This was nearly the worst experience I’ve ever had. The shipping company ontrac informed me of wrong apt even though I pay through PayPal and have never had this ever! Then I find out the following day that it is still in warehouse BUT when I called revolve they went above and beyond to rectify the situation and I am a happy customer. I'm an aware consumer, including being a Nordie for 40 years, and worked in various Customer Service positions; I have to say I'm extremely impressed by how professional (straightforward, competitive, expeditious, generous CS policies) this company and their policies are. The quality seems in line with their prices, and the presentation and items offered reflect good taste (IMHO). I had to return because I couldn't pull of the particular junior look I was trying to (as a senior), but the return was incredibly easy! VERY IMPRESSIVE! Revolve processed the return in record time, notified me cordially and pronto, no cheesy pressure to exchange instead of return anywhere that I could find, and my cc notified immediately that the return credit process was completed successfully.
I first became a Nordie in Cerritos, although now I'm in Marin. I'm impressed that Cerritos has always been a under-the-radar high-revenue community, but especially impressed that their public high school is extremely high achieving without all the hoopla found in more glitzy affluent areas. I guess it makes sense Revolve, based in Cerritos, is also a high achiever! Thanks, Revolve!

Ordered twice. First time it was canceled. I reached out to them through chat and i've been said i just need to place a new order. Ok done. Well, i wasn't surprised but the second order got canceled too. Here i am in the chat again. And their representative saying to me quote "our risk department don't FEEL COMFORTABLE processing this order" i thought it was a joke but it wasn't. The saddest part is i got a gift card for this store which is paid for but apparently i can't use it cause the reason above. It's 2019 and this site is a joke. I'm really sorry for the person that paid for the gift card and presented to me but hey, it was a good experience cuz i never thought i could receive such response anywhere but i did.
And btw i didn't even receive any email that my orders were canceled. I'm lucky i've checked them.
Avoid this site at any cost and save your nerves. They don't deserve any profit and should be ceased to exist.

Revolve is not as bad as everyone says it is. Some of the clothes are great quality (Brands: NBD, Lovers + Friends, etc.) Then some of them are REALLY bad quality (Brands: Privacy Please, etc.).
I do agree that some items are way over-priced for what you get though. I’ve purchased really nice, expensive pants that were $150, then after wearing them once they fell apart. But then I got another pair of pants from Lovers + Friends, and they are absolutely gorgeous. So many compliments.
Honestly, its a hit or miss. The best thing to do is read the reviews for the specific clothing or item, which will let you know if you should purchase it or not based on the other reviews.
But customer service was always wonderful for me!

Ordered $400 worth of clothes and received the delivery email stating the package would arrive by 7/12. I tried tracking the package but the updates were delayed. I finally called revolve today (7/22) and the woman I spoke to stated they’ve emailed me to let me know they weren’t delivering my package. I checked my spam and junk mail and never received an email. The customer service rep was extremely rude and essentially told me I’m a liar. They never processed my reimbursement, either. Had I not called, I doubt they would have processed a refund. I highly advise you not spend you money on this website. Shop elsewhere!!

Ok, so I have shopped here for YEARS and never had an issue...until now. I do love some of their brands. And I’ve always raved about them to my friends. Because I have spent many years being a LOYAL customer, I am honestly disappointed about how I was just treated. I purchased a dress ($189) back in December 2018. It was too small so I did a free exchange request through their website and I shipped back the dress for a different size. I got the new dress/size that I wanted quickly, which is great and I kept it.
Then 3 months later, Revolve charged me ANOTHER $189. I thought that’s weird...I didn’t buy anything that month. So I called Revolve Customer Service myself and the person that I spoke to also confirmed that I did not order anything that is $189 at this time. I did not authorize this charge or buy anything additional for $189 so my credit card company (who is amazing) claimed fraud, refunded me and re-sent me a new credit card in case another person had my credit card information.
Then 6 months later!!! I just placed an order with Revolve. Revolve sent me an e-mail saying that they will not proceed with my new order until I pay them the $189 because they claimed they never got my return from December 2018!!! I would not be cleared until I give them proof that the package was indeed delivered. Are you kidding me? I used YOUR PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL. How am I suppose to show you PROOF OF DELIVERY from last year, December 2018? Look into it yourself and contact UPS! They claimed they had sent me several e-mail inquiries back then, but I checked all of my folders and I 100% did not get anything. I advised them to cancel my new order because I was so upset and frustrated.
After speaking with their incompetent Customer Service team, I decided to call UPS anyway and was able to get a PDF RECEIPT COPY myself...that shows UPS did deliver it to their warehouse. I just forwarded this proof to Revolve in an e-mail...the girl was like “Hmm this tracking number doesn’t match.” I said “YES IT DOES. You are looking at the second return label that I never used for the new dress because I kept it.” And she goes “Ooohh I see now, it’s the other return label.” I just can’t believe this. I don’t know what’s going on over there, but they need to get their act together. I am so traumatized and frustrated with what I had to just go through because they can’t keep track of their items.
The girl says she forwarded my proof to her lead/team. Now I’m waiting for Revolve to get back to me to confirm that there is nothing else that I have to do on my end. I will update this review on a more positive note if they decide to say that I’m in the clear.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered 4 dressed, in total they cost $625. None of them fit. I returned them with the return label included with the receipt in the bag. The company claims now three months later that they never received the items and they refuse to refund me. I have called them 7 times during business hours and I am always told someone will call me back and yet no one does. So I disputed it with my credit card company and the vendor informed my credit card company that they never received the merchandise so Chase is making me pay the $625. I returned the item with 4 other packages and every other package was received in 2 days and a refund issued. I am furious and out $625.

I purchased two sweaters and they are deformed. I mean pockets where there should not be pockets. Bunched up on the side. What a waist of money and the sale was final. I can't even give these away.
Please DO NOT buy from this company! Go to Nordstroms Rack or look for sales.

I had ordered a foundation to be shipped to Spain. I paid shipping and customs in advance to avoid delays. 15 days after the estimated delivery date I contact them to find out they had returned the price of the product to my account but as they don’t do returns on shipping and custom tax, they basically robbed me of 16 euros for nothing. I never asked for a refund!! Just wanted my foundation!!?? They should not take such an action without my consent. That’s fooling people.
UPDATE: after my review here and on Revolves webpage they finally decided to refund the full amount and ship my product without shipping charges. One of these days I hope to receive my package. I appreciate their efforts even though it should be a standard and not a reaction after several complaints. I probably won’t buy from there again.

I ordered twice. The first time I ordered about $600 in dresses. When they arrived one dress had tassels that were unraveling and the dress quality of the dresses were cheap. So cheap I would describe the feel of a particular dress as that of paper. It was terrible. I returned each dress which I believe was free to return. I tried once more and ordered two dresses of different material for $200 each. The quality again was way cheaper than what I spent. It looked like the dress should have cost $30? Maybe $45 if we’re pushing it. I returned these dresses as well and have concluded they are over priced and sell very low quality items despite how they might appear online. I’m done being fooled by REVOLVE.

I have been buying from this site for 3 years now and everything is perfect!! When some items didn’t fit me and I returned them I received a total refund! I have never experienced any problem and their customer service is great as well as their items! I would recommend this site blindfolded!

Horrible company. I have spent over $1,000.00 in the past few months and they charged me 15% restocking fee for the returned unworn dresses. According to the customer service department i have to keep 50% of the ordered merchandise in order to avoid those fees.How crazy that they tell me what to do! In the meantime everything they sell is overpriced. They charged me $770.00 in fees on top of $1000.00 that i paid in full price. Girls be careful of this scam company. They went public a few weeks ago and obviously trying way to hard to squeeze every dollar out. Misleading, deceptive and unfair policy. Revolve is no longer being Revolve. If you want to buy same brands go to Neiman Marcus or Bloomingdales much better customer service.This company become too greedy for its own good. Shame on them.

I’m a little confused by all the bad reviews. One, the clothes are expensive, but the dresses I’ve purchased from here have been top quality compare to any other store. The quality of the clothes far outstanding lulu’s. They only sell name brand/designer clothes. I’m on this review website because I purchased some dresses from elsewhere that turned out to be a horrible experience (petals and pup), and I’m just wishing I had stuck to revolve. I’ve made honest reviews on revolve’s website and I think it’s oretty obvious that all of the reviews are from normal people as there are some poor ratings. I’m not sure why others are upset, but the dresses I’ve purchased (about 5-7 of them), have been amazing! I’ve also returned without issue from within the US. Now that I’m in Canada, it’s not really worth it to return due to shipping costs alone sometimes.

I ordered from revolve a few days ago, the shipping was very quick which I was please about, although the duties and taxes were a bit ridiculous - living in Canada I expect this most of the time so that wasn’t what threw me completely off.
I recieved my body suit I had purchase, and when I took it out of the packaging I notice it was dirty in the crotch area (clearly from someone trying this body suit on with no underwear). Absolutely disgusted.

My experience has been positive. I have received some poor quality clothes but that is on the manufacturer not Revolve. Read the product reviews, google other places that sell the same thing.
Free shipping and free returns make exchanges easy and quick. I am not 5’10” 115 lbs. Exchanging should be expected and it is easy for an online store.

I bought a crazy expensive pair of designer track pants and was worried after I read some reviews about broken parcels and shipping that took two months! But I‘m in love with REVOLVE! As someone, who lives in Austria, customs duty is not nice to us, but with REVOLVE and DPD I didn‘t need to pay an additional fee or taxes, which is AMAZING! Also the pants arrived safe and sound and the quality is very good, but I reckon it‘s not REVOLVE but the designer!
10/10 would recommend and definitely buy again from this platform!

Had the worst experience. They hide their bad reviews so their ads on Facebook, etc. don’t even show the truth of costumer experience. Good luck on returning ANYTHING because they charge the customer so much it costs more than the actual clothing sometimes so it’s not even worth it. Material wasn’t same as advertised and if I can save one person from this company it would make me feel a little better. DONT ORDER!!!!

I was a bit sceptical before I ordered because of all the bad reviews, but I really can‘t complain.
I returned some of the articles and after a while I contacted Revolve, because I hadn‘t received my Money back yet (which can take a while when ordering from another Country) and I must say their customer Service is excellent! Super friendly, I got an answer from them immediately and a couple hours later I had the money back
