I ordered a custom plaque to celebrate my Raptors winning a championship and the original image I selected was not approved and was provided with a different plaque that I really did not like.
Cristin, the rep with whom I dealt with honestly made the process of the return very straightforward and completely blew away my expectations. I was receiving follow up emails, even on the weekend, regarding the status of my return without me having to constantly email or call. I feel very lucky that Cristin was there to help out because she has been stellar throughout this process and I felt very confident that my issue was being dealt with competently.

Had an issue with a Hologram verification, was fixed very quick within 24 hours thanks to Cristin. Will be purchasing again very soon!!

I paid extra for 2-day shipping, then my package arrived 5 days later. I called to follow-up since the item I ordered was a gift, and I was told there was nothing they could do, and they wouldn't reimburse the extra shipping cost I paid. Super misleading, and deceptive.

So i wrote the wrong address, which i my fault. When i wrote to the customer service, they responded autoemail, which was very confusing. If the email didn´t help me i should respond to email. Its been 5 days and i havn´t heard from them. I also tried calling them, but my call couldn´t get trough. Very bad customer service.
