I would not even give this company rip off any stars, purchased a product on 20 the August nothing, tried email nothing phone disconnected how can the law allow this person to still operate. I have fair trading investigating and my bank.

Ordered some bands on Feb 18th still waiting have tried calling the number and get a message saying is out of service. Emails bounce back and no reply to on-site message.

Placed an order on the 21st of January and have not received the goods. Cannot get a hold of them via phone or email, so I'm not sure if this is a scam website? Looked up the ABN which is registered to Mefit Personal Training. I rang the phone number and it just rang out. I guess the next step will be to contact ACCC.
Update: It's now the 22nd of Feb and still no reply to emails or phone calls. I have contacted both the ACCC and my bank, so we'll see what happens!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When product eventually arrived after my several unsuccessful attempts at contacting the company product arrived far too late and was unsuitable. Returned couple of days later and still waiting for refund despite numerous phone messages and emails. No one ever answers the phone or calls you back. I am about to contact Fair Trading Department. My advice is do not purchase from this company.

I have the same issues as many here. Still haven't received my order, won't return calls, won't reply to emails. Seriously pi##ed. Can't rate 1 star as I haven't received any communication to able to judge "unreasonable and rude conduct".
It appears the glitches don't effect payment received from the company.

I ordered the Advanced Pro Loop Full Body Functional Training Package 4.0 16 January 2019, received confirmation and payment processed. I am yet to receive the delivery. Have left multiple phone messages, emails and messages via webpage - nil response. I would appreciate contact to provide update on where these items are?

If I could rate them a zero I would. Completely unacceptable. Ordered on the 15th of February. Never received my order although they were quick enough to take my money. Tried emailing, phoning, messaging to the chat on the page, emailing on the page itself, finally got a response on their fb page saying they would get back to me when I pmed it. That over a week ago but I've had no response since. I need my bands to do my physical therapy and don't have any more money to order from somewhere else as I had to save up for months for my order. It's really obvious that they know they have issues with their website, phones and emails but have not bothered to provide an alternative method of contact. Completely feed up at this moment in time.

Not really one star.. I’m going straight to consumer affairs and requesting a charge back from the bank.. as I know now after reading or the previous reviews my goods will never arrive. Would be great if this website could be shut down

Do not use this company. Ordered on June 20 and still no delivery . Have tried daily to call , always disconnected. Emails on their website don’t even go through. Emails back to the original order/ invoice email not replied.They did however however have no problems taking my money straight away.
On the company’s websites reviews, they all seem glowing but funnily enough there is no way to actually leave a review . Absolute scam. Will definitely be taking this further.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I gave RBA my money.I have heard nothing either, so many emails, all returned of course, online live chat no one responds, even emailed through Paypal and no reply there either so I have asked Paypal to review this and refund if this purchase cannot be resolved. Customer Service at it's absolute worst. Did anyone who wrote here ever receive their goods? David

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I placed an order on the 21st of November and received the confirmation email. I have since not received the order, tried emailing multiple times & the emails continue to bounce back. Will be spreading the word to ensure no one else is ripped off.

Mark (from RBA) contacted me and explained the delay was due to system issues and was sounded sincere. He apologized and also gave me a free upgrade of the system I got and immediately organized the delivery with the delivery information within 24 hours.
It seems the issue has affected their phone, email and ordering system. The lack of communication seems to be due to the system error rather than the service of the company. This is also evident as reviews were fantastic prior to a few months ago.
If you are experiencing delays with your order and can't get through, might be worth while using trustpilot to communicate for the time being. I will order from them again in the future.
Called and emailed multiple times with no response and no one responding to the calls. This is now day 18 with no response and no delivery. I would be fine with a delay as these things do happen in the business but the lack of communication is frustrating. I Bought the product from them as I wanted to support a local company but it seems I should have just trusted the previous reviews of this company.

Placed an order (#2929), have not yet received order even though the advertised timeframe has passed. Sent an email, which got bounced back as undeliverable. Very poor service, would not recommend.

As with previous reviews unable to contact company - phone not answered and no response to messages left. No response to emails - in fact emails are rejected. No response to messages left on website. Really poor service when bands are urgently needed to take away on extended holiday.
So some bands arrived 23 days after the order was placed. By itself OK provided they advised later delivery date.
BUT it was the wrong order, nothing like what was ordered. I have returned the goods received, together with a copy of the original invoice which depicts the goods correctly ordered, for a full refund,. You cannot contact them to discuss and I cannot wait another 23 days.

So im thinking the 2-9 days of delivery they may have missed a zero in the end of that? Maybe - just maybe it should read 20-90 days delivery! Phone is on Message bank - Email replies non-existent! Someone - ANYONE from the company please get in contact with me to ensure me of some hope of seeing what 'others' here say 'great product'.!!!

Ordered a resistance band package and was told I would receive my order within 2-9 working days. That has now lapsed and I have not heard from the company even though I have phoned and left 3 messages and sent an email. Still no response. They took my money and now I have no goods. This is just not good enough and not communicating with their customers is just worse. They
call themselves Resistance Bands Australia but this is not the way Australian online retailers should work. I will be seeking consumer legal advice if they do not contact me soon. Buyer beware.
