Worst customer service I have experienced in Denmark.
It takes 10-15 days just to answer a single e-mail, and they usually can't solve my problem.
Last time I wrote them about two things, they replied in 13 days complaining about one of them. It's been 18 days now and they still didn't solve my other problem.
It took them one and a half month just to open the account, and they couldn't get my pension transferred from my previous provider in three months!
You can't update all your settings on the self-service portal and takes forever for them to react. I couldn't sort everything out in three months...
Avoid Nordea Pension if you can.
Edit: Well, yes, the two information I asked helped with was actually updated after 19 days. This still doesn't change the fact that the customer service and business in general is awfully slow...

Rating a health insurance company should not be like rating a burger bar.
Due to the nature of such organisations & health claims, as "customers" we should expect a high level of investigation, including every aspect of our health & claim & it's integrity. This will undoubtedly be a tedious process for impatient people like myself, but despite my own frustrations I can see the need for in this case Nordea to take the necessary time required to accumilate required information.
I have been very impatient, but during each conversation I was treated fairly & with respect. I have recieved a good quality of service, & recieved 3 "life changing" payouts due to critical illness. It's the process of Nordea accumilating information that takes time, not necessarily the end decision/result. Nordea has undoubtably made a significant impact on my life & my family. For this I am eternally grateful. :-)
My only criticism would be that of active communication. A random phone call would have been appreciated to deliver status updates, regardless of there being any new news to deliver. The purpose being a reminder to let us sick people know that we are not forgotten. Other wise I am a very happy man. :-)
