EDIT, After my complaining, Refund.me immediately contact me and help me to find that my funds has been already sent. It was just not visible on my account in domestic currency... my fault.
I am really happy with their services. It took a while to get it, because CSA doesn't cooperate much on the case... but on the end I have got my refund. Thank you Refund.me

Got the flight delayed by 8 hours because the aircraft was not available. I gave them a very solid case, with a very good narrative, proofs, I even showed them where was our aircraft at the suppose time of take off with physical proofs. They say case was lost in court because of ‘bad weather’ which was complete lie, my both parents work in aviation so I have access and I even attached them the weather reports from the departure location at different times of the that day, including take off time. Official reports from the airport.
If they really lost the case it means they have poor lawyers, my personal opinion is they didn’t even bothered to go to a court.
Please choose another company, there are plenty on the market and with better results and customer service.

i've opened the case EUR2015121537632 4 years ago and nothing happened. in the past 2 years they just stopped sending any updates. this is just poor customer support. i don't know how they manage to solve any case but for me it seems that i've made the wrong choice by working with them.

after 2 years of assuring me they are working on the case ("We have good news! After analysing your flight data, we believe you have a high chance of receiving compensation." and "Good news! According to our estimations, refund.me can claim 250.00 Euro for your disrupted flight." "We would like to inform you that your case is still in our settlement proceedings, and are waiting for a response from Swiss.""We are currently in close negotiations with the airline regarding your claim" "I have investigated the particulars of your claim, and the delay in the settlement is due to Swiss not responding to our repeated requests for compensation, on your behalf, through the various channels we have previously used.
That being said, we have recently re-requested compensation for your claim, through another promising channel, and hope to have more definitive results, this time around.") they came up with info that i am suddenly not eliglible for a refund and they have locked my account. Having all the documents and power of attorney from me i believe they can just do this even if they were sucessful with the refund request and you have no control on what is going on and if the case has been brought to a court or any other instance in your favour. will never request a refund using refund.me

Their platform is really easy to navigate and easy to understand what to do and which documents are needed. They update you with all the proceedings and take care of everything, including escalating and chasing the airline company to comply with the request. Very very recommended if you need support with an airline dispute/refund.

Got a mail on 15 Nov that my claims have been settled and I would be receiving the payout in my PayPal account within 14 business days.
EUR20190920189803,EUR20190920189804 (case reference).I have not received any money in my account inspite of repeated reminders and sending the link for payment. They are just not responding to my mails and tickets.

The service is legit; the process is really simple and instructions are clear.
I was impressed with the transparency of how the company does business and earns income (a fee deducted from the funds recovered, and no upfront payments necessary).
One thing to know: one needs to have proof (travel document, boarding pass, etc), but that's the only requirement (and an email address to receive all notifications).
The wait time to receive the payment was less than what the website said.
I do recommend the service to any stranded traveler due to an airline-related long delay or flight cancellation.

Refund.me was very honest, and did exactly what they said they would do. Although the airline took a long time to settle the claim (not the fault of refund.me), refund.me still kept me updated every so often until the claim was settled.
