Bad bad experience. I would give 0 stars if possible. I bought and paid my item two weeks ago. When I wrote something like ten messages, asking what was wrong, I received an answer after days, saying everything was ok. Last wednesday they received the item and informed me that they were almost ready to send it. It’s been a week, they ignore my messages and it is impossible to talk by phone. This is incompetence, especially considering the taxes you pay them on every transaction.

I have made a purchase on October 1st. So far, I haven’t heard from them. I have tried to contact them 3 times and received no answer. Not even reassurance. Then, I decided to contact them again, informing them that I would like to cancel my order... the item was expensive, I realçou want to know what is going on!!!

Ordered a bag in May, unfortunately UPS lost the package and Rebelle had UPS open a investigation to find the package. So far so good.
But after almost 2 months, all answers I got from Rebelle when asking for an update was that UPS was still investigating. I contacted UPS directly instead just to find out that they had finished the investigation over a month earlier!
So I contacted Rebelles customer service again and gave them the news.
Some emails later back and forth (customers service takes several days to respond) they promised me that they were just waiting for the refund from UPS.
Last I heard from Rebelle they thought they should have the money within 2 days.
That was 2 weeks ago.
Still no refund.
All my emails after that has been unanswered.
It feels like I have been scammed.
Would not recommend anyone to buy via this site.

Not professional at all.
I offered for selling a collector item of Céline by Phoebe Phillo of FW 2018, which was sold on an other website for 1490 euros and they reduced the price till 371 euro and refused to offer it on a higher price.
This is not professional at all. Following general algorithms doesn't take care of the collector items.
Also very difficult to unsubscribe to their website.

I used to sell and buy quite many articles with them, approximately 50-70 articles within a year. Until they started to be a bit greedy, namely they have raised their commission into 40% as a minimum. As outcomes of this new policy, I can't sell my item with them any longer. As an illustration, if I bought one bag which cost me 1000€ as new, then decided to sell at Rebelle for 400€ I only received approx 268€. On top of that, they allowed the buyer to submit a silly offer up 40% from asking price. Thus, it is almost impossible to finalize the sales at Rebelle, because I need to set the price higher than I should. Considering their high commission.
As an outcome, I only able to sell approximately one item within 3 months. Back in 2018, I used to sell at least 3 items within a week. Looking from this overview I can understand why most of the articles at Rebelle are set at high prices.
Overall, I think the management needs to review their decision and perhaps can come up with a pragmatic reform. Quite simply, I think it is better to earn 300€ x 3 within a week instead of 400€ within 3 months. This is just plain and honest inputs as it's rather sad to see that greedily make them losing their potential in making a business.

Sold an item, got rejected "other flaws" no specification what the flaws were, apparently they sent it back to me, UPS made NO delivery attempt (address I have been living at for YEARS and get daily deliveries) and sent it back to Rebelle, Rebelle has so far not replied, I have even sent them a registered letter. I left a review on Trustpilot, which was taken down because they claimed they could not very (despite item number, the tracking number, the tracking of my registered letter), below is the screen shot of the review I left with all the info. Basically only use Rebelle if you are prepared to lose your items. Btw I finally got a reply out of the can (regular preprepared standard reply that shows they do not even read it) and they thank me for taking the time to "optimize their service" - when I want MY DRESS BACK!!!!!

INCOMPETENT APPRAISERS and MANIPULATIVE LIARS work at REBELLE!!!
I took advantage of their 15% anniversary coupon to order a bracelet- figured with this extra discount I can purchase an expensive piece of jewelry I had my eye on for a long time, The item was from a collection I know EXTREMELY WELL and I was excited about my order.
Let me add that my office is across the street from H. STERN 5th Avenue and this is one of my favorite jewelry designers. I have been collecting their jewelry from 2004 and know every collection they make the way you pretty much know contents of your jewelry box.
I have other items from this collection but the bracelet was out of my reach price-wise until Now. ITS AN ABSOLUTELY AUTHENTIC ITEM !!! However INCOMPETENT AND MANIPULATIVE team of people work at REBELE and once these a- holes realized their profits are barely anything because of the coupon, they deemed the item unauthentic and cancelled the sale. Unauthentic? Really? H. Stern is not Van Cleef and nobody would go out of the way to produce fake H. Stern piece!!
I even called REBELLE and tried to speak with their experts to see if I can convince them to honor the order but they went as far as LYING that the bracelet was already sent back to the owner - which it wasn’t since the owner wasn’t even aware of the whole situation and when she called them it was still in their possession. So incompetent and manipulative- wouldn’t buy through them !!! Their site is an ABSOLUTE DISSERVICE for both buyers and sellers. I wiould Try to contact the seller directly if can instead of going through this site!!!

I only wish we could have a negotiated final fixed price for our item, if its sold by Rebelle, as it was ether Rebelle’s price or they wouldn’t list it!

Takes long time until your items arrive, they have no knowledge in authenticity over products. They don’t communicate, everything is a computer system,If you want to sell something.

Was more than satisfied with the service. Products correspond exactly to the description. The packaging is also more than stable and you can use it very well.
Simply brilliant and the best way to buy original branded goods at low prices. For sure brand products will only be ordered through Rebelle, because then I am on the safe side that it is really an original.

I'm still waiting for my article for 4 weeks. The telephone customer service promises only and does not do what they have told the customer and emails are not answered. Incredible!!
I have sold an original Gucci bag through self-selling contract. The item was received since last Thursday. The customer support team sent me an email that they would check the item, send it to buyer and then submit my payment.
I have no news and tried to reach them out by sending 4 emails the last 3 days asking for the status of my item. I have no replies received by nobody. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I wan to get a responsible reply asap.
I don't want to sell again through this app.

While the concierge service staff in London (Valentina) is simply the best, I am writing a second review to inform others about two unusual fees which will reduce seller payouts (beyond the expected commission and concierge fees):
- Rebelle chooses to have sellers pay currency exchange fees. In the case of a recent payout this reduced the amount by 10 GBP.
- Rebelle does not pay for insured shipping of non-concierge items, instead giving sellers the option to buy insurance for 5 EUR.
I have no doubt Rebelle will post a defense of its policies here as it has already by email, but I hope sellers can make more informed decisions about where to sell and how to price with this information.

I have sold 5 items on Rebelle without any problems but recently I tried to list a leather jacket which is brand new and exactly the same as one I currently have listed on Rebelle in a different size a few weeks earlier. I was therefore very surprised to have the pricing questioned for this new listing and being told to sell it at less than half the price. It makes no sense how these valuations are being done and there seems to be no trust in sellers pricing ability. This is the 3rd item I have had pricing questioned for in the last 3 days and its becoming very disappointing causing me to feel the valuation by Rebelle is haphazard and bears no relation to existing price items on the site or actual valuation of comparable items elsewhere. The items I sell are new and so there should not be this level of issues with valuation. I will wait to see Rebelle response and update this review accordingly.

After reading an article by Lisa Armstrong in The Telegraph some years ago I decided to give Rebelle a try .I did not believe that it could be as good as she said! It really was .It provides a wonderful way to ensure that good clothes are passed on to others who will love them .I use the concierge service which makes everything painless and simple . Once items are sold the money is in my bank within a week.
