Probably the worst, most incompetent online store in Saudi Arabia.
I haven't received my order in over 10 days. First they sent my order to a different city, even though I selected the address from the map on their website. So customer service makes me re-order the whole thing. Then after calling them for 3 days they tell me they sent the order to the wrong warehouse in my city. Meanwhile the driver asks me for my location in whatsapp and says he wont deliver because I gave him the wrong location apparently!
They delivered 1 item from my whole order after shouting at a noon.com rep from the head office, now its been 10 days, hopefully they deliver the rest of my order in this lifetime.
There are 2 explanations for this, either noon.com is a scam or the people running the company from the CEO to the delivery guy are extremely incompetent and have zero idea what they're doing.

AVOID AT ALL COST its not worth the saving of a few dirhams, go for Amazon. Their delivery is unreliable, and their customer service knows nothing and can help with nothing. i ordered an item on 5th of October, delivery was due 10th of October. i sent them an e-mail telling them schedule the delivery to 12thf of October due to travel. they confirmed, and surprisingly i get a call on 8th of October asking if am at home as the driver is going to deliver, told him i already scheduled it to 12th of October. 12th of october comes, and nothing, i keep calling their customer service, and nothing,they actaully stated that they tried to deliver 5 times and failed, told them thats blunt day light lie. They just said expect delivery between 10am and 4 pm, told them give me at least a 1 hour notice so i can be home for delivery they said the driver will surely do so, i call again at 2 pm, then at 3 pm, and still nothing. at 5 pm i get a call asking me if am at home, what the hell, i tell the driver schedule it for night delivery then, he said no we dont work after 6 pm, another lie. rescheduled to 13th of october night delivery, and again nothing, thank god i have set it to cash on delivery, else i would have lost my money. once you place the order you are at the mercy of their delivery team. AGAIN AVOID AT ALL COST

After ordering a perfume for women on Noon I have received a version for men. Obviously I have filed a return request. It was on the 1st of Oct. Till now nothing has happened. After emailing customer service again I was reassured that no return was requested. Just horrible! I would never order again. Their customer service is just a joke. Beware of fraud. Save your time, money and nerves by shopping somewhere else.

if there was on option of -star i would have rated like that. i dont even want to give one star as rating. now twice i have received missing items in the orders done .and now i m trying to cancel an order since 2 days. i messaged the noon whatsapp to inform abt my cancellation. but all what the whatsapp guy replies is with some copy paste messages , like "" we would like to assist you, we are checking your request "" and all. and til now my order is not cancelled. they just kept asking did u get the same item at lower price from anywhere and all. okay once they cancel the order , it is fine to ask these . they just want to know the reason of cancelling, without taking any action. now i got a mail that the item ordered has been shipped. i am so angry. i want it to be cancelled immediately and refund my money. i also tried to call customer service number. their timing is til 11pm only. i never thought noon will be not having 24x7 customer service. very bad service. wil never recommend to anyone.

The worst service ever. Even there express delivery is atleast 3 working days late. And there customer support has no idea about the status of order. The delivery guys never comes on the day they say they will come forget about the time they give.
Better buy from other site than waste time and money in noon.com

Worst experience with Noon... We ordered Comforter and they mentioned as express delivery....but its been 2 weeks we did not receive anything When we called the Customer care they mentioned as you will reach in 24-72 hours....But no one delivered and we are not aware when the item is going to come

It is really ridiculous, first of all order is delayed and apologized by noon team , same order came with different dimension mentioned in website. My another not delivered reason as per noon is out of stock , if out of stock why payment received by you and why I have to wait for 3 days to get notification of out of stock . Nobel you issued voucher and I have to buy again from you , why? Pls don’t just copy paste answer. Kindly reply one by one

One last comment I just tried now, 21:47LT the case of my S10 Plus that i purchased here. Guess what, it didn't fit. Noon, do you have other size of Samsung S10 Plus? Smaller one? Do you? Some thing suspicious happens with them. I have ordered some items which showed like some amazing price like half the price. I have given it a trust saying it Noon. They charged my order in my credit card and marked item shipped in hours. I waited 3 days and then contacted them why it has not been delivered yet. They said items has been returned and refund is made in noon credits. But they have charged my credit card for payment. Smell some money laundering behind. Your order is not guaranteed and your may end up paying the bank because it take up to 30 days to credit your credit card if you need that .

Subject: Warranty Claim - Order Number #NSAA300462454 Let me start with very bad service form warranty support team in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. I am struggling to get update on my warranty claim since 1 week. When ever i contact them via whatsapp "we raised a complaint and our relevant department and they will contact you within 24 Hours" They called me after 3 days although it was said 24 hrs, while talking to one the guy in Saudi Riyadh, phone got disconnected. They don't have courtesy to call back me and complete the communication. Unfortunately I cannot call back as the number which appear on my phone is not reachable, except keep messaging them on WhatsAPP (+971 800 38888). I receive 4 times email from to NOON asking me to provide picture from all sides of laptop. I already sent 4 times email to to NOON with details and pictures of surface pro. Since then no update nor call from Saudi Arabia team. The worst service form Saudi Arabia support team. I made a big mistake buying that expensive product of SAR 7900 from NOON. I suggest never buy anything for NOON in future, better to go with SOUQ.com, they are far better then NOON.
When ever I called on this number 8001160210, I get always same response.
"we are sorry, our team will contact you in 24 Hrs"
I don;t know what part of the earth the team is and what is 24 hrs for them.
They will never contact me nor update me on my request. Its a weak now.
