The Customer Service Reps at Natural Retreats reached out prior, during and after our trip. They were very attentive without being overbearing. They made checking out so easy! My only feedback is I wish they been more proactive about the Island and had told us we should have brought chairs (the ones at the house were all broken and you cannot rent after Labor Day) and mentioned where to rent bikes and a golf cart - a must have for the island.

Had a great stay once again at lodge 4 yorkshire dales. Only critisism would be the lodge was not as clean as usual, the en suite had a smell from the drains upon arrival. And the blinds kept falling of the roller.
Overall we enjoyed our stay once again, staff on site very attentive.

The residences are well equipped although slight signs of wear and tear e.g. Dishwasher door our of alignment - oven door needed adjusting - shower temperatures variable.
Stayed in November but had to ask for torch as not in residence.

We have been back here several times and the resort is really good. Lots for kids to do and the surrounding countryside is beautiful. The staff in Natural Retreats are very friendly and helpful. The lodges are clean and relatively well fitted out.

Only two negatives. The car park in the main hotel is a death trap. Cars park all over the place and others speed, an accident waiting to happen. The gardens around the lodges need to be better kept (bit overgrown with weeds).
