The Proven Skincare products are great. I have enjoyed using them. It's the customer service that I take issue with.
The night cream is actually causing extreme dryness under my eyes. Since no separate eye cream has been recommended, when I inquired about this occurrence the response was just don't use it under your eyes. Well, what do you suggest I use? No response.
Just received my 4th or 5th order. The pump container for the cleanser will not work. I have primed it and stored it upside down to see if it will work. No. Reached out to customer service. I was told how the pump works. No solution beyond what I had already done. Just a "have a great day" and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any further issues. Wait...that issue wasn't fixed. I have offered to return it for another one. No response.
I will cancel my subscription even though I love the product. What good is a product when you can't get it out of the container without unscrewing the lid and banging it on your palm to get it out.

I wish I read these reviews before I place my order. I purchased on Sept 29th 2020. The email states it will take 8 to 12 days to be completed. I reached out to customer support on October 16th asking them to check my order. I am told that is it done and will be shipped shortly...a week passes and still no shipping confirmation. I email back with support and they said it is shipped and gives me a tracking number but it has not been scanned by USPS. It honestly should not take this long and when I ask for a refund they ignore that part and does not even address it. After back and forth I was able to finally get the refund. I have read other reviews of others who have signed up for their monthly service and haven't gotten their product and they were getting into the second month where they should be getting their second supply but haven't even recieved the first. I can't tell you about their product but their shipping and customer service could use some work.

Horrible product (gave me an awful rash). The only thing worse than the product is the customer service...which is non-existent. They don’t return email inquiries. When they do, every 10th attempt or so, they don’t answer the question asked. The phone number is a dead end. STAY AWAY - save your skin, your wallet, your time and your sanity.

I placed an order 2 months ago and still haven’t received the products. When I reached out to customer service they initially said that it’s being formulated and will be shipped soon and then one day I get an email saying hope you are enjoying the product (which I never received in the first place). I sent them an email and they again said that it’s been shipped when it hasn’t been. Please don’t fall for this scam. I am not sure if I will even get the product or the money back. 😞

Incredibly difficult to cancel after trial for month. After cancelling, I was notified that another month was being shipped and no way to provide refund.

For a company who touts using a data driven approach to skin care, the fine print shows that the consumer reviews are only on a data set of 33!

I received a product that was completely unusable, it legitimately smells like rotten eggs. Customer service got back to me that it was "the best formulation for your skin" which is not true if I can't even put it on my face without gagging. Contacted customer service 3 more times about a refund, they said they would "put a note in my file" which is completely useless.
I tried to warn others on social media and rather than let their true colors show they have deleted my comments and BLOCKED me on social media. No wonder they only have good reviews and comments, what a dishonest company! 100% do NOT recommend.

I tried the product. It caused my skin to break out and asked for a refund. The answer was no. Unbelievable. If you can’t try a product without returning it if it doesn’t work for you, it’s a scam. I emailed them back again regarding my dissatisfaction with their answer and got no response. There are plenty of medical grade products on the market that stand behind their promises. Don’t buy Proven!

I didn't like the product it made my skin itchy, I cancel the subscription but the keep sending product, keep charging my credit card and there is no way to delete it from there web site.
