I had to call 4 times to get my cartridges. Took over 2 months. Do not buy these as the ones received did not print in black, HP printer. Tried 2 of the newly received refurbished cartridges and printer indicated no black ink, so would not print. Finally tried an original HP Original black cartridge and printer started working fine. Pay a little more and get original HP cartridges.

I've always found the right cartridge for my printer and at the right price. The delivery is quick and if you watch for special prices it is free. The cartridges have always worked well in my printer and lasted for a long time. All in all, I will keep using them as my ink supplier.

Have always obtained my ink from Printerinkrefills. Went to place an order and saw they had a sale. Great! However, the website didn't work and had to place my order, paying the going rate at the time. And only to see that the next day they corrected the problem and was still offering the discount. But, did I get the discount? I am not sure. Well, after a personal phone call from Printerinkrefills, I was assured that the discount would be applied despite the internet problems they had posting their discount. I consider that a class act for me as a comparatively small purchaser.

I've been buying re-manufactured printer ink cartridges from Printerinkrefills for several years, now, and I'm very happy with the inexpensive prices and convenience! They frequently offer discounts off their already low prices as well as free shipping. I usually receive the cartridges by mail within a few days. Ordering and the filling of the order is very good, also shipping is good.
Would like to have more choice of multiple items. Would like to know why when I replace 1 or 2 cartridges , 1or 2 cartridges will not print and I have to replace those other 2, so I end up throwing out cartridges that are good but will not work.

I have been ordering from Printerinkrefills for a few years now. I have ordered ink for a Canon, Epson, and HP printers and never had any problems with the refills regardless of brand. I would highly recommend this company to everybody. They often have sales which include free shipping. Oh, did I mention that I usually receive my order within 2-3 days.

I like the low prices, and free shipping, I'm just not sure of the ink quality. Lately I've been having problems with my printer and I don't know if it's the printer itself, or if the ink quality is taking a toll on it. I've been using printer ink refills for a long time and have'nt had any problems til now. I don't wanna blame it on the ink if I'm not sure that's what the problem is.
