We (grandma and grandpa) rented this house together with our three children and their families. It was a fantastic house and most of all a fantastic place on earth. Situated right at the waterline. Crystal clear water. A bridge of our own where we could bathe, watch the fish or even try to catch one of them. The hostess Marija was ever so nice and extremely helpful. We’ve rented some houses and visited a lot of places throughout the years but this has really set the standard. To sit under the Pine trees and enjoy afternoon light flicker on the water makes you realise that there’s really not much more you need in life…

Customer service at its lowest.
We are danish family who rented a house from the 10th of Feb. until the 17th of Feb. 2018, we where 4 adults, one teen and one toddler.
The house has a very nice and cosy living room with a big table and a great sitting area! The kitchen is well equipped too and has all your need. The rooms on the first floor is also ok, you have to walk through one of the rooms to get to another room, but it works fine, and the beds are great.
But already after 2 minutes when we tried to heat some water for the little the first switch went off and causing most of the house including fridge to go black. We tried different settings, and got the water boiled. When we texted the contact from Novasol, his reply where ”that everything was working ”jättebra” (really good.) We tried to explain to him that everything wasn’t working ok; otherwise we wouldn’t be contacting him! The solution was to have no heat in the hall. Every time we used the dishwasher the power went out again, cutting the power to the fridge and most appliances in the kitchen. We never got the dishwasher to work even though we tried during the night when all other electricity was turned off. After a couple of days all of the power went out in the upper floor, causing it to get cold and dark! Team Novasol’s solution was this time to guide us via an electrician over the phone. We declined that offer since we had already spent a lot of time running around playing electricians during our holiday. So after 3-4 phone calls including speaking with the Danish headquarter and the Swedish headquarter they finally send out a guy to fix the electricity.
The electricity setup in that house is simply not set up for winter use, all the radiators are using electricity. And there is a big sign over the fire stove telling us not to use because it will call the security company (smoke alarm). So if you don’t want to be living in an igloo, there is no other option to use the electricity to heat up the house. Which was about 130€ for a week during a normal Swedish winter week.
After our problems Novasol has offered to pay back 10% of our rental fee. We are glad they offered that. We payed 5400 dkr for the house, an ekstra 1000 skr. for cleaning, plus power for about 1100 Skr. Which is about 7000 Dkr in total now we got the refund in the amount of 483 dkr. How can that ever ever be 10%? And how can a company pressured by airbnb and other shared-economic-solutions give that kind of service? I am pretty sure that i will scroll past the next AirBnB house with a Novasol sign!

Everything was perfect!
Some comments: 1.There is no Salmon/Lax in this area.
2. Parking place is about 100 meters from the house and you have to go with all your staff via field.
3. Bastu/Sauna is very small.
4. Owners are very friendly and helpful.

1. ***** The apartment was newly renovated to high standard! Highly service minded concierge!
2. ***** Trattoria da Walter on Via Palomba 54 (200 m/yards) from the apartment IS an outstanding family owned restaurant with the kindest personell and the best Sard food we have eaten!
2. - - - - - The apartment was on the 4th floor without elevator not mentioned in the advertisment. Not for family's with small children or the elderly.
