Great service and very easy to use the website. I ordered the Acer shaft/adapter combo for a Cobra F8 driver which has made a significant difference to the flight of the ball (my driver came with a mid-flight shaft which wasn't doing me any favours) and I am very pleased with the purchase. This has saved me the trouble and expense of a new fitting and made a very good club even better. Would thoroughly recommend that people try this option first before going down the new driver route. I would certainly recommend Nordica Golf to anyone and would use again.

I ordered a GPS watch on the 4th of October. It was a pre-order so i didn't expect it immediately. However, after a week I asked them for an update and they said it would be dispatched the next day. Needless to say i still haven't received it and have heard no more from them.

I ordered Golf Clubs on the 21 July 2019. NordicaGolf took payment on 22 July 2019. It is now 30th July and still I have not received my clubs. On their website they have a Parcel Force logo, implying they use Parcel Force. This is deceiving, as they use UPS. Search UPS on Trustpilot! I wonder why NordicaGolf don't have a UPS logo on their website?! I know why! In my opinion any company who use UPS do not care about the Customer! I emailed Nordica Golf on 26th July & didn't get a reply. I expected a reply on Monday 29th July as it can take 24hrs, and this allowed for the weekend. I emailed again on the 29th July and received a reply on the 30th, so at least I got a reply to my 2nd email but it was just lip service. They wrote, "We chose to use UPS as we think that they do an excellent job..." Really?? If so, your standards are not very high!
