I’ve used Mytholon twice now, on recommendation so I didn’t think I’d have a problem.
My first order (approx £120) was placed on a Friday, processed for shipping on Monday, shipped on Tuesday with their UPS shipping option, and arrived with me (UK) on Thursday evening.
In this transaction, I received emails from Mytholon confirming my order, as my order was processed, and when my order was shipped. After registering with UPS I got live updates on my package and a delivery time slot.
I was happy with the transaction, and most of my items; but wanted to return 2 things which didn’t fit, and order some more items in a few different sizes to compare to the first order.
I placed my second (more expensive at approx £180) order a week after my first order - again, on a Friday. By Tuesday I hadn’t heard anything, so I emailed asking if my order had been shipped. I got told that because their offices are closed over the weekend, my order had been processed on Monday but wouldn’t be shipped out till the end of the week - despite my first order having a fast turnaround in just a couple of days. I still hadn’t received a separate email saying my order had been processed, I had to chase for this.
The end of the week came and went, and still no email stating that it had been shipped. I left it over the weekend and emailed again on Monday. No reply. Today is Tuesday, and I have emailed again. Still no automated order updates from them, but there is now a UPS tracking number against my order on their website - when put into the UPS website, the tracking number only says that a shipping label has been created...5 days ago, on the Thursday. This means that UPS still haven’t received my package from Mytholon, despite them assuring me it would be shipped at the end of the week.
I had intended to receive my second order, compare the products in the first and second orders to decide which ones I wanted to keep, and then do a combined return; given that postage to Germany is upwards of £15, non-refundable. Whilst waiting for my second order, I had to go ahead and return the items from my first order, or else I would have missed their 2 week return window (might have already, but that issue is with Royal Mail currently, I haven’t had contact with Mytholon regarding my refund just yet - I’ll make a separate review about that). This means I’ll have to pay a second amount of non-refundable return postage on the duplicate items of different sizes from my second order, if it ever arrives.
Their website states 2-3 working days for processing and dispatch, and both times I chose to pay extra for the faster shipping of another 2-3 days. I just don’t understand how 2 orders placed 1 week apart can have such vastly differing processing, shipping, and, more importantly, customer service. Based on that, I can’t give a positive recommendation, and will be buying elsewhere in future. Their products are of a good quality, and at a good enough price - but not good enough to warrant such discrepancy in shipping times, and such poor customer service.

Products was missing from my order...
I mailed Mytholon to inform about the error... Two weeks passed before any reply :(
From there, the service was again good...
I rechieved the missing Items a couple of days later :)

I recently placed an order with Mytholon for goods which the website said were in stock.
I chased about when they would be delivered having heard nothing only to receive a reply stating I would receive a tracking reference when the items were dispatched. I asked when the items would be dispatched and over 20 days went by with no reply.
In the end I raised a paypal dispute and was awarded a refund.

My experience: My wife ordered 25. April stuff with price 1200 EUR. Everything was "on stock". Half was her present for my birthday+wedding aniversary. Second half was armor supossed to be for this swordfighting season. Full price was immediatelly paid in advance by Paypal.
1 week - nothing happens. My wife asked when she receive her order. Well, it is almost medieval crusade to get ANY answer from them. It is expected to try multiple times using multiple ways to receive something. She got reply "one item is not on stock" - armor for her, almost 500 euro. No apology, simply "its your problem".
Expected waiting time was 2 months! - 20 june. She asked about send the rest of order at least.
We received package. Armor for me was smelling from sweat, with few dents on plate, with stains of rust. Was sold as NEW! Another mailing/phoning crusade begins. No apology, no discount - again "its your problem - you should check it the day its delivered".
We did not received anything else yet. No email, no phone call, simply nothing. 3 months. Season is in fighting peak and I have old smelling rusty armor paid by full price, my wife has nothing. Nobody from Mytholon cares. They got money. They have NO other interest about customers. Their support does not exist. Their phone has automated robot replies.
It is the WORST response I ever had from ANY company in past 30 years.
Do NOT believe them anything. On stock does not mean it is on stock. New does not mean new. Expected delivery is "do not bother us - just wait, we have your money already HAHAHA".
Just do not support such scam company. Go find someone, who REALLY treat customers with at least some respect. 🤬

I started by placing an order some time ago, some of the items were out of stock so i only got part of my order delivered. This is to be expected in such cases.
From here on in it all starts to go down hill. its now been 2 and a half months since i placed my order.
There have been no mail contact from thme in this periode
I have to spend hours trying to get a hold of them via the Phone which only ever leaves it with an unproductive conversation with the customer support.
I still havnt recieved the remaining items on my order and my patience has been worn out.
They never respond to any emails delivered to them via their on website mail system, and they have closed down their Facebook customer support chat.
The quality of their products is very good yes but their customer support is either one of three things.
Overworked and under staffed - this is a blatant disregard for customers by the company.
Incompetent - which i highly doubt
Just dont care - Which it feels like on my end.
Bottom line is ive order alot of stuff from Mytholon, spent alot of money and frankly...I dont think ill be spending more anytime time soon on this company, especially when their customer support is this rubbish.

A go to website of mine for LARP stuff. Unfortunately sometimes some delay in delivery, but the quality of their products really makes up for it
