The wrong size of screen has been delivered. And the insect screen has the damage. It is fine. There should be some damage on the product. It is possible wrong size could be delivered by mistake. The problem is I could not receive any feedback from the provider more than 20 days. I have ordered this product dated on 9th April. But I still do not have a proper screen. I do not believe it will take more than 2 months to receive proper product even I consider a strange circumstance.

I do not recommend this company. Good product, - horrendous service. I have ordered their product, - wrong sizes. Very happy with making the use of "Past Altijd Garantie", but I have never received my blinds nor money back from them and I have been chasing for 8 weeks (already paid - more than EUR 1000) . Horrible service - they wont call back, no response, no resolution. => I do not recommend this company.

I ask for a 100% blackout and the result is that what i get is not 100% at all but maximum 90!
I payed for measurement as assembly in order not to make mistake on doing it by myself but the result is not what i expected and for what I paid for.
I'm not satisfy at all.
