Very bad software a lot of issues with softswitch and bugs. And when you report a bug the issue is only resolved in the next update and the update comes once in the year...!!! I bought the softswitch and reported many bugs and issues which they could not resolve in one year and after one year they fixed the issu in new update but told me that I have to pay for updating the switch as my support was for one year but I told them I reported the issue during my active support and if they could not fix the issue during my active support time its their fault but they didnot respond to me. My operator code is 75555 and ticket no. 1997215, Ticket generated on 17-06-2016 and issue was fixed on 19-09-2017 you can see they took more than one year for fixing a minor bug and still many other issues I reported that they never fixed. And meanwhile now as my support has been expired they are asking me more money to renew support before they update my switch.

They have the best IP Phone Service. They solve the Problem in very Quickest Time. Specially Customer Service is Excellent, Very Happy to work with the US Sales Team. They are very Co-operative. Most important think is they are reachable 24/7.
