Firstly, I understand Covid-19 is affecting businesses around the world. But even with their generous projected shipping date they still failed to deliver my items within a reasonable time frame. I wanted to send my friend a shirt reminiscent of our college days together to cheer him up during this difficult time. So I ordered one for him and one for me on May 6th. The expected shipment was over a month out due to Covid-19, so I could expect my shirts on June 3rd-10th. Not ideal but understandable. By June 6th I had gotten frustrated that the order still hasn't been manufactured so I reached out asking for an update. Within a couple hours my order was marked ready to ship, as if I had just kicked them in the butt to do their job. I received no response from the seller. It was obvious that the items would not get to me by the June 10th deadline, but maybe it would be just a couple days after. Well it is June 18th today and I'm still waiting to receive it. I don't even know what the actual quality of the product is. This will be my last time doing business with Redbubble. Absolutely horrible service, stay away!

June, 2020. As my order was 4 days late and still not arrived, I emailed customer service. I received a response 3 days later. Stating that there was "probably" a delay due to corona virus and it would not arrive POSSIBLY up to another 12 days. At the time of the response the tracking information stated it was in my hometown but yet Redbubble is stating POSSIBLE arrival in 2 weeks. I still have not received my order and have not received any response regarding money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Accidentally purchased two of the same items and needed to return one, emailed the website and had assistance with the order not even 24hrs after making the purchase. Awesome help! Will definitely be coming back to Redbubble in the near future.

ordered a sticker from an artist called Wonkyrobot, the sticker itself was fine, but the print on the sticker came right off. I contacted Wonkyrobot to correct this issue and possibly send me out another sticker, completely ignored my message. Didn't even try to contact me to fix this problem, they obviously don't care about their customers concerns or complaints and their products are bad quality.

After receiving an incorrect size item, I expected a refund, instead received a credit. Nothing of interest, ended up using a portion of credit for a t-shirt ordered (every one can use a t-shirt to clean garage or ???), after a LONG delay, I finally received the t-shirt. The print is poor, the material thin enough I think I could read the newspaper through it. Probably will use for a cleaning rag. I'll forego the bal. of credit, there's nothing I would order. Quality of each item ordered was poor at best. Grossly overpriced for quality.

BUYER BEWARE
1. Had some light grey fine print at the bottom of an offer (not obvious to read) stating you must order $60 or more to get a free facemask. Then in even LIGHTER grey they say the facemask is NOT to prevent germs or anything, it's just flimsy and for show.
When you try to put in the coupon code for the free mask, it FAILS, but they don't TELL you it fails. (No warning bubble saying that you must spend 60$) so you THINK the coupon code went in!
That is called tricky advertising right there.
2. Then charged an additional 5.76 to my Visa, on top of the agreed order price. No notification of this or anything. I never would have seen it if I had not checked my bank.

Ordered 2 framed prints by same artist - one from RedBubble - the other from Society6. The item from Society 6 shipped with FedEx Ground and arrived 3 days after order placed. The one from RedBubble with USPS reached my local post office and then was sent to post offices in 2 other distant cities. Still not received 12 days later (same shipping costs to customer). I presume they ship with USPS because it saves them money. No reply yet from RedBubble customer service about this. Will stick to Society 6 in future I guess

In what seems to be the new way of doing mediocre service this site does not give any option to speak with a human being. I placed an order and used amazon for checkout with an estimated delivery date last week. In an attempt to track the order there is no information. With a discount for ordering multiples, I still spent a great deal on 3 very simple mugs. I understand that there are shipping issues country wide right now but every package I've ordered coming from all carriers have not had this issue except from redbubble. These are a gift and I can get no updates except that the order has been made and shipped. I'm disappointed.

I have emailed this company 4 times to receive 1 order i placed a MONTH ago. They send you automated support emails that do not provide a contact number, and they are "unable" to track your order. They just want your money. I'm still waiting for my product or trying to get my money back and they are impossible to reach. I DO NOT ADVISE you give this company your time or money. Such a disappointing experience.

Went to get a few t shirts for my nephew and the site told me to download the app to get 20% off. Did so, filled my cart, and no discount at check out. Talk to customer service. Got a canned response from a computer so screw it! They just are in it to steal your data. Crappy company won't shop here again.

I paid about 24 usd for a shirt that was supposed to be high quality, solid, bright, and clear according to the image and description but only got a shirt with REALLY bad printing. The ink looks like it was faded, you can see the line marks on the shirt, and the printing is actually off. You can see where the ink lines double themselves and to the right of the shirt is an obvious yellow line. It doesn't look like what was shown at all. Along with the images of the shirt I uploaded, I put up the image of what it was shown to look like on the purchasing page. A very obvious difference. Really really unhappy with RedBubble.

I finally received the stickers as ordered....but weeks late....after several attempts to contact Redbubble directly (no such way seen on their website)....tried by sending response to their original email notification got about but heard nothing....and only heard from Redbubble after complaining to PayPal (two weeks after complaining....one week after finally getting product). BUT even after finally getting stickers ordered I am very unhappy with the quality of each and every sticker ordered....each one does not remain stuck down....and continues to lift up in one corner or another. So I will never be ordering from them again. Totally dissatisfied with your product....will never order from again....or recommend.

Ordered a T-shirt to be sent as a graduation gift. I paid extra for expedited shipping & the estimated arrival date past and my order still showed "in process". When I reached out to customer service I got a very cut and paste answer that "due to Covid some vendors shipments may be delayed". Ok but that was not disclosed during the order. And when looking at the artists profile you have no idea where they are located. You have no way of contacting the artist and Redbubble seemed to be guessing what caused the delay. They said if my order was not delivered in another 2 weeks I should contact them again. So almost a month to get a T-shirt that showed delivery in less than 1 week. NEVER AGAIN. I will go to ETSY as you work with the artist. I can't speak to the quality of the T-shirt but the graduate seemed happy with it.

I ordered a t shirt that was shown on the site as having the image on the front of the shirt, it came with a poor quality sticker ON THE BACK. Oh, and this was after a month of waiting when it was supposed to be delivered in time for me to give it as a gift. Didn't matter anyway because it was so jacked up I wouldn't have given it anyway. Why did it take "the artist" a month to stick a sticker on the wrong side of a shirt? Trying to get refunded, now they're saying I'll get a voucher to use on something else. BUYERS BEWARE...

I ordered one shirt it was supposed to arrive 4/27 I haven't seen the item I have not heard anything about a delay in shipping nothing, I contacted Customer service only to be told WE CANT guarantee the shipping day that we give you that I should have it by 5/13 almost a month after I paid for my item.

I ordered some STICKERS weeks ago that still have not been delivered. Don't waste your time- order stickers off amazon. While they're cute, I would have never paid to ship 3 INCH STICKERS to my house and not receive them for weeks? I'm assuming these go through standard mail.. not even a package. What is the hold up? Would not recommend. Not worth your time.

The quality is atrocious. I sent in a black and white image to be made into a sticker and it looks like there is color on the edges. Print quality bad. And why did they send my two little stickers separately? Weird company. I want a refund. I'm trying out stickermule. They seem to have better customer service.

I know other people are saying they were locked out of their accounts, but I haven't been and I've been selling stickers and other merch for months now. Like yeah, the amount of money actually made by the artist is very low, which sucks, but for what it is it really isnt that bad.

I have ordered from Red Bubble 5 times now and my first two transactions were fine and I liked the quality of the shirts I received hence I continued to order. This last order was a hoodie for my boyfriend as a birthday gift and while it arrived on time and the quality of the sweatshirt material is fine, the print completely ruined it. It was poorly printed, stunk to high heaven of caustic paint/glue (even after giving it an initial wash in cold water). Worst of all it was stained with white flecks and smears of paint around the print where it shouldn't have been. I am too embarrassed to even give it as a gift to him now. It wasn't cheap. I should have known not to order after receiving the last shirt I ordered for myself where the print looked faded and the font was so blurry I couldn't look at it without it hurting my eyes. NEVER AGAIN

I ordered my own designs merchandise just to see how they look. It's been more than 2 months and I still didn't get money. Not to mention other customers ordered my designs which there's noway I can find out. I only know when I ordered my own designs. Just wonder how could they're still in business!

Purchased a sweatshirt from them because the website and stated "Order by Midnight, Guaranteed Delivery by Christmas". Obviously I had to choose Expedited Overnight Shipping which cost more than half the item price! All of that to get a shipping notification that my order would arrive on December 26th.
I emailed them twice during the wait to let them know only to be told that on their end it said arriving by Christmas.
The item arrived today and it smells disgusting! Would NEVER order from them again! Don't waste your time and money! Shop somewhere, anywhere else!

They ship using UPS Innovations and it takes FOREVER for the item to be delivered. Item shipped 12/19/2019 from IL to TX, still hasn't arrived 1/5/2020. Now 13 business days. This is two days via USPS First Class (a one ounce phone case).
Completely unresponsive and ignorant customer service. Infuriating.
Only reason it isn't one star is the quality on the phone cases and stickers is good.
