I need a ZERO star rating. I am using my phone as a hotspot to post this, as Netcologne is just not connecting. Constantöy "looking for networks", despite everything being in order. This is the story of my life. Cannot wait until the contract expires. Useless, slow, bad service, I can rant non-stop. they are just not worth it. And this is Germany?!!?? I had better internet in Ethiopia last week...

Rude conduct of the employee of Neusserstr. 237 shop. Interrupting us countless times and kicked us out of the shop when asked him to stop doing it. Also destroyed the two documents signed till that moment.
Of course the after asking him more than 5 times to stop interrupting to hear and understand what we want my wife raised her voice.
All this story after paying around 75 euro/ month for more than 6 years.
To say nothing about unsolved technical issues.

Im very sad that i cannot put 0 stars . Whay can i say i call Netcologne on 03.01.2018. They say to me that i need to wait until 06.03.2018. Than as a normal person i said its too long but its okey. The technik person at 06.03 didnt ever ring on my bell ! I spent one vication day for nothing . I receive new termin 19.03 , The technik is comming and still i dont have internet , I call again and they say that he did some mistake , in the next 6 std some other techniker will come . And never come !!! After this what can i say !!! Please dont choose NET Cologne terrible custumer service ! F* you net cologne

Nice people in the stores and on the phone there, always helpful, I never waited longer than 4 minutes and the price was fair. Good equipment, WiFi perfect, thanks

Their behaviour is downright criminal! I have been so shocked with NetCologne. I left Germany in November 2016, sent them the letter they asked for, along with my deregistration letter. They are still billing me! They claimed they never received the letter. I have resent letters. The latest they are now saying in November 2017 (!!!!!) is that I sent them proof I relocated in Bonn!!! This is a nightmare and never have I experienced such a scam anywhere in the world. I honestly cannot believe this. Stay away from them and I hope they are taken to court for their fraudulent practices!

We only got an incredible amount of very bad experiences with Bad-Cologne who eventually stole us a big amount of money.
We moved out from Köln to Frankfurt, which is considered an "exceptional termination of the contract" therefore, the rule end of the month +3 months to pay, should have not been applied.
Indeed: we ended paying them 5 months, during which none was living in Köln.
We communicated the move to the call centre and they said it was al registered and they would take care of it.
But in the following months they continued to charge our Bank with the monthly fees.
Upon claiming the money back, they came again with an increase of +25% for the month claimed.
Endless formal Letters back and forth, we continued to received wrong bills, with wrong dates and every time new rules. Every time we spoke to a customer contact centre, we got misleading information and false promises that never materialized in the following writings.
Once we had already lost circa 100 Euro we wrote them, telling to stop charging our account, as the house had been empty for months, by that point in time.
6 months silence followed and we prayed the Horror was finished, but this was only the beginning.
They came back with Inkasso to whom we had to pay an additional 160 euro; at this point it was too late to go to a lawyer, as the fiscal year was gone.
A true nightmare; we lost money, faith, nerves and time, a lot of time.
We can only suggest going to Netcologne our worst enemies.

If you have a contract for 2 years then probably a good choice. If only there for one year they do not tell you there is a 3 month penalty and they cannot give you a final bill, but instead try to take each month from your bank account month after month. Even after begging for a final amount to pay, their computer systems cannot handle the request and you are hassled for the latest months payment with penalty extra costs. Go with a familiar provider like Vodafone or O2 instead if you are a non-German expat. Phone calls are not effective and emails are ignored.
