Missing so many features on the game panel. The game panel is the worst one I have seen over the twenty hosting services I have used in the past. Your server will be 'restarting' for ten minutes straight and will stop this goes on for about two hours. "High-end Prepaid Game-server" This is not a high-end service so far. I will update review if anything changes. I bought a cross-play server and Xbox one user cannot see it in their browsers but PC players can.
Update 1 - Almost 24 hours later and no support ticket has been updated by customer service and the server still does not work. I am hoping they can compensate for a day.
Update 2 - I fixed it myself by configuring the game "home" place you would have thought it does it by itself and sets a default location.
Update 3 - Receiving errors while trying to connect to the server. Multiple re-installs and still an error. Server name changing randomly by itself and the server is stopping itself for some reason??
Update 4 - Contacted support again and while waiting I reinstalled three times to hopefully fix. New error 'connection timeout' and Xbox players still cannot see the server.
Update 5 - John resolved the issue with the server and everything is working for now.
My suggestion is to update the game panel with more features with a permanent start/stop/kill button instead of it appearing after a while when the server doesn't start or stop properly.
Update 6 - The server had big red walls in each corner and when I searched online they said to change the home region. I changed it and what do you know the server again didn't work. They also changed my server IP so now my Xbox friends have to wait an hour for it to be in their browser because it's not in their favorites now.
I'm finished with this host I purchased it on 10/17 and today 10/21 me and my friends were only able to play 2-4 hours all together. I admit it could be to my user error but I don't think so considering I re-installed it so many times that the default settings should have been fine? All I do is change XP, harvest, and some other things... I'm not going to try to resolve it anymore they didn't even offer compensation for the server not working or an apology. I already requested to cancel my service which has to be done through Microsoft, not Nitrado.
Update 7 - John reached out to me by email and we then talked over the phone. He was very professional, respectful and nice. He went out of his way to offer to start another server right there and help me out with it and even went to offer another addition to my plan. I asked some questions about the game and he gave me information that was very useful also linked me to the wiki page. I understand why there were red walls around the game. You needed two servers to fully go around the map. With that being said the host is average because their game panel missing features and the bugs I encountered on their site.

First off I initially called to make a complaint. After being on hold for about 10 mins (due to high volume customers) I was very agitated, however upon my turn I was greeted by one of their representatives named Yere. She not only deescalated the situation but patiently answered all of my 100 questions. Upon answering my concerns she actually provided me such good service that I decided to give Nitrado’s private server for DayZ one more time and I was not let down. I definitely recommend trusting Nitrado as they do genuinely care about their services and their clients, and if their other representatives are half as good as Yere then we are all in great hands, thank you Nitrado and thank you Yere!

I have used Nitrado since June 2019, out of the blue my server went down and I contacted customer support to find out what had happened. My files were corrupted and my backups were corrupted. I lost everything in my game, it happens, not by biggest frustration. I am down again because when I try to restart the server it says it is restarting, does not restart, and then I try to force start but it just sits and spins for hours. I just sent in another ticket, any more issues hereafter and I am done with their servers.
I'm adjusting my review because a game Mod was causing the restart loop, that being said I could not see anywhere that my activity logs showed anything about the Mod not loading properly. They did respond in less than 24 hours which is a plus. Thank you for that.

After testing a xbox game server DayZ 10 slots on 1 month we say that the last players were incessant. We tried on a server 32 slots this time in London for a period of 3 months, and the miracle had become a little more fluid but began to get bored after a request to add RAM Nitrado certify that it does not is absolutely not possible with the addition of RAM would not be that of servers minecraft, yet on Pc and ps4 we could choose our maximum RAM to order, after a little insistence here we are change of machine with a Ip Still based in London, we were able to watch at 4gb maximum to 5.1gb maximum gaming night without any shifting and incomparable fluidity of any machine changes, and we ended up with the base memory machine based in Germany despite the database with which it is still based in London this creates the same marks as on the 10slot based on the new version of the game made unforgettable and our service paid for 3 months unusable. Despite my requests, the change of machine to the location chosen and paid at the base (London) has not yet occurred. This is a new year, a new penetration. We are waiting for a solution that allows us to finally enjoy our location in good conditions.

I am renting a server on dayz that is having alot of issues. I gave support a call to see if something could be done about it. I really hate that these support guys don't have better or more ways to help people. Because even though there is no real fix for the issues I am having in game, Emmanuel Neyra was respectful and quick to get back to be about trying to fix my issues in game. I played on a server with a good comunity and the owner decided to quit. I took over the server but apperently he tryd to scam me. After contacting support and providing them the proof of this. They have done a great job investigating this matter. the comunity did not survive the days the server got to be offline because it took a while to recover. However i am very gratefull for the support they provided and the service. It is not an easy job but in the end i got the account back and can enjoy my servers again. I hope that my situation can help others who get scammed faster in recovering there account.

My Ark server goes down at least once a day. On a rare day it will crash multiple times. Usually I can get it back running within an hour. Sometimes it can take hours and hours. Customer service is incredibly slow and just tell you to go read a web page with possible solutions instead of actually helping you.
The customer service was extremely quickly and on point! Emmanuel Neyra provided the attention needed with excelent manner, promptness and dispotition. Happy to be a costumer un a good service

Have had nothing but issues finding ark server. 7 out of 10 times no where to be found call support to get same line everytime. We will restart give it 30 minutes. Never works and have to wait until next day to hope I can play on the server I'm paying for. I would never recommend or use again. I'd rather pay twice the price and actually have reliability.

Only one server in London region stays up to date for Miscreated game. All other regions and some in London are way outta date. Customer service was made aware of this a couple weeks ago at the time of this writing and nothing was done about it. A day ago on a usual restart of the server we were moved to a different server with a different IP on a mismatched version of the game as well. Wrote a ticket and no response been switching the server around the world now trying to find a version that matches but no luck.Most of the machines are way outta date by a few patches it seems and a patch is usually every couple of months so yeah some of ther servers have not been updated for at least 6 months+. Would NOT recommend Nitrado If you want to use them for Miscreated.

Hector Santana was amazing in getting our server back up and running within the hour. We have a PS4 server that multiple of us play on so having stability is extremely important to us. Hector went out of his way to address my ticket and gett us all up and running right away; he even restored our backup save as well.
We look forward to extending our server rental!

I couldn't be happier with the support I've received from Nitrado! I have had a couple issues and both times I got a near immediate response with excellent fixes and great tips. I really appreciated the help this last time from Ash Laywood, he not only fixed my issue for me, he also gave me information how to change settings further in the future. I can't wait to work with Nitrado more in the future!
