Very poor customer service.
Can't cancel an order few minutes after placing it, only the shipping back option is available and a hope for a refund.
Calls to the service department, during operating hours are not answered.
Will never give nourished life another chance!

I have discovered that their Benecos eye shadows contain Talc, a toxic ingredient linked to Ovarian Cancer and also Lung Conditions. In fact, there were numerous lawsuits won in 2016-7 totaling 700 Million dollars. Yes, almost a billion dollars was paid out by Johnson & Johnson to people who purchased their talc and then got ovarian cancer.
However, Nourished Life refused to remove the Benecos products or to even discuss the matter. This is appalling since talc is the number one ingredient contained in the eye shadows. I'm not even mentioning Asbestos since we all know there isn't any. It is the talc itself, the pharmaceautical grade talc that is losing tons of money for Johnson & Johnson.
In fact, I've had many, many reviews deleted on this matter because they wish to keep it quiet. Am I not a customer? This service is terrible. Most natural products claim "no talc" on their products. Most people realise it can be carcinogenic.
When will Nourished Life lift their game? This is not on. With so many other brands of eye shadow in their store, why will they not remove the poisonous brand?

used to be a really regular customer but a couple of month ago after waiting for my
Order for 7 business days without receiving any updates or tracking number, I contacted them on Facebook to found out what was going on and also to tell them how
Disappointed I was to see that the shipping process was getting slower and slower every time... They responded quickly and they finally sent my order straight away but... with normal post, when you think that it would have been more “correct” to send it with express post since they were late, but this is only my opinion.
Anyway, since they told me that it wouldn’t happen again, I decided to give them a last chance and I placed a new order on the 4th July 2018. Today we are the 18th July 2018 and still nothing, not even a tracking number!
I did contact them again on Facebook after 7 days of waiting but this time I didn’t not received any apology, instead they told me that it was clearly marked at the checkout that they will be delays and that my order will be send on the 9th July 2018. This date was also marked on the email I received to confirm my order.
But it was already the 10th July when I messaged them and since I didn’t get any apology, I asked them to cancel my Order and refund me. This is where the best part of the story starts! The girl beyond her computer just literally answered Me that she didn’t have the time to found my order in the warehouse to stop it from getting send! Seriously? So I told them that If I wasn’t getting refunded by the end of the day, I will contact the fair trade office! Then I got a response from Irene (the owner apparently), who apologised and told me that she couldn’t stop my order as it was already on it’s way (even thought I didn’t received any tracking number, strange isn’t?).
Well I can tell you now that this was a big LIE! We are the 18th July and still no order or tracking number, my order is still in their warehouse, it never got sent obviously and they never refunded me either! They also stop responding to my Facebook messages!
So I don’t have any other choices to go to fair trade and I invite anybody to contact me and join me in the battle I’m about to start with the fair trade office, as I believe their is plenty of victims of nourished life and this has to stop!

The service at Nourished Life is horrendous, and I know personally that many people are going elsewhere.
My story is that the checkout would not process my 10% off Voucher. I emailed them explaining I needed a new voucher because the old one wasn't working.
Well over 4 days I got ridiculous replies from them like "thank you for your order" and then I got one stating they could see "no issue with my account". Firstly, they don't send personal emails thanking you for your order. I've put in over 20 orders and never got that before. It kept going round and round in circles and each time I would reply saying "send my voucher please." And they would reply with ridiculous, irrelevant replies. They never even mentioned the voucher.
After 4 furious days I ended up emailing telling them I would see them in court. It only costs $40 to begin a claim in small claims court and they were refusing to send my voucher. Five minutes later I get my voucher. I am not kidding. But I told them I would never be back. Imagine placing over 20 orders and being a loyal customer, only to receive 4 days worth of very mean replies and playing games with me. How hard is it to email one voucher???? You have to threaten them with court before they give the voucher they promised.
I went elsewhere to buy the same products and will never go back. Oh, and when they sent the voucher finally, she offered me a special "$1" discount. Wow!! - $1 on an order over $50 that I couldn't place for four days! What great service.
Well never again Nourished LIfe.

I ordered full price times on Monday which should have been sent on Tuesday according to their delivery promises. This was one of the reasons i ordered with them. However, on the Tuesday they launched a sale (which now meant the products i ordered at full price were cheaper) and sent an email saying due to the sale my order was delayed. I messaged them saying I purchased before the sale begun so my order should have been a sent before any sale items. They totally ignored the issue of that and their response was my order would be sent soon. I messaged back and asked to cancel my order to which they said it was almost ready so no. I then asked if they would refund me the price difference in the now reduced items to what i paid and they ignored that too. I said it would have been a good customer service gesture for them to do that seeing as my order was being held up due to the sale. They haven't responded to my last message which for me is terrible customer service and my items are still not with AUS Post according to tracking, it is now Saturday.

Always love ordering from Nourished Life. Most of their orders are tracked, which helps know when orders will arrive. They have always sent the correct products, and I like that they are fussy with the products they stock.
