WHAT A MESS!
One star feels inflated at this point. I ordered custom boxes through the Packola website on October 6, 2020. I was notified on October 19 that there was a problem with my graphics file (though I followed the instructions on the site)....I have no idea why it would take them two weeks to contact me, but I digress. I resubmitted new artwork with the help of their customer service department on the same day, 10/19. On October 25, I got a response from my email asking for confirmation that my new file was fine. They apologized for the slow response and confirmed they had received my file ( everything is slowed by Covid) and that my boxes would be going into production. On Nov. 2 I received an email "due to unforeseen circumstances we need 3-5 more days to complete your order. We will notify you when we have a shipping date." I checked the status of my order on November 10 and received an email response stating that my boxes will ship no later than December 1 (REMEMBER: I ordered these on October 6) to arrive on December 8. I contacted customer service again. They apologized profusely and said if I don't cancel my order, when the boxes are ready to ship they will waive shipping costs and send them overnight to MAKE CERTAIN that they are delivered no later than December 9 ( I need these boxes to send out holiday promotional items). WelI...I never received any shipping notification, so I called today to confirm that they WILL be here tomorrow, December 9. (You can guess where this is going) After being put on hold, I was told that my order had been shipped on Dec. 5, via ground shipping and is scheduled to arrive on December 10. What's one more day? Well, because of the original delay we notified our customers that we were having issues with the poxes and we'd ship their orders overnight on Dec. 9. When I expressed my frustration to Packola customer service, ridiculously, they offered to waive the shipping fee...which, you may remember, had already been promised nearly a month ago when they promised to ship overnight. Something tells me this isn't over. I can't wait to see what the product looks like. UGH! 2020 the year that keeps on giving!

I placed an order in the beginning of September understanding that it would take a few weeks. I needed the boxes by October 2. I get an email 3 weeks later saying they needed my artwork approved. I sent the approval thinking ok that was the hold up. It’s now October 15 and not a word. I tried to call the number but kept getting hung up on. I knew then I’d been scammed. So I go back to the website and hit chat live. I waited for about 5 mins . Someone finally gets on and when I stated I wanted a refund they asked why and as I’m typing the chat needed. I tried again and disconnected. And again and the third time no one ever answered. I used my last bit of savings dor these boxes for my business! My last almost $300 and I basically threw it away to this unprofessional business!! I’m so upset right now. Do not give this company a dime or one red cent !!

True story: My company works with a California-based online charity that sells products and donates 100% of the proceeds to hospitals to provide care for sick children. We decided to switch from our regular box manufacturer to Packola after doing a lot of research and speaking to their customer support staff, who assured us that they would be able to manufacture and ship our boxes in under 15 business days. However, if we paid for their "rush production" option, our order would be shipped in 6-8 business days. Therefore, we selected the "rush production" option and placed the order on Sept. 12, 2020.
On Sept. 21 we decided to check on the status of the order and were informed that the Packola production team made a mistake during printing and the boxes had to be redone. However, they were pushed to the front of the production schedule and would be sent within 72 hours.

We recently decided to switch from our regular box manufacturer to Packola after doing a large amount of research and speaking to Packola’s customer support staff. They were quite helpful and assured us that they would be able to manufacture and ship our boxes in under 15 business days if we chose their regular service, and under 8 business days if we chose their “rush production” service for an additional $300+. Since we needed the boxes quickly, we selected "rush production" and placed the order on September 12th, 2020.
On September 21st, we phoned Packola to check on our order and learned that their production team made a mistake during printing, so the boxes needed to be redone. Packola assured us that the production of our order would be pushed to the front of their schedule and shipped within 72 hours. As business owners, we understand the impact of Covid-19 and that errors can happen with or without a pandemic, so we were okay to accept their explanation and apology.
When neither our order or a shipping notification had arrived by September 30th, we called Packola and, once again, the representative apologized profusely for the delay, stating that our order had not come out of production yet, but confirmed that it would be completed and sent via complementary expedited shipping on or before Oct. 2nd.
It is now October 9th and we have not received a shipping confirmation so we phoned Packola to obtain a tracking # since our order should be in transit. We spoke to the most candid Packola representative yet who…guess what…told us that the order had not been manufactured and she could not confirm “if” or “when” it would be ready for shipment. She literally said: “I’m not sure how to tell you this, but we haven’t done it yet.” …Really @Packola? Is this the kind of business you’re running — one that lies to customers to keep them on the hook, and still doesn’t do their job even after gaining time to complete a project through deceit?
Needless to say, our company will never use or recommend Packola to anyone. In fact, we believe it is our duty to inform any business or individual interested in branded packaging about our experience so that they are not subjected to a similar situation. Our advice is to choose a local packaging manufacturer in your area, or choose Packlane, Arka, or one of their other competitors.

The worst company I’ve ever done business with. I’m still waiting on my issue to be resolved from 2 months ago! Horrible company to work with. Mailers were unusable and were made incorrectly (could not be folded). This issue has put my company behind in production and dollars with no care OR a response. Unacceptable!

We ordered custom designed boxes from Packola. We received them yesterday (way earlier than expected) and we LOVE them! Great, responsive, affordable and FAST company. We look forward to a long term business relationship. Thank you Packola!

We ordered 1,000 boxes for a special event through Packola. Prior to ordering, we were very specific about our timing and requirements. Everything fit our timing right, and the proof they provided was correct. The boxes arrived three business days prior to our expected delivery date, which was great for us.
Unfortunately, Packola forgot to print one of the two sides of our box. When customer service was contacted about the misprint, the first associate was very short and unhelpful. They are unable to correct their mistake in time, and provided us with two options: Keep the boxes and receive a portion of our money back, or give them the incorrect boxes back and receive a full refund.
Packola put us in a position to where we had no other choice than to use the incorrect product. We would either not have packaging, or use the product they messed up. Take your business somewhere else. This was the worst vendor experience I have had to date.
