Over 1 year now and no dress!! They have ignored all my emails to their imaginary ‘customer service team’ - as a last ditch attempt, I tried to contact them on social media but unsurprisingly I have been blocked.
I have given up trying now but PLEASE DON’T throw your money away by ordering from this Charleton company.

I ordered a dress in November which when I placed the order appeared to be in stock.
When I hadn’t arrived within 2 weeks however I contacted their customer service team and was then told it was pre order only even though this was never mentioned at the time of purchase.
They then said it would be 15 weeks. They responded to a few complaints after this date assuring me it would arrive soon. It’s now been 7 months however, their email address is no longer accepting mail and my item has never arrived.

Buyers be aware , as I previously mentioned;
This company was taking orders , buying the order from China , having it delivered to Australia then sent to you . You weren’t buying a premium product, but a knock off , unbranded item from aliexpress that renesmees then stitched their logo on. They were investigated by trading standards.
@ trustpilot , feel free to remove this however you need to take a hard look at all these reviews as this company is a scam and someone such as myself being honest shouldn’t then have the review taken down.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. Worst company ever.
Ordered a dress 05/10/18 to wear to my wedding this summer (2019). 2-15 weeks production, plus 2-15 days delivery.
29 weeks have passed, various emails sent and no dress to be seen and I'm out of pocket.
I have now asked for a refund, they have not provided the goods within the time frame promised, which is a breach of CRA. I will escalate to my credit card company, I am not being threatened by them suggesting that I would then be breaching the contract. Its my right!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bad bad bad. The information about size on website are wrong, so dress I've ordered was too small and I had to send it back while I ordered a bigger size because I haven't got time to wait for them to receive my return and then send right size to me. I didn't know they don't do refunds just a e voucher. So I've bought like 2 dresses which one I had to returned. Since that I never receive a e voucher from them. None respond for many messages on emai Facebook or Instagram. I am not sure if they even exist on Facebook coz I can't find their site or maybe they block me. Can't get in touch with them and they own me my money Definitely don't buy from them. Only good thing is that I've received my dress and the quality is very good.

Think this company is fake. Ordered in january and nothing delivered but they took my money. Contacted paypal and they got me my money back. They are not on facebook anymore either. Think they have been rumbled.

Wouldn’t give a single star if possible.
Ordered in January this year.
Nothing so far. Many attempts made to contact with no avail.
They replied to me once over Instagram in March, but since then there’s been nothing, despite several emails.
They have now removed their Facebook page, either that or blocked me.
The customer service is shocking, delivery times are worse, and it just seems like the biggest scam.
Do not use!!

Couldn’t give it zero so had to give it one. Needed my dresses for my hen do... spend over £200 same story with pre order and it’s coming it’s coming rubbish. No refund, ignoring my emails and now emails don’t even work to send!!! Iv now been married and gone on my honeymoon and still nothing from this company. I’m FURIOUS!!!! I never normally do this but I am disgusted with this company, being in business myself I understand there can be issues and its all about service and the best resolution, well this company has neither...…. No sense of service and no intention of solutions nor communication for that matter.
I ordered a dress in September 2018 which when I placed the order it stated in fine print a 24 week delivery time.
When I hadn’t arrived within 24 weeks however I contacted their customer service team and was then told it was on route to me. It never arrived
They then said it would a further 4 weeks. They responded to a few complaints after this date assuring me it would arrive soon. It’s now been 45 weeks and now their email address is no longer accepting mail and my item has never arrived.
Absolutely disgusted in this company.

AVOID!!! I've never received my item, it's now 15 months after ordering and they're full of excuses why it hasn't been sent - pre order rubbish. The company is an absolute joke and needs to be shut down. Only given it 1 star because I can't rate zero stars.

I ordered a dress from Renesmee in September 2018, initially they provided responses to my emails querying delivery of my item and provided a tracking order reference but feel this company are fraud, the tracking reference indicated that they are still awaiting my item from supplier and all other messages sent to me have gone unanswered. Do not order from this company!!!!

When Renesmee’s say ‘2-15 weeks or longer’ how much longer do you have to wait? Months or years! Got my money back on PayPal in the end! Beware!

Ok so I ordered and paid £95 for a dress on the 24/5/18, it was a 15 week pre order as it was for a wedding in sept 18, that wasn’t a problem. I still haven’t received it despite emailing every few weeks and being advised it will be being processed soon. I advised I was going to contact my cc company in which they responded I would be in breech of the terms of business as the small print say 15 weeks or more. So 9 month is exceptable????

I received a seemingly reasonable reply on 8th February through TrustPilot asking for my order number. I provided all of the relevant information requested and unsurprisingly the company has gone silent again!

They have blocked me on Facebook so I can’t comment on anything or share it. They stopped replying to my emails ages ago after telling me the dresses would arrive soon. Renesmees I got new dresses so I couldn’t give a crap if you threaten me with the slander card. It’s not slander if it’s true. You guys suck

I ordered a dress from here, not expensive luckily and the website said it was pre-order so would take a while to arrive. However ordered last year and still nothing at the end of Feb 2019 so I emailed to get an update with no response. Luckily I paid through Paypal so raised a dispute. Right after the dispute was raised I got a email from them:
We have received a notification that you have raised a claim with Paypal regarding your order, you placed an order for a pre-order item (xxx) and this was stipulated on the website at the time of ordering, pre-orders can take anything from 2-15 weeks to be ready, sometimes longer, these were the terms agreed by you, you may see a copy of the T&C's agreed on the website.
(note this was a URL to a webpage with dynamic content where the Ts and Cs could change at any given time)
As previously confirmed your order was being processed for you and unfortunately you are now in breach of contract. If we do not receive confirmation from you that this case will be closed within 48 hours we will not be able to fulfil your order and this will have to be handed over to the legal department to pursue to recoup all costs incurred.
So Paypal ruled in my favour and refunded the money, and I get another threatening one from them:
RE: BREACH OF CONTRACT - Order xxx
Please accept this as notification that we intend to pursue a claim against you in the county courts in the UK for breach of contract.
It is our belief that you 'Ms xxx' are currently in breach of your contract entered with us 'Renesmee's' due to violation of paragraph 4.10 of the terms and conditions you agreed when placing an online order with us.
The breach of contract being that you have raised a claim with the payment processor advising 'order not received' when you are aware why your order would not have been received as yet.
If we do not receive confirmation from you that you will re-instating your order with us within 14 days the case will be raised in the county courts to recover all costs incurred.

I contacted Paypal and they advised me to contact the Police if I continue to get emails of this nature.

NO ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I'm from Poland. I'm waiting from October 29, 2018 for a dress that I have not received yet! We kept asking where it is and they kept saying it would be a bit longer! How much more do you have to wait? Months or years ??? !!!! They remove comments on Facebook. No one answers the Messenger anymore.
