So Dissapointed! If I could I would give a 0! Ordered mum a few items for her birthday, we made sure that it gets Delivered before her Birthday and then when she got it, she had the two most expensive items missing! What the hell is wrong with your Company. Are you that incompetant that you cant even Deliver the 3 items at the same time! Im so angry! I will never be using your disgraceful company EVER again.

I bought a personalized arabic necklace and was so disappointed when I received it. First off I paid R805 which is a lot of money and the writing is about half the size of my fingertip! It's really unreadable with a horrible font, the symbols around the letters are squashed together making it look very unpleasant. Very very disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving this necklace for a long time. It's honestly the worst possible outcome of a personalised necklace that I can imagine and I wouldnt want to wear it if someone gave it to me for free.

Ordered flowers for my mum's birthday, and 4 days later still no delivery. After phoning them twice and emailed them multiple times. I am so angry and wish i read the reviews before placing the order. The first excuse for a non delivery was the florist are not open on a saturday. I even received a delivery notification on day 4 but it was not true. I am pulling my hair out and so so disappointed i just wanted to make my mum's birthday special! Please don't use them!

Update: After weeks of communication with netflorist they kept refusing to refund me because the necklace was personalised which I understand however the picture used on their website was very misleading and looked big, there were no size dimensions of any kind in the product description either or a picture of the necklace on a model. Finally the necklace was collected for a refund. Only after netflorist received it I was informed I could only get a 50% refund of the original R850, I was sick of dealing with them so I agreed and they ended up refunding me R385...what a joke, I couldn't even get 50% of my refund.

I have visited their website today (08h00 16/09/19) and they have advertised some roses saying they will be delivered today and i bought them, kept on tracking the progress using the order number and the status has been saying "Order item out for delivery" from 11h30 until the end of the day,the person who was supposed to get the roses left the office at 15h30. no communication or whatsoever from NET FLORIST. I'm NEVER EVER DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS CRAPPY THING

Total misrepresentation. Picture showed beautiful lilies, all open. What arrived was just buds, not a single open flower. Nothing like the picture and very disappointing even embarrassing to have a gift like that delivered.

I am soooo disappointed in netflorist's service!!!! I placed an order for flowers for my mum on the first anniversary of my dad's death. I am on a different continent so this was very important that she received it the 17th. Ordered and PAID but not delivered.... almost 4 days and still NOTHING!!!

I have been living UAE for almost 5 years now and NetFlorist is my go when it comes to birthdays back home. Easy payments and fast delivery. The prices could be a bit better(just a thought). They have plenty of options available and even offer some customized gifts.
Do plan ahead as it's not a last minute get out of jail free card.

The one order I made (on a computer) was estimated to arrive on the same day, but only arrived the following day. Why does Netflorist give an incorrect eta? beats me.

I ordered flowers for delivery on Friday for my mom that had heart surgery and they still have not been delivered 5 days later. I've tried to call, sent numerous messages and noone is getting back to me. I am angry and disappointed! I am cancelling my order, having to deal with the CC company, and placing it directly with a local flower shop after her release as it is now too late to have flowers delivered to make her hospital room prettier. Deliveries to Nambi are not reliable. Obviously I would take flowers myself if I was there.... but I'm not. If a service is not reliable, it may as well not be at all!

Continuous efforts to try and pay for the flowers on the site, all my details had been correct but every transaction is showing unsuccessful. Then had to wait forever to get ahold of a consultant. It had been a 1 year anniversary so it meant to be special that the flowers had to be on time. It got delivered 5 mins before the company closed even though the order and payment was done 2 days before. The images on the website is misleading. The flowers that I ordered looked nothing like what I paid for. Never using them again.

Ordered flowers for a birthday on Saturday, July 20, apricot bouquet of Gerbera Daisies.
Friday afternoon, Netflorist contacted me, telling me that there is no delivery on Saturdays in the spesific town, if they can deliver on Friday afternoon. That was not a problem, but next problem, there are no gerbera daisies available, if they can replace the gerberas with roses to the same amount. Very disappointed, I agreed to that, not that I had a choice.
When the flowers arrived, I was ashamed of the bouquet...... The few roses in the bouquet were short stemmed, old roses, definately the previous week's flowers and certainly not worth R300.
Very last time that I will make use of Netflorist.

They sent me an email saying that the flowers were en route. Then sent another email to tell me they were not able to get them delivered. They didn't explain why, even after I sent an email asking about the reason. I only got a general reply back about how they were going to deliver the flowers as soon as possible.
The flowers showed up a day late. I feel like they should give me an explanation and probably at least a credit back.

My mom's birthday order was delivered 3 days late and it was only half what I had ordered. What's the point of spending half an hour perusing your website to put together a special gift to surprise my mom on her birthday, when she's not to receive it on her birthday at all?!? And not to receive half of what I had selected!!!!
Netflorist is a pathetic waste of money! It's about time Harold closes up shop. I wish I'd read the reviews before placing an order.
I have used netflorist a few times but this was just disgusting. The number of run around emails I got from that many different people, making promises they didn't intend to keep... I will never use netflorist again.

I placed a order 2 weeks ago with Netflorist. They have still not delivered. They used to have good service, but it has gone downhill.
Do not place any orders!!!!!
I am now trying to get a refund. I hope I can.

What a useless operation. Failed to deliver on valentines day. No communication. No “hey chief, i think you need to make another plan”...
And then, to top it off, all the call centre lackeys leave in mid crisis...

Deliveries not on time, also when items were selected and at the end when I wanted to pay, it showed items were out of stock. It took me nearly 7 hours to order 7 presents, then after all that the system would not accept my credit card, I had to do an eft causing the delivery date to be moved on to the next day. I again had to phone them and complain. They did compensate me with reduced delivery charges, but really in the end, one wants to order, pay and get the goods delivered, perfectly and on time.
