I had bought a pair of jeans from the store in Leeds. The staff was awful and had put the wrong jeans in my bag. When I had realised and took them back the next morning, they refused to change my item.

£180 for a pair of jeans and they won’t swap for the correct size is just shocking.

After I contacted the head office in Italy, they told me they have no control over it. Sorry but someone selling your product you should have control of. I spend on average £2000 to £3500 a year at replay.

I will definitely not be buying anything more from replay.

My wife bought me a blazer for Christmas plus a jacket. She bought it in due time (second week of december) to ensure arrival for Christmas.
The blazer was unfortunately the wrong size.
However, we were told returns/changes were impossible as 14 days had passed.
Never use this Replay online shop.
Horrible service.

Decent enough merchandise but poor poor returns policy... how on earth can you justify charging me 25% for "delivery costs"... poor in the sense that they refuse to tell you how much shipping will be until they have their product back and there is NOTHING you can do about it!

They use Fed-Ex and TNT for international delivery. Nuff said. Whilst Replay Jeans are pretty good, trying to get the goods you have paid for is a completely different matter. It's been so bad, that I won't purchase from them online again.

Not bad. I just like Replay jeans. But I gotta say the packaging didn't meet my expectation. Bought two pairs of jeans, one pair's bag is open (not sealed) and the jeans were rolled and packed into the half-open bag...wait a sec. why did you roll the jeans? Lots of wrinkles btw. Although the jeans are not like dress pants, still don't feel comfortable. The other pair is fine.

FedEx delivered my parcel to the wrong address, Replay were utterly disbelieving, and not helpful.

Took me over 4 weeks to track my parcel down.

Not only will I never buy online from replayjeans again, I will never again buy another item of Replay clothing.
