build clients.

Rezgo has been easy to set up and looks very clean and professional.
We have definitely noticed an increase in bookings online because of Rezgo. I like that I can sync it with my calendar, thats very useful.
Bug bears for me are blocking out days, I would prefer a system similar to Viator.
Mapping tours with Viator, I never get a response from Rezgo as to how it is going their end, I am sure Viator are part of the problem too here.
The Rezgo system isn't perfect for our model but it is nearly there.

The fact that there is no upfront fee and the costs are a percentage of bookings through the site makes it ideal when starting. We have integrated the WordPress Plugin which seem to work well after some customisation. Customer support is efficient and reliable. My only concerns are: 1) Multilingual is still not available although it has been requested many times 2) Multi-currency is also not available 3) Add-on services are not available upon check-out. In all it is a great software, user-friendly that helps us starting. If there are improvements we would like to stick to it.

As an agency, we have screened several tour booking plugins and platforms for our tour operator client Sardinia Slow Experience, and we decided to go with Rezgo as it appeared to be the most complete and convenient booking solution on the market.
After the (pretty easy) implementation, we had a great support from the Rezgo team, who has been available for demos, free branding of our client's booking and landing pages, and for further support including dedicated conference calls. Our client is very happy with Rezgo, as the reservation started flocking in almost immediately.
Next, our agency will adopt Rezgo again in another project for a new client, a Rome-based tour operator - and we guess they will be very happy too! Absolutely recommended!

Good functionality for the price.
I would highly recommend this software to any activity and tour company. It is cost effective and easy to get started. There is ongoing development it simply gets better in each release. I also have found support to be helpful by phone or online messaging.
In future developments I would appreciate being able to have the ability to change from a per person pricing structure to a flat fee structure for my step-on-guide bookings.
I would also like to be able to set up multiple day tours in a couple of clicks with one total price instead of booking each tour separately, which has been confusing for my clients.
