I live in a small town with limited dining out options. We traveled to Fishers, Ind and there was Panera
Very excited, only to be extremely disappointed in the food. New summer corn chowder tasted violently of cheddar, same soup base as broccoli/cheddar. Cold bacon on turkey sandwich with brown avocado. Disgusting. Lots of other dining choices. Panera, I won't be back.

Just had lunch at Panera located at Mall of Melleo a, Orlando, Florida.
We ordered 3 tuna sandwiches which were extremely disappointing to say the least... the bread was hard and obviously stale, not enough tuna. A real letdown ( I has t g e same sandwiches at the Panera located on I Drive by SeaWorld and what a pleasure that was...
Fresh, wholesome & tasty!
Today's experience was absolutely awful... maybe order something else - don't order the tuna sandwich at this location please.

The customer was at the line without a mask and the staff didn't say anything to to him. Unfortunately I see why COVID-19 keeps on taking lifes and many people do not care.

I ordered a small mac and cheese for my two year old granddaughter for over $6.00. It was so small she was looking for more. It was too expensive for the amount of food. Same for my grandson's salad. He liked it, but again for $12.00 it was scimpy on the quantity. If they are going to give such small portions, they need to lower the price by half. My flatbread pizza was so bland and lacked tomato sauce. They have to do better. Most of the reviews were negative. I should have looked at them before deciding to order from Panera.

We went into the Easley SC location this evening. We waited in line patiently while the staff waited on the customers in front of us. After about five minutes there was a staff member behind the counter yelling across the restaurant, "if you don't have a mask, you can't be in here". We knew it was directed as us so we left without confrontation. This location has had problems since it opened there. I continue to try to eat there though. After this experience I'm done with this location. Won't be back! The staff there in my opinion is horrible.

Do NOT try the coffee subscription. I set up an account with a brand new password to try it out (never once went in for coffee) and tried to cancel it that first month. They locked me out of the account and claimed my password had expired. It was less than a month old how could it be expired?! This isn't NASA - a restaurant account doesn't need to have a password change every few days for security. Sounds like a scam to make it so they can keep charging peoples cards. No password reset option was available of course due to it apparently being high risk? $50 later (zero coffee had) I finally get ahold of someone to cancel this subscription. I asked to remove ONE of the charges. Hard pass by the Panera rep. I had to call my CC and dispute the charges due to the sleazy way they handled the cancellation.

Penn center has been going down hill- today we entered at 145 for two take out lunches used the kisiok and had to listen to the manager yell back and forth to the workers about their schedules- paying no attention to us- 15 minutes in we asked if we could have our lunch and we were told Mac takes time- as they continued yelling at each other. The place was dirty and the employees were disinterested.

I used the Panera app and ordered curb side. They gave me Mac and cheese in stead of soup. Then they gave me an apple instead of bread and my order was messed up again. My cinnamon roll was tossed in the box and it's in pieces. Everytime I order it's always something. I will not return.

I have gone to the Panera in Chelmsford, MA for a little over a year. For many months, once a week, now only very occasionally. Three out four orders are incorrect. Even though I order online the day before, many times the order is late. This morning was the last straw! Order was late, wrong and the server was snarky.

I use to go to panera bread in Orland got the onion soup with cheese that had good bread on it with cheese smothering the top this one in Ocala is terrible the cheese sprinkled on top and really bad bread in the soup first they gave me wrong soup then this crappy onion soup. What happen to the great onion soup you servered?
I won't be back. Just terrible and expensive to boot. I'd think you'd want your customers to come back
My address I'd appreciate a note from you.

Yes their soups are delicious. There is no reason why I should spend close to eleven dollars for an empty sandwich. It has happened twice already! I order a pick two and the sandwich literally comes with two pieces of bread and maybe a slice of onion and a small piece of lettuce!!!!!!! What is going on! I really despise when a company takes advantage of a customer! My husband and I both ordered the pick two and both tuna sandwiches came with no tuna!!!!!! Really? Route 17 the Design center location. Never returning, Never!

I received a rotten sandwich from Panera today. Panera use to be my favorite place to eat but in the last 6 months everything I have ordered has not been good.

While the food is good, the service stinks. I have given Panera many chances; however, each time I order online for rapid pickup/curbside, my order is never ready on the promised time given. I end up giving Panera a call reminding them that I am still waiting for my order, and each time they tell me, "they'll be right out" once my order is ready. After calling one day, I ended up going inside because my order was still not brought out, seeing my order sitting on the back counter while the workers walked past it.

Panera at Clayton and 141 in Chesterfield MO. Tried giving them another chance, but I shouldn't have. Not sure who packages the food, but the one driver that delivered here for me today, again brought cold food and the packaging was not secure. Every time he delivers the food the items are either just thrown in the bag or not there. There is another driver that brings your food securely packaged and the bag is sealed. I have to say I am through with this store. Terrible customer care.

It’s sad when you order something very easy and your order still gets messed up. I ordered 2 soups, 2 sandwiches and 2 Pepsi’s. I didn’t receive the Pepsi’s. I know it’s just soda, but if you can’t get that right you know you wouldn’t be able to get a big order correct.

The store at Parkside Commons in Cary North Carolina is not worthy of customers. The food there was always meh, but now there is less of it, down to the "new (smaller) containers" for the yogurt granola parfait and smaller portions. The manager Kim must be insane because she defended her employee Valerie who claimed she couldn't possibly have made a mistake in "measuring out the yogurt" when I complained. She said, there is no need to show me photos, just move on. I am going to write to the company to see that both parties are fired.

Panera in Lakewood ranch, Fl
My husband and I go to Panera every Sunday morning.
Rich keeps the dining room spotless.
He’s always scurrying around looking for someone to help and cleaning up after everyone.

My Panera account is not working. I attempt to reset the password, but never received the email with my temporary password. I know my email works since they spam that account everyday with ads. Their unsubscripe button does not work - which is a violation of federal lawn. I try to use my Panera card and it tells me the number is invalid. So every time I try to order pickup I have to log in as guest. I logged in 5 minutes after 2 different stores opened and they were already out of bagels. I called customer care and never got through to a human. Using the Contact us button on the website gives a 404 error.

That's it, no more Panera's for me and my family. The protein is almost non-existent. They fill you up with nothing but bread. Soup portions are tiny too. Way too expensive for what you get! We are done.
Plenty of better place worth the drive from us, like Jason's Deli.

I bought that new flatbread and I was truly disappointed you could use some kind of spice or something on it ,it just taste like bread and you really couldn’t taste anything else. You can still serve clean food but you could put some taste in it
