Hi, I have my company, real estate agency specialized in seasoned rental, working on my own. My priority is always my guests' satisfaction, and organisation is very important for that...however I started working with this channel manager, and had an awful experience, as I never had before. They sold me the contract, saying everything would be so easy, they would take care of everything, all connections and settings once I would have re created all my ads on their site...which I did really carrefully and finally there is only dysfunctions, and no service from them, they do not do their part of the contract, and I do not have the hand on my ads anymore to be able to solve their problems (and "they have no time to solve their settings multiple problems). So as a professional, I really would like to alert everybody... furthermore, when I contacted Homeaway and Tripadvisor to inform I would connect to this channel manager RENTALS UNITED, they said: "Don't do that!! do not work with them, they are not efficient, there are so many settings problems,and no resolution....and they are used to working with channel managers...so it is really important to inform people about that. As such non-service is unacceptable, and once you start with them...be sure all that they promess won't be done... Now for me it is too late now as season is started, I paid already for the 1st trimester, loosing time and trying to solve all their problems, spending my days calling to have someone to fix it and to make things moving...but nobody...be carreful!
