Gentlemen, I have not received any amount that RefundMyTicket is claiming to have sent me.
They requested my bank details, which I informed on September 6, 2019, through the link indicated in the email, to update data (personal space).
On September 12, 2019, I sent a copy of the document issued by the Bank to which I have an account, stating all the data, including the IBAN number.
I received an email from RefundMyTicket on October 1, 2019, saying that I made a credit to my account of 984 euros. I have not received this credit to date.
On October 2, 2019, I received an email from Transferwise saying that he wanted to transfer me the amount of 984 euros, and that I should enter my MAD bank details. It turns out that when entering the link they indicated, only appeared banks of Morocco, and I have no account in Morocco, my account is in Brazil. I contacted Transferwise who asked me to report this to RefundMyTicket.
I reported all this in the email I sent to RefundMyTicket on October 4, 2019. To date, I have not received any response from RefundMyTicket about sending my money. I did not receive any money, as reported in the extract from my personal space.
Now, RefundMyTicket asks me for feedback on this service, which I did not receive? I also question the seriousness of this company, which claims to have sent me a value, which I have not received yet, although I had already sent an email complaining.
If the airline made the payment due to my complaint, RefundMyTicket has confirmed this receipt, where is this amount due to me? In my account, which I sent the data more than once, I entered NO VALUE.
I urge you once again to take urgent action, as the assessment of this event would not be in the least favorable to RefundMyTicket.
Follow my bank details again attached (for the third time).
Please advise me on how to proceed to receive my money.

Compensation for flight cancelation

This company isn’t trustworthy. They do not know their job, they are amateurs. Two years ago, they’ve told me that my claim is eligible and I provided everything they asked me for. Two years later, today I learn that I am not eligible. I trusted them, so I didn’t go to the airline to claim my right.

So it took 2.5 years to get refunded... but when the money came in I wasn’t really expecting it anymore so its a rather pleasant surprise. No idea how things would have gone directly with the airline. It took me 15 minutes to set up the account and upload all my details while sipping a gin & tonic in the hotel bar while people were queuing for hours trying to get a voucher for food and hotels.
We got stuck in Lisbon twice on the same trip during TAP strikes. TAP managed the situation horribly and there was a 3 - 4 hour queue to get vouchers and sort out tickets. I was with two young children and was not going through that ordeal. I booked new tickets myself, as well as my hotel rooms and finally got refunded. So I’m rather happy!

I did receive a compensation for my cancelled flight but it took almost 2 years to achieve this.
Although, the communication was good during the first few months but there was literally zero response during the last 18 months. There is no email address, you cannot contact them via Messenger (there is a useless messenger bot that only speaks French...), There is only an online contact form on their website but they won't reply for that. I was entirely convinced that they forgot about my case altogether when I was notified about the achieved compensation.
They achieved a decent compensation, so the 3 stars out of 5 is because of their poor communication/update system.

I did initially had doubts about the service given the length of time taken to be resolved. However, I'm throughly impressed with how RefundMyTicket lawyers managed to persevere and push this through with the Air France and eventually got my compensation. Extremely satisfied and great work.
