Nintendo makes great games, for everyone! Unlike sony and microsoft, which are targetted at stupid doritos and mountain dew players (the ones who say nintendo is for children), nintendo targets everyone! Plus, even though they dont have as good hardware as Sony or MIcrosoft, the nintendo players dont care about graphics or performance. We care about the gameplay and story. Splatoon 2 is good for kids who want to play shooters, but their parents say no. Mario is good for everyone! I really love this game company, and I hate Sony now. Can't believe people grow up with Sony. They usually have aggressive behaviour.

Great US phone tech support! They were having high call volume when I called but I was talking to someone in less then five minutes! It took about fithteen minutes to take care of my problem which was account transfer to my new 2DS from my old one that had been stolen about a year and a half ago. They made sure it was my account. Security is veary important to them! They then told me it would take three to five days but instead I got the e-mail about three hours later! Super fast! Also the e-mail had detailed instructions on how to link my account to my new 2DS and how to redownload my games! 1-800-255-3700

Support from Nintendo is terrible. I went to buy Nintendo vaucher for 84 pounds for 2 games in Switch store. They did charge me 84 pound but not assigned a vaucher. When I got first game I saw what happened. Support respons was sorry we see that you only added 84 pound. Why in hell would I do that? I would add 50 or 100. 0 help from them. Very bad system for online shopping. Better check how much they charge and do they assigne you a vaucher. And support is complete desaster! No help, waste of time!

Purchased a completely useless digital product (Super Smash Bros Ultimate: Fighters Pass) which had gaming characters to be released in 1.5 year from now. I regretted the purchase but Nintendo refuse to refund the purchase since I clicked agree to terms and conditions for digital purchases. No more Nintendo products for me and my family.

make sure your have IP cord just in case. find a cheaper land adapter on Amazon at least low price. make sure you have a scotch tape in your house in tape all the cords up and around on the walls without people stepping on the chords. that's it the Mario Maker 2 won't have lag. and it's an easy fix I tried it out on Super Mario Maker 2 has no lag at all. you know what they say. old japan old school rocks.

Website incredibly not user friendly. Kid wants to buy a game, but nintendo eshop won't let him see it although I have no restrictions on his account. Amazon for the win, but he has to wait 2 days vs playing after download. Bonus is that Amazon is WAY cheaper as well.

Nintendo customer service agents are by far the worst out there. Very rude and short with there customers. It feels like an inconvenience for them to have to do some work. Had an issue linking my 3ds network id from my wii u and was met with a very rude and unhelpful agent. Hope I never have to call again. Will seriously think about my next Nintendo purchase.

Brilliant console and good games BUT AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEARLY PROFITS BEFORE GOOD PRACTICE ....
I bought two Pokemon Limited Edition Switch Consoles for my two children for Christmas.
They come with downloadable Pokemon games .
I didn’t know (and nowhere was it clear) that you need to have two separate Nintendo accounts for each switch to make sure the games can be played separately.
When it became clear only one child could play the game at a time , I contacted Nintendo to explain and they said it was because both games were downloaded to the same Nintendo account .
I offered proof of purchase for both and asked for one to be transferred to my other Nintendo account . I was told they can’t do it because of “protocol” !
I am disgusted with this ! Almost £700 on two switches and they can’t help because of a genuine error in registering the game . It’s a download so very unlikely to cost them a penny to transfer it over to my other account .
They told me the only way around this is to buy the Pokemon game again at a cost of £50!!
I love Nintendo products but I am so appalled I’d happily return them both !

I sent in,my 3ds xl to be repaired or replaced. They sent it back, claiming it was "fixed". I tried to charge it but it did not work.
They did not repair it. They are the worst!

Cool company that makes games for both kids and adults, very family friendly. The games are fun and easy to play but offer certain challenges when you get used to the gameplay. Their consoles and handheld devices are pretty cool too.

Claimed my son's 3 month-old 2DS which had a software failure was the result of water damage, despite the fact that no water had been anywhere near it. The repair costs were the same as buying a new 2DS. Because the item only costs £80 to buy in the shops they can rely on people not challenging their decisions.
I am very disillusioned with Nintendo's repair support and would not buy Nintendo again because of this.

Nintendo is an amazing company.
They have a great selection of fun games for all ages (both first and third party games). Their consoles and original games are unique and innovative.
Their customer service is painless and they will help you with anything you need regarding their games and consoles. However, if your system's hardware is broken, they probably won't be able to help you, and you would probably be better off getting a new console.
The largest problem seems to be the occasion where they don't meet their high standards. This is especially true with the Nintendo Switch Online Service. Still, this is only as bad as other companies usually are, so overall they are better than the competition.
Personally, the only problems I have with Nintendo are the previously mentioned online service, and the fact that my 3DS XL sometimes randomly turns off. This itself isn't annoying, but it always resets the clock to 1/1/2011. This is very annoying for games like Yo Kai Watch (1 and 2) and Animal Crossing, where the game won't work as intended if the clock changes.
Other than that, my experience with Nintendo has been fabulous, and I remain a Nintendo loyalist to this day.

awful company!! My 2 year old son lost a part of his brothers Nintendo switch so emailed and asked a price to replace the part they keep telling me the repair price and tell them again I do not have the part to repair they continue to tell me the repair price 😂 That went on for a week so decide to try chat then they tell me that part can't be replaced you will have to buy the whole console 😂 No thank you!
