I wanted to order a flap bag. I use a service that collects your purchases and ships them combined from US to Europe. I sent the order to their address as usual. There was no movement on my order for a week. After that I receive an email that they suspect it's a fraudulent address and they'll either cancel the order or I should give them another US address and another phone number (like anyone has multiple addresses and numbers to give). So I thought - ok, cancel it and refund me and i'll purchase with shipping directly to Europe. Waited for the refund and purchased again. Paid tonsssss of shipping and customs taxes prior (making the bag costing 40% more to get). Waited a week and again my shipment is not moving. I had to contact them again and they tell me it's actually out of stock and they've already refunded me. No-one even reached me and i'm sitting here waiting and hoping it will be ok this time. Meanwhile the bag is still available on the website....so they have no problem getting your money, not informing you it's out of stock and having you wait around for a refund. After my first feedback when no-one explained to me what's the issue with the address (even though it's widely used), I received no answer. And now this. I am so giving up on that brand. I would think when they're so into being "inspired" by YSL and Chanel they'll at least try to keep it together with the customer service.

Had an item in my cart, was continuing shopping for additional items, and then I went to check out and the items went to OUT OF STOCK. I feel if I am shopping on your website and have an item in my cart, I should be able to purchase it. I was only shopping for 5 mins. It wasn't like these items were in my cart for hours or days. This is very frustrating! Spending time to pick out what you want, and then when ready to check out, all of the sudden they are OUT OF STOCK. This is wrong!

Not sure if this is normal for their website, but I feel if you have it in your cart, you should be able to purchase it. It was less than 5 mins. Not like it was in my cart for hours or days. Will not try to order from them again, as this is VERY disappointing.

I ordered a pair of shoes. Received two shoes for two right feet. I took a photo of the debacle and was told a new pair of shoes were being mailed to me. A week later, I get an email saying the shoes are sold out. So they didn’t mail them when they said they were going to. Then, the kicker, they refund me for LESS than I paid for the shoes. I actually LOST money due to two mistakes made by the company. Customer service takes forever to respond, and they aren’t apologetic at all.

I purchased a bag recently and when it arrived it was badly damaged. I emailed customer service twice to get help with a replacement bag and after one full week I finally received an email that looked like a template and asked for my proof of purchase and an image of the damage, which I had already given them in my initial emails. I sent the information again and now after three days I haven't received any additional communication. Surprise surprise. By the time I get any help the bag will likely be out of stock and then I'll have to start over dealing with a return and refund. Never order from this company!! I won't even be purchasing their products from other retailers. This situation is so bad, and I see I am not alone. Their customer service is seriously the worst.

I tried to contact costumer service by using their “Question Form” on their website and later I tried Messenger, but no answer and not even an automatic email to confirm they’ve received a question.
After reading other reviews and from my experiences; They just don’t seem to care at all about their costumers!
I mean, even companies with an equal nonexistent/lousy costumer service makes themselves heard at Trustpilot after a bad review...

I ordered two handbags from Rebecca Minkoff did not receive one of the handbags I ordered cannot get in touch with customer service left numerous messages emails no one replies horrible c/s!!!!! It really is too bad since I loved her line of handbags but no more. A reputable company would have a customer service department that would assist you if needed. That is not the case here and I should have read the reviews before I placed an order Buyer beware!

I live in Sydney Australia and I shop online for 90% of my purchases, both from Australia and overseas. I ordered 3 handbags from the Rebecca Minkoff sale. I like their products and ordered on the 12/12/19 fully expecting the goods to be here by Christmas. I understand that it is a busy time but products I ordered after that date arrived before Christmas from the US. I still have not received them as at 30 December. It was free shipping but that is standard these days for most products. I emailed customer care at Minkoff and to the Borderfree email that they say they use. It was a week before the carrier even receive any information on the purchase and I have been told by Borderfree I may not receive it until the 9th January 2020. Minkoff has not bothered to even contact me in response. I don't' even want the bags anymore I'm so annoyed. I will never buy from them again and I urge other s to do the same. If they had bothered to contact me it may have been a different story.

Update: On 11 December, I got a mail saying my purse was shipped and will be here by 15 December. Now, today 14th December, I see it is here in the next township over, 10 minutes away. But now the date they will deliver is 17th December. Why is that ? Horrible Customer service along with a Shady Shipping service. Buyers Beware.
Would give no stars if possible. No customer service at all. Called many times and even emailed them. No answer at all. Purchased a purse for my daughter on the 5th of December and now it is 11th December. My order is still showing pending, though they charged my card really fast. Then I got an email saying that we have charged your card and now sit back and wait for shipping confirmation. No change in status ever since 5th December. Horrible company with non existent customer service.

I too, made an order on Dec 4th and now it is the 10th. No way to track my order because no one picks up the phone, it goes to voicemail. I sent an email on Dec 4th due to a price in my purchase is more than what was on the website. Still, no reply.
The order confirmation page says "we received your order and charged your card. Now sit back and wait for a shipping confirmation" I never received shipping confirmation.
I guess they have too much business to care about my order. I will probably return. There are a lot of online retailers that love $500 orders and appreciate their customers.

Yesterday, Saturday, Dec. 14, 2019, I finally received the shoes that I ordered. It is worth the wait indeed! It's new, no damage, no dents whatsoever.
I won't be giving a full 5-Star because of the many way I had to contact them to get answers. They respond, but not as quickly as you want them to respond. You get your answers hours later. And, the shipping date changed on me a few times.
I believe that they really need to work on their Customer Support. They must have a 24/7 Customer Service to answer questions, whether on the phone or chat. Because nothing is more annoying when you call the number and no one is available and when you e-mail them and receive a response saying that they will get back to you in 2-5 days.
I am not sure if I would order from them again though. If things change, may be.
Update: Friday, 12/13/19
I am really hoping that this disappointment of mine with Rebecca Minkoff will change when I finally receive the item I ordered. The delivery date has changed from the 12th of Dec. to the 13th and now the 14th. I hope that this is really worth the wait. Not changing the rating for now at least.
Update: Thursday, 12/12/19
Shipping changed from today to tomorrow the 13th of December, Friday. I have received several responses after I sent them messages on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

Today I received an e-mail saying that my order has been shipped and I will be getting it on the 12th, Thursday.
Although it is early for me to say something, I just feel that there is something wrong with my order. I ordered the item on Dec. 4, 2019, today is the 10th of December and no update at all. I sent them an e-mail, but I am upset because I have to wait 2 to 5 days to hear back from them. I called the number they have for their customer service and what do you know, NO ONE IS AVAILABLE! They took the money out really FAST, but the item I ordered is still PENDING. I had ordered from bigger name brands and they are quick to send me a confirmation and quick in shipping the items I ordered. I will make sure to update this review once Ii hear from them or not.

This is the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I called the number they provide for customer service and got a voicemail with no return call. Trying to make a return on a very expensive order and can get no response to get a packing slip to return. The site they list for returns on the packing slip I received does not even work. This is horrible and I am calling the Better Business Bureau. Do NOT order from this site if you ever want your money back.

Worst customer service... bought a bag during a 48 hour sale where it ended up being 50% off. Thought it was a good deal and went for a pattern I typically wouldn't choose, assuming if I needed to exchange that the company would assist me in placing a new order at the same price while I returned the one I received. Bag came with the whites yellowed out and the "grey" from the photo was actually GREEN! Not at all what I was expecting, so I emailed customer service nicely asking them if they would help me to exchange the bag for a basic color that was also a part of the sale. Customer service wrote back saying that because the basic color "doesn't go on sale often" they wouldn't honor it. Then I sent further feedback for a supervisor to contact me and SURPRISE! No one did. Then I tried calling and my calls were ignored and no one ever called me back. Appalled I work for a company that uses RM as a vendor. Disgusting service.

There is no customer service as they would lead you to believe. When you call the number given, there is a recording telling you there is no one available to speak to and after reading other reviews, which I should have read prior to ordering merchandise, it seems others have never received the merchandise ordered and they were charged and never able to contact anyone via phone or email......but also, my credit card now has been compromised (and used by two other online buisness that I did not authorize) less than 12 hours after I ordered merchandise from this RebbecaMinkoff.com. I tried to contact the company via the customer service support phone number given to be sure it was a legit site and have found there is no way to confirm my order...my credit card has been charged and I have not received any notification of order and there is no customer service to speak with at the number given....this leads me to believe this is not a credible company to trust. Buyer beware.

I called to cancel a order that was placed on Sunday night at 5:30pm emailed that night and called first thing when they open on Monday am. Their customer service advised it had already shipped which I found strange and still as of Wednesday night I have yet to receive shipping info. Yes it shipped Monday am, what a story!!!
