I recently purchased wax labeled as beeswax from this company on Etsy. It had an overwhelming chemical odor upon opening the bag. When melting the odor filled my entire home (including our in-law suite—2500 sqft). True beeswax has a very light and pleasant scent. It also melts to a consistency that is much thinner than true beeswax.
Furthermore, the organic label on this beeswax is a false claim. Beeswax cannot be labeled organic in the United States due to the strict requirements of organic labeling and the process of beekeeping.
Etsy also will not help you to resolve having bought a fake item from this seller (which may not be a problem if you bought using a credit card and report the fraud).
Beware of buying from this seller, especially as it pertains to your health and wellbeing in using these products.

Fake Or altered oils
I ordered a few different oils from this company, they advertise everything is organic but they aren't. Yes there prices are low but I assumed maybe they were going to be good, that was clearly my first mistake. I didn't do enough research and wanted these oils ASAP to make my beauty products.
I ordered three different oils, prickly pear, maracuja and baobab oil.
All three oils had the same exact color, consistency and smell.
They looked NOTHING like these oils, I have been using them for many years so I know what I'm talking about. They all look the same to me, could be just plain olive oil I don't know, maybe they have 5% of the actual oil it claims to be.
I contacted them because on their website it says money back guarantee, and I was genuinely curious why these oils all looked the same and nothing like I have used before.
The woman who answered my emailed, assured me the oils are all organic and 100% pure in what they claim to be. I even read the whole website again and it's true they don't say they have altered the products but I know they have for a fact.
I was told I would not get a refund for any opened bottles, I would have to pay for my own shipping and also pay a restocking fee for each item(30% or value up to $10) So basically in the end I will lose more money shipping everything back plus restocking fee. So in the end I might get five dollars back or something what a joke. Companies like this make me sick, buyers beware and don't take my word for it check other reviews on other websites, return policy is trash! Rather throw them down the drain then to spend even a penny trying to return them.
