For the last three days (7/18-7/20) I have not been able to get ahold of customer service. When calling the service number I either get a busy signal or a message that the call won't go through. On the rare occasion that I do get a connection, the automated system just puts me on hold for excessive amount of time (been hanging up after 30 minutes). Live chat is not available...only able to leave a written message but have received no response. Have also sent emails to which I have received no response. There is nothing posted on the website indicating there is any issue with their systems.

Buyer beware!!! Avoid ordering anything from this company at all cost. I ordered an electrical component for my washing machine but made the mistake of installing it and then finding it didn't work or didn't solve my problem. I attenpted to return the part and sought a refund but RepairClinic refused the return because the part had beeen installed. It's a gamble ordering from this company because of its return policy so its in your best interest to order from somewhere else.

I ordered a part for $400, received it, it was not even close to the right size, I used model numbers to locate the part. I sent it back for a refund meeting refund policy requirements. The company insists that the part was attempted to be installed, and it was not attempted to be installed, it clearly didn't fit and won't refund or exchange. I am out $400. Don't use this company.

Ordered a fan motor, when it wasn't delivered on the date promised, I called and told them to cancel as I couldn't wait 30 days to repair the 'Fridge, in addition I sent an email more than 3 weeks prior to "delivery"! I received a notification that the package was on it's way and though I forwarded the original email they responded they had no "record"! Upshot is that I'm now in a search w/fedex over a supposed delivery! Repairclinic .com has an incompetent staff and too high prices, & long delivery time. Wish I'd checked these reviews! KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!

DO NOT PURCHASE! As for my own experience with this website, it is a fraud. I made a purchase and did not even take the item out of the box other than opening it to see. My family decided to just go ahead and order another washer and decided to return the $200+ item. We decided to just go ahead and replace it since the washer was on sale. Their return department deemed that the item was installed, I do not believe that they intend for customers to return any of the products because the item was shipped with no packing slip as they stated on the website. It's basically their words against yours, I should've ordered the same item on Amazon and it wouldn't have been such a hassle for a return. I had to contact them 3 times to get an update on the return, they received the item 3 weeks ago and did not even bother to contact me with the update, now that I reached out to them they said they cannot do the return because the item was installed. This place is a SCAM.

I was told it would be $125 for the service call but if you have them repair your appliance then they waive that fee. Since I need my dryer repaired I said that was fine. The repairman showed up rushed in took off the back of the dryer said it was the pulley $475 plus tax. he obviously was giving an inflated price because he didn't want to do the work and just wanted to collect his $125 and leave. He was here less than 5 minutes and I felt totally ripped off and mad. I called the company twice to complain and after being on hold for 10 minutes each time they hung up on me. Do not call this company they are a total rip-off.

and then try to return good luck having someone pick up the phone on the other end I have tried about 20 times to contact them how in the would that they were available to take a order take your payment and then fall off the face of the earth is just wrong if I could give negative stars they would get -5 they should close their doors go out of business and leave it to someone who will be more than happy to run a business and provide just good service would be a great improvement from what they don't or wont provide

I ordered a pressure washer replacement pump and thermal vent. I was apprehensive about the negative reviews but my experience was great.
Repair clinic delivered on time and at no extra charge.
The only reason for 4 starts not 5 is the lack of communication with customer service .
I understand that during the pandemic companies are doing the best they can .
I would buy from them again

I ordered a part for my dryer and paid extra for 2 day shipping. after 4 days the part was still not here and they did not reply to my email. I called and was put on hold for 30+ minutes. I asked for a refund on the premium shipping. they told me no way. Website is good place to find a part info, once you find it go to Amazon to buy it...costs less and they are reliable.

I have used this website various times over the past 20 years. I have never had an issue until this past order. Our microwave needed a glass tray and coupling. They shipped the glass tray and when the coupling wasn't included, I thought I must have failed to order it, which we needed in order for the microwave to function, so I ordered it. Then they shipped me TWO, and said the original one had been on backorder, but that was never communicated to me. So now I have a part I don't need and can't use, but they would only let me return it if I paid for the shipping, AND they charged me shipping on the part even though I had a coupon for free shipping. They have lost a loyal customer of over 20 years all because they fail to allow me to return something and pay for the shipping.

I DON'T THINK I'VE HAD A WORSE EXPERIENCE FROM A WEBSITE BEFORE!!! I should have known when it started with an almost 40 minute wait on the phone trying to figure out the part number for my washing machine door hook since it was the only part number missing on the diagram from every website I looked up. Finally reached a lady who told me what the replacement part would be. PAID $27.99 EXTRA FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. Did not receive the tiny part until 5 DAYS LATER!!! WORST OF ALL THE PART SHE TOLD ME DID NOT FIT OUR MODEL, NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!! When I contacted them for at least a refund on the shipping since it was so late and caused me so much time of not being able to do laundry they said "expedited shipping is not guaranteed through FedEx...NO REFUND WAS GIVEN. I've not been treated so poorly by a company that I can remember.

I ordered two parts for my AC and got confirmation email, then it went silence. No way to find out order status except calling them. After putting up on hold for >20 min, I was told the items are in back-ordered. what the hack it doesn't tell me they don't have items ready to ship? A few days later I emailed to cancel the order. No response. Have to call again. The only thing good about this website is that you can speak to someone and they seem to be helpful. If you don't want waste time, stay away from them.

I ordered a part from them which came broken, so i called and was on hold for at least a half an hour just to talk to some one, then they were not helpful telling me i need to pay for return shipping for the broken part because it was to long after it was delivered (because covid-19 shut everything down) they didn't care no exceptions. so i spent return shipping on a part that was delivered to me broken to begin with in order to get my money credited back, but still lost shipping cost. In hinde sight i should have complained more to customer service but kinda hard when everytime you call it is at least a 30 min on hold, they probably do that on purpose so people just give up. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Repair clinic boast same day shipping but what they don't tell you is standard shipping can take two weeks, I paid $8.00 to ship a 2"x2" 1oz part, ok shipping cost a little expensive but they ship same day, 13 days transit from MI to GA, I tracked it as the parts traveled all over the North actually moving farther away from GA.
Bottom line I will never use Repair Clinic again.

Ordered two parts. First one was right. Second, a light fan blade was waaaaay off. I tried all weekend to cancel the order calling and chatting. Chat is the worst. It will tell you your fourteenth in line and all of a sudden its stuck at seven for an hour. The second time 2 hours. Bull$#*! sent me a little bitty fan that would never work. Can probably make the motor work. This is total bull$#*! they do nothing on the weekend. He tells me a model number that he says I gave them when I ordered, problem is the model number doesent exist on my unit. Stay AWAY. Fan is made out of nothing.

Purchased a carb rebuild kit from RC in Michigan the same day I purchased another item from a company in Texas. Shipping from TX to IL for a much larger/heavier item was less than half that charged by RC, and arrived in two days. RC item has still not arrived - eight days later. Tracking record shows the RC item went from Michigan to Ohio to Indianapolis Indiana so far - AWAY from IL instead of towards IL. If it doesn't get here today I will be putting the charge in dispute with AMEX as a non-delivered item and refusing delivery if it ever does show up. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

Wrong part shipped, after first part was lost in delivery. Paid for return @ $30. Company refused to refund due claim of damage to part. No shipping refund either. A real ripoff. Don't get taken as I was. Stay away!

I ordered a part from repair clinic and was expecting to get the part the was imaged in the item description. I took it out of the box and I knew immediately that it is the wrong part so I place it back in the box. Come to find out they have the wrong part in the image. I called up the customer service line and pointed this out to them. They proceeded to treat me like I was a stupid child and never acknowledge that they have the wrong part displayed. I even heard the associate and her co-workers making fun of me in the background when they didn't think I could hear them. They refused to refund me the shipping costs and I paid for the shipping and returned it. They received the part and proceeded to tell me that I had damaged the part and I would not get a refund. So now I'm out over $40 for the part and over $30 for shipping. But hey I could pay for the shipping for a third time and get the "damaged" part back. The entire experience from start to finish was unprofessional and fraudulent. I will be sure to share my experience with anyone who will listen.

first of all the part was correct and fixed my problem, the shipping wasn't so great, I paid for fedex overnight and it cam two days late, they blame the weather but funny I got another package from that area on time, best I can determine along with my delivery person is either repair clinic did not deliver the part on time to the shipper or the shipper dropped the ball somewhere along the line which is not unusual for fedex as they are consistently the worst at home delivery anyway someone else here is right, you'll never see a refund from repairclinic and as for fedex, they blame everthing but themselves.
