Brought a 2080 Super, decided i didn't want it and it would be cheaper to buy a new pc. Rung them up saying i didn't want the parcel anymore but they couldn't cancel it when it's in transit ( they can but can't be bothered) then had to tell the delivery driver to send it back to their warehouse and after contacting them they've told me it takes 5 days to return back to their warehouse and then another 5 days to process a refund? My advice.. there customer service is trash if you're buying something make sure you don't want to return it or if something goes wrong good luck! You'll be waiting weeks for anything and luckily i paid with paypal so i just opened a claim on them to get a refund.. good luck

I am an owner of gtx970. With latest driver update performance of the card in Witcher 3 (full hd) went down by OVER 15% than before.
And such thing happens with many more games. They kill the performance of card with drivers, forcing users into buying their newer products.

Don’t install their latest wddm 2.6 GeForce drivers if you have a pascal gpu there’s clearly performance difference with their older drivers for pascal gpu with latest ones 430xx FPS dropping to 5, 10 numbers whereas with 425 and below giving me 10 more FPS and smooth performance I don’t know what Microsoft did with wddm 2.6 but clearly nvidia made some nerfings with it to decrease pascal gpu performance especially for the gt1030 if you are lawyer please open a class action against nvidia...

Made an update on NVIDIA GXT 1070 about 7 months ago. Windows 10 doesn't work I might try using NVIDIA if I had maybe windows 7? This product doesn't work. Update locked up computer took away tool bar could not right or left click mouse with any response. Before you install or update a NVIDIA card backup your system!! The second day I was able to stop bootup and return a week earlier to get on internet. I will buy another card before I am willing to try an update or use NVIDIA again. Try a different company. HH

Don't buy any device from thi company. Had a shield tablet that died 6 months out of warrenty and there answer is to bin it. £300 tablet for 28 months. At least apples devices last you years and there is out of warrenty support.
You really expect expensive items to last longer than this. What a joke.

Terrible terrible terrible. Wanted to order new GPU, but then day after my order another better one came out, so i bought this one instead. Guess what, it came to me 4 days after i placed order. And Nvidia one? I cancelled order day after i put it. I cancelled it everyday for about a week. And guess what. Week after order changes status from proceeding to shipped and customer service finally wrote that they can't cancell order gbecause product had been shipped. They had a f***ing week to sort it out. I wrote multiple cancellation forms but nope. They don't care abotu customer at all. Will never ever buy anything from them. Now i need to wait another week until this GPu will come and struggle to send it back for my own money (i live in village we don't have post offices) And then fight to get my refund. Which all procees will take about a month. Great. Thank you Nvidia.

nvidia continues downgrading pascal gpus this time with increasing dx12 load times on dx12 games ... with their latest 436.02 drivers ...
even with basic benchmarks on dx12 titles now have increased loading time on dx12 .. dx11 has no problem ... comparing with previous drivers even with 430xx drivers has better dx12 performance along with increased bus load on pci-e now they nerfed another feature of the pascal gpu... if you wanna play dx12 games stick to the amd gpus .. nvidia's ceo must step down of his position basically he sucks! ..

I will definitely give them not even 1 star. I was connected to 2 technicians trying to be easy on them but what they did is to make me feel dumb about the situation.
The intruder in question is called NvContainerRecoveryNVDisplay.ContainerLocalSystem, I do not know where it came from. This intruder disappears and reappears every second like a ghost file.
When I make a Right Click, it takes several tens of seconds or minutes for options like Refresh or New Folder to appear, which is too slow in which before it took just 1 second.
They told me my GPU is okay and working. Sadly, as a student I have to do something to get it work since I needed my laptop for everything I need to finish for school works.
It came to my attention that NVIDIA Control panel cannot be accessed. Since customer service wasn't able to help me, after waiting 20 or more mins to get a rep, in addition I spent 4 hours talking to them, I DID A LOT OF RESEARCH. And GOOGLE was able to give me the solution (well not all articles will give you the same resolution, but tried a lot of solution that is connected to my problem)..
What made the problem?
Its as if the drivers were out to date.
Solution I made?
I just downloaded the driver from the website.
Right clicking on my desktop takes just seconds.
NVIDIA CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE NEED TO HIRE SUPPORT WHO CAN DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. FIRST OF ALL, NOT ALL YOUR USERS KNOW WHAT DO. THIS IS WHY WE YOU GUYS ARE THERE BECAUSE YOU GUYS SHOULD BE THE EXPERTS! BUT CLEARLY, YOU GUYS CAN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND YOUR USERS. BE PATIENT! YOUR GUYS DON'T NEED TO BE MORE IRATE THAN YOUR CUSTOMERS.
VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

The graphic card I bought of 1080 TI was awesome, in the future I may think on upgrading to a new one but for now the FPS are way too smooth like to change it for another, I truly recommend you guys to get it from here.

Terrible video card driver maker! The worst by far! Don’t buy a pascal even though it’s somewhat new architecture their ugly capitalism decided to nerf pascal not only you will get a lot less performance with latest drivers but also they won’t let you install their studio drivers for gt1030 pascal... they say it’s for creators I’m a creator who uses photoshop and illustrator and have pascal. But nvidia tells me I can’t install it because it’s not a gtx Jesus!! Don’t buy nvidia for God’s sake

Absolutely rubbish, I ordered a graphics card for my Son, however, I chose the wrong one. I emailed them back 2hrs after the original purchase saying I had made a mistake, this email was ignored, they sent out the card within 3 days. I have now spent a total of 10 days either phoning and emailing support asking for a returns number and nothing has been sent. My calls have been dropped on purpose aqnd now I feel that they will not even listen to me, I have no contact details, nothing, not sure what I can do anymore?

We asked NVIDIA about a technical issue (Yes/No) question. The customer service keep avoid answering the question, but insist us to tell them that they had answered our question, which they haven't so far.

Only gave 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option. I bought a GPU using paypal on their site. Paypal statement and initial email confirmation all confirm correct delivery address but subsequent emails give a different delivery address. Waited forever to get through to customer services. they implied the problem was my fault (clearly wasn’t as all initial correspondence has the correct address), they refused to change the address to the right one and claimed all they could do was request a refund but would not guarantee that it would go through in time even though the GPU has not been shipped. What will happen if the GPU I have payed for is delivered to someone else? Absolute charlatans. Glad I used paypal as hopefullyI will have some protection.

I wish I could give ZERO stars, the nvidia customer support is just horrible. I wanted to RMA a rtx 2060 purchased directly from the nvidia store due to very loud coil whine. I'm waiting for more than 15 days to get a freaking RMA to send it back. I've contacted them a few times already, they told me they are looking into this.
I'm irritated, I want my money back!

Purchased a shield tablet, was recalled due to a fault. Ever since had nothing but problems.
I have had numerouse RMA's, but then fails again.
And now they are refusing liability. The fault is inherent as they have repaired / replaced this on each RMA.
very poor customer service.
