DO NOT JOIN REGUS. They are horrific - actually the worst service I have ever endured in my working career. I have an account at Regus in Manchester, I asked to change something THREE months ago and the team is yet to resolve this for me. The whole thing is a shambles. I have many emails of proof of me logging the fact I am being completely ignored and still they don’t reply. Regus tell you to contact the account desk but then then account desk tell you to contact the centre and it goes around in circles - no one knows what they are doing and they just bombard you with invoices. It is absolutely ridiculous and so frustrating as you cannot do anything about it as you can’t get in touch with anyone! I wish I could give minus stars it’s an absolute joke.

Thank you for this mornings response.
As noted to your customer services, your company's continued slanderous messages are duly noted -
Point 1 - What redress has, or will be offered to the numerous business left without phones and internet (on 4 occasions this has not been answered)
Point 2 - Do the high standards of maintenance include all 3 1st floor men's cubicles smeared in excrement (more than happy to post this)

I give up!! stay well away, if you want your business to survive and thrive.
Staff have no clue, they act high and mighty but have no authority to do anything. They make you false promises, and then make up stories in there empty head. Just to fob you off.
I approached a senior team member regarding a matter, she started crying wolf. Seriously, thats something to be worried about. People like that will cause you more aggro then what it’s worth.
AVOID!! her action was all due to her attempt of avoiding the real issue. I despise people like that. If your sensitive your in the wrong job love. I merely requested action on something that was promised to me two months ago.
Security is a shambles, anybody can walk in and out of your office when and how they deem fit...
BELIEVE ME, you will NOT be happy with REGUS, they care for nothing but their income. Not YOU, you are just a number, with the currency sign in front. TAKE NOTE!! & STAY AWAY!!!

IF YOU ARE PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS OWNER BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM NORTHAMPTON REGUS.
Our experience of the offices in Northampton is absolutely appalling. 18 months of hell for us.
Our time in this building has been a terrible ordeal.
Filthy dirty, rude and careless and unprofessional staff, facilities are out of order 99% of the time, attitude to clients is disgusting.
Not following through on what we were promised.
There is no security at all, staff come and go as they please in your self contained office, no care taken at all with confidentiality.
I could write a 10 page list but I do not want to waste any more of my time on this despicable place.
If you are a professional business owner, please stay away.

I've never had such horrible customer services experience. Absolutely no appreciation for their clients. My company and I have been using Regus for over 4 years now. We rented monthly office space and meeting space when needed. We had a need for a 10-person meeting space a two-day. Unfortunately, the workshop was canceled last minute. I called two days prior to the date of our workshop to cancel in hopes Regus would be understanding and will not charge us a full amount ($744). To be honest I didn't realize how harsh their cancelation policy is and thought a few days woud be enough to cancel without a penalty. Well, it turned out all of Regus offices are closed on the weekends and there was no one to speak to. I called first thing on Monday at 7 a.m. CST (day of the meeting) and spoke to their customer services rep. I was told that they will be able to refund the cancelation fee after the charge is posted to the account. I repeated the comment made my the rep to confirm that I heard her correctly and that I will get a refund if I call the following day once the charge is posted. The rep said, "yes" (her name is Karen). Once the charge was posted, I called back and spoke to a different rep who said that they will not refund the cancelation fee. I explained her what happened a day prior and she said it didn't matter and that they will not refund. I asked her to speak to a supervisor. His name was Jorge. He said that due to their policy they will not refund. Again, I told him about my conversation with Karen. He said he will talk to Karen and call me back that day. I didn't hear from Jorge that day. I called back the following day, but he was "away", I called back later that day, but he was "busy". I finally got hold of him and he told me he will call me back at 4 p.m. EST that day. He didn't. I got a call after 7 p.m. that evening, but I was already gone for the day. He called me back in the a.m. the following day and told me he can offer $100 back to the Regus account. $100? After I was promised a full refund? He also told me Karen didn't tell me they will refund. She said they will submit for review to see if a refund was possible. THAT IS NOT TRUE! I was lied to and now looking at a posted $744 charge on my bank statement. I will never use REGUS again and will tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY.

Okay, so I tried to arrange to view a flexi office at Fort Kinnard in Edinburgh, I made an enquiry through their website - three different people phoned me, although I had already given my details and requirements to the first person who phoned (update your computer system guys). Then someone phoned me from Regus the day before to say there was no longer an office available until next year. Okay, fine so I didn't attend my viewing. Following that I have now received five different calls, from Regus asking why I didn't attend and I did I want to re-arrange - and I am having to tell them that 'apparently' there is no longer an office available. To be honest, apart from being frustrating - it's all bit strange!!!

I paid for a new office at Regus in June 2019 with a credit card in Mexico City. They failed to update my Regus online account with that payment, and then send my details to a debt collector to bully me into paying. It was only after I threatened to report the local administrator who took my card payment to the Mexican Police for credit card fraud did they finally ask the adjustment. The issue is still unresolved, and the amounts being requested differentiations depending on who I speak to. The debt collector is still chasing me for the original incorrect amount. Shameful, fraudulent and totally incompetent.

I'm renting a room at 1 Canada Square London 14, and so far the service has been excellent. The staff on the desk are courteous and quick to help. I've no problems to report with the room. The process of greeting my clients seems to work well.

Whilst the staff at Regus try really hard and go above and beyond, the systems that support them let them down with poor billing and accounts and the facilities are not as great as might first appear. If its short term you need then I'd always use them and recommend. if its long term then I'd invest in my own offices.

Spaces The Foundry Review
Staff are extremely rude and unprofessional.
I visited with my two old son today and I was asked by a very aggressive receptionist to leave the cafe area, because my son might disturb the people working in the shared space, (he has been very quite the whole time).
When I asked to speak to her manager she raised her voice at me. Which is a disgusting unprofessional behavioural response.
I would definitely not recommend any business to consider this location or company in their options of work locations.

DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDITCARD
Whatever you do, don't give these people your credit card. I arranged what I thought was some shared desk space for 17.99, when I got there they said I had actually been booked into a 5x5 office (had no idea it was 170.00 dollars now as well) when I saw the office, I said absolutely not, the whole place was unprofessional and I told them I was no longer interested in their services and instructed them to NOT bill my credit card, they said OK... I didnt believe them so I called the head office reservations lines and said again "I am not using your services, please do not bill my credit card" I heard them laughing, needless to say, they billed my credit card and stole almost 200.00 of my hard earned money. DO NOT EVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD, IT IS A SCAM.

Having ended our agreement on 31/07/19 we are really struggling to reclaim our deposit despite providing all of the information and paper work requested (some of it twice). I haven't received a response to my most recent emails dated 02/10/19 and 04/10/19. We would strongly advise any business to avoid using Regus at all costs and we are seriously considering taking legal advice to recover our deposit!

Business Lounges. Rather a shame the format is changing, although not all centres, due to co-working spaces taking the place thereof. I understand the short term logic economically to Regus but I can tell you having used the lounges for years people are very keen and will pay the monthly fee for usage which, as far as I'm aware is about £200 less than a co-working allocated space. With the amount of BusinessWorld able to be sold it seems like something of a short term, false economy.
However lounges are usually tip top. I'd advise Regus to think again about minimising the lounges for short term gain and also about removing the iconic ThinkPods.

Regus have introduced dishonest practices to Basepoint.
Having been renting offices as basepoint for 5 years we were very happy with the service, staff etc.
Subsequent to the takeover by Regus they tried to push up rents by 25% just before Christmas (nice !) and then introduced a exit clause in the renewal contract that is equivalent to a months rent without telling any of the tenants . This is dishonest, underhand and sneaky.
DON't get involved with Regus as based on the experience we have had, they will change contracts to rip you off.

Complaint, hi, we, like you are in business. I have a complaint that I have emailed your support desk with everyday for a week, emailed you on many occasions ... without response.
When I call and ask for my issue to be escalated to a supervisor I am told there is no one I can speak with and I must email.
Can somebody please make contact and have this addressed?

The worst company you can ever deal with, they make me sign the agreement as a simple step for opening an online account without letting me know that the contract is for one year, then i didn't even use the service that i subscribed for, and i had to pay for one year for nothing.
And when i called them to cancel my contract and explain to them that I didn't realize that i signed an online agreement while subscribing for their online service then they said: "No, you must pay for one year, no matter what".
For anyone reading this review please go away from this company, There's a lot of trusted companies who offer better service with competitive prices than them.
If you use any of their services just be ready for bills that you don't know from where, they will scam you for sure! Be careful!
As advice too, don't ever put your credit card info in their online system.

The WORST service EVER!. Save yourself money and hassle and go elsewhere. Seriously. Where to begin... regus mis-sold me what they had to offer; the reception staff were regularly unprofessional which impacted my business; there are hidden costs and questionable charging practices e.g. you have to deselect things you want otherwise you get charged for everything and the everything is not initially clear, there were noise nuisance issues which were not addressed by the reception staff, the hallways were often dirty, not a good look for visiting clients...I could go on.

What every other one-star review said. In my case, they closed my building and said that I could start using another one on the same side of town. I have been unable to reserve a room for over a month and they won't let me out of the contract early. Thank goodness it ends at the end of next month. We all make business mistakes. Regus was a really, really expensive one. Rent ANYWHERE else....
*Thanks for trying to save face; However, offering an office 30+ minutes away without traffic is NOT an accommodation. The impact on a small business is devastating. And, I've called to be accused of lying. Somehow, relocating also magically extends your contract even if you canceled it in January. That piece will be finding it's way to a contract lawyer here in Florida. I get it is "legal" to rent me space that does not exist in a reasonable difference. Gym membership lawsuits ring a bell there. However, extending my financial obligation longer because of a move is clearly a contract violation. You're trash. That's coming from someone who lives in Florida!

The locations are good with good infrastructure but...
1. Invoicing is a joke. Rent is usually paid the 1st day of the month for the current month. Regus charges you on mid of the previous month, so on April 18th for the month of May. This is never heard of and a joke.
2. Invoicing is a joke (bis). The due date on an invoice may be May 26th and you are debited on May 18th. That’s also never heard of. No supplier out there takes payment before the due date.
3. You’re held hostage and not able to visit the toilets as you wish as you have to request a badge and wait for the receptionist to turn up or hang up from personal phone calls to be available to hand out the badge and have to return it meaning next visit is also subject to the receptionist’s availability. Some staff do hand out the badge for the day but apparently it’s abnormal to be free to visit the restroom according to some other.
The staff - both commercial, operational and accounting - stops being what they should the moment you voice your concerns and discontent about service... doesn’t look like they get a contract retention bonus. If anybody responds to this review, don’t ask me to contact account.helpdesk, they’re plain useless and rude.
This might be good when you’re a business or like to act as a bank for a massive company, but clearly Regus isn’t private individual friendly, if friendly at all. I cancelled my contract and will spread the word in favour of the competition.
