This post is regarding pathetic and worst red bus service. They are not able to resolve the complaint but let customer suffer a lot with their worst customer care service and lame excuses.Booking is very easy with Red bus but if anything happened later they are not going to help you.
Here is my bad experience with Red Bus
We booked 6 ticket through Red Bus from Goa to Pune Ticket No: TN8T53300256 on 14-08-2019,9:00 pm from Mapsa from kadamba travels . I received a call on 14-08-2019 , 6:53pm from kadamba travels +918322714670 that bus has been cancelled please raise refund request on red bus. Same time I called red bus and raised the refund complaint. After 20 days to raised a refund query but still no response from Red Bus in between I had called the red bus more than 14 times to check the status of my query. every time their excuse was we are not able to connect the travel company as they are government bus operator and We are going to escalate your query.. please wait for 48 hrs or 24hrs we call you back but never received a single call from them. Even I talked to their superior Mr Prashant and he told me to wait again for 24 hrs with a fake assurance to look into the matter personally and will inform me. As usual no call back. Rather on 11-09-2019 they closed the complaint that bus was not cancelled so we are not able to refund your money back. I decided to file FIR against Red bus before that i thought to try calling bus operator directly.
Then I called the bus operator Kadamba travels phone no.directly and on very first attempt they received the call and told me to look into the matter. Kadamba travels called me back in just 10 mins and told me to send an email to Red Bus and we will refund you on that. I again called the Red bus thrice and their reply was same please wait for 48 hrs. Then I put direct mail to Red Bus support email I'd and describe that I have talked to bus operator and they ready to refund you just need to put email with my ticket PNR to bus operator. Finally I got my money back with the help of kadamba Travels. Red bus should be blocked with that type of service.. shame on red bus they
are not able to resolve opened 2 tickets waited 20 days but no result,with bus operator it get resolved in 10 min. Thanks to Kadamba travels.. I am not gonna book ticket with red bus anymore. Please stop booking with Redbus and book directly with operators. Red bus value your customers, you are nothing without them..

I booked online tickets shivshahi bus from Kalyan to Alibhag. As per showing seat arrangement online，I booked front side of bus. But when caught bus actual seating arrangement is totally different. I got last seat of bus. I travelled with my parents and he suffered backbone issue. After final booking no one ready to adjust. This was very worst experience with red bus online booking. I very disappointed.

It's really bad service booked ticket Hyderabad to Chennai, with travel ticket agent he has booked ticket from redbus, due to some emergency informed to travel agent to cancel ticket he cancelled ticket and said amount will not refund and he said asked to contact to redbuds team bus Timmings was 9pm ticket was booked at 1pm cancelled by 3pm and spoke to redbuds team they said ticket got cancelled and they said 50 percent amount will refund, asked to contact after 3 days now they are saying that my booking details are not able to search.this is worst service cheating people

It has been seven days and still i have not received my refund. When i try to reach the call support all i get to hear is all our agents are busy and you are currently in queue. I never expected redbus to be so irresponsible. I was a regular customer and often booked tickets but this was the first time i cancelled my ticket and this is what i get. I am extremely disappointed

Had a bad day with the way driver has replied for our question on where he is as we have asked him to arrive at our place by 6AM, he was delayed by 2hours due to which our program got delayed too. To be frank, he was good during the travel but we didn't liked his behavior in the morning, Red Bus

I booked a red bus ticket to Pune and the bus is stuck in middle of high way driver and other guy is trying from last 4 hours to repair this bus but no luck.....for 5-6 hours journey we are waiting from last 4 hour.travels is of sai krupa travels....no ola and Uber service is also available as alternative....

We had booked bus tickets in Saidhan Neeta Holiday bus, we got the SMS with vehicle number, and at the end moment bus changed - name was SAI VIBHUTI & bus no- 1900 & we was supposed to depart from shridi at 10.30 pm but bus driver was doing time pass n filling passengers till 12 there only & services are not good , AC was not working , staff was rude & main issue not recommend for kids n ladies because they haven't taken washroom hualt also, as they was recovering that time which they was wasting to find & filling the bus with passengers. I booked my ticket through redbus on 16 august 2019 from Amravati to pune of journet date 18 August2019 but becauise of some confusion they send me the ticket of time 6.45 PM and bus operator had the booking in another bus so redbus operator tell me to book another ticket and they will refund my money in 48 hrs but now after so many days still i didnt get my money instead of that redbus operator not ready to give me any response they always tell me that i will get my money refunded in 48 hrs . Its a worst experience ever.

The worst service ever ! We did not even find the bus that we booked online. It was 10pm in Ollaytantambo, Peru and we had to arrange for another bus. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THERE ARE BUSES THERE MUCH CHEAPER AND RELIABLE.
After contacting the service all we got as response "Good afternoon, we have finally received the response from Bus Pedro. According to their report, they assure us that both passengers arrived to make the trip, for this reason, it is not possible to make the requested refund.
" --> In conlusion they are thiefs.

It was really disappointing and upsetting act from the bus owner - as they didn’t even show up and didn’t even have the courtesy to inform us that the bus is cancelled . Even after calling the travel hub -the bus owner (atleast 20+times ) , no one was answering . We waited for a reply for 3 hours in the bus station . We even called redBus and they couldn’t help us as they said it’s not in their hands .
Our whole planning got spoiled and it ended up in booking an alternative bus with double the price . Who will pay for all my losses ?
And now i'm calling red bus on daily basis for refund ! terrible service! will never book through redbus again !

For low budget for mid. Class people I recommend this bus.

They are more than worst when they are showing bookings for the bus which is already departed when I have called to bus operator they said why you have booked so late and redBus Customer support is very poor they are not picking call and when I started chat with tham they are saying will call you but didn’t get call. After getting money they will not listen to customer this is happened with me twice. So I would recommend not to use redBus there so many good options are available like Paytm Goibibo and so many use them

No reschedule or no atleast 75% refund from redBus or Kallada Travels:
1st time I used redBus app so I'm not sure about their tricky cheating rules.
No email working,
No boarding point phone no. Working,
On kallada travels's ticket sent.
Also customer care no. On redBus not working
redBus app is entirely built to cheat middle class people
I booked return ticket Rs.1500 on Wednesday for kallada travels from Trivandrum on redBus app on monday but unfortunately I happen to stay for 1more day and so I requested on Wednesday morning for reschedule to next day on Thursday Evening.
I requested redBus app it showed ticked can't be cancelled or rescheduled should be done before 24hrs.
I contacted kallada travels there I received answer : "since I booked via redBus ticket can't be rescheduled or cancelled, if you booked via kallada Travels website there is a chance" also he gave me main office phone no. When I called main office there is no response.
How come they can't refund or rescheduled That huge amount of Rs.1542.50
How these people cheat common people
I request don't use redBus app or kallada travels
How consumers be helped from these type of cheaters.

I had worst experience with Redbud application today. I booked one bus with reservation from Pune to nasik and bus didn't come at the location. Every time I asked every bus that is this yours bus reservation but every bus was not ready to pick me. And I had to pay again by own and travel to nasik. They have not given any option to refund or cancel ticket at that time.

Worst app seen in my life the payment gatways was failed then also they deducted from my acount at that time duration i feel that the tickets hasn't booked so i used my paytm for ever app and made my booking successfully and still they haven't made my refund fraud redbus fraud redbus the useless app ever seen before my mo. 7817817820 contact me for any kind of questions!!??? Very bad. Bus not arrive at mentioned time. More than one hour waiting time.
Bangalore to vilupuram universal bus pickup time is 10.05 pm but they're arrived at 11pm. Very worst. Not answering properly. No place to sit also.

Customer Harassment Issue... I supposed to travel a bus which I booked through redbus with registered no is 977****508.
On that day(16-Jun-19) I was on bus stand at 10 PM and I had wait for 3.5 hours for a bus. I tried to call several times to the bus operator, Bus driver and Redbus team as well.
Operator was saying that we are coming in next 20 Minutes or next 30 minutes, he was just trying to make me fool.
I called redbus customer care and they suggested me to wait for sometime, but no bus came to us.
Its a terrible experience with redbus, that day my sister and my wife had with me and I was waiting for a bus in a horrible bus stand in Rishikesh.
Very next day I called your customer care and asked for refund and Today (26-Jun-19) they are saying we are still working on it..:-) Its has been already 10 days and I didn't receive a single mail from redbus side. Several times I tried to get in touch with senior person but your customer care said that they will arrange a call back with in an our, but no one called me.

If you value your life and value your time never use Red Bus, super unprofessional , will ruin your vacation by driving at a super slow pace, and guess what icing on top is the driver kept on closing his eyes while driving , looking at his eyes anyone could have guessed that he didn't sleep for last 48hrs atleast.how can they even let such drivers drive s full of family with kids and risk everybody's life. Even though we asked him to wash his face several times he chose to ignore us. The bus was very dirty and full of mosquitoes. Basically overall rating will be 1 out of 10. We were greatful that we reached our venue safely
