I ordered & paid for a new mower ... received a second hand. I found grass inside the machine. myRobotcenter.eu's explanation: must have happened during transport or packing ... I lost my trust in this website myRobotcenter.eu. I returned the item (I had to pay shipping costs 25€) and I got refunded through paypal dispute.

I ordered a product from this company. It sadly did not correspond to my expectations.
Throughout all this, myRobotcenter's communication and service was stellar. They processed the return of the product and refund efficiently.
I would buy again from them.

I got my Neato Botvac D3 Connected robot broken, making high pitch, horrible sounds. I paid 399eur + 10eur shipment for this item.
These sounds were already heard from the very first cleaning run.
Customer services agreed to replace this robot with another identical, new one. The thing was they wanted me to pay for returning of the item - what kind of nonsense is that? I explained it is not fair and then we agreed that "MyRobotCenter" would arrange an return pickup with "GLS" on 15 of Novemver, 2017 - anytime between 8am-6pm, so I had to stay at home the whole day and guess what - nobody arrived to pick up the package, nor anyone called.
Now MyRobotCenter suggests that I would again wait another full day, 8am-6pm to give away my package to carrier.
Are they serious? Who has time to stay at home all day? Will they pay me my day's salary? What kind of alternate reality is this?
No solution until now. The robot is with me, and I cannot use it for a week and also lost 1 working day, while waiting for return pickup. No refund offered for that. Very "customer oriented".
If no answer till the end of day, I'm filling an official complaint to European Consumer Centre.
The Item was finally taken by carrier, not on time, of course.
The it took a week to ship a new robot back to me.
Today I finally received this new replacement.
"Surprisingly" it is missing the extra included filters, which were stated to be included in shipment.
I would not recommend this e-shop even to my worst enemy.
No answer from them about refund for the filters.
