Very bad support, faulty Cowarobot suitcase worth €500 stopped working after a month and they’ve asked me to send the product back to Austria and pay shipping (over €50) on my own. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered & paid for a new mower ... received a second hand. I found grass inside the machine. myRobotcenter.eu's explanation: must have happened during transport or packing ... I lost my trust in this website myRobotcenter.eu. I returned the item and had to pay 25€ for shipping costs ... I opened a paypal dispute and got refunded thanks to paypal.

Do not order from this website!!!!
I ordered a vacuum cleaner robot from myRobotcenter. Shortly after ordering, I received a paypal message asking me to confirm if this transaction was fraudulent. This raised suspicion about the company and I looked into their customer ratings, which are shocking! So I decided to cancel the order right away (within 24 hrs).
Upon cancelling my order, I was told that the vacuum cleaner is already on its way to me and that I was to reject the shipment upon delivery. After a week I got in touch, as the delivery has not been attempted yet and I was told that myRobotcenter cancelled the shipment and the parcel was on its way back to them. I was also told I will get a full refund once the parcel reaches their warehouse.
After a total of 12 days, I was told the parcel is still on its way back (no tracking number, no estimated day of arrival, no further information was provided).
Luckily, paypal have a good buyers protection policy, so I will get my refund through paypal now, instead of waiting for myRobotcenter act on their duties.

Prompt delivery, although packaging a bit battered. Very pleased with item, no visible damage to it, no problems so far.
Many of the complaints here seem to be about Customer Service issues regarding shipment and delivery problems, and as I have as yet had no cause to contact customer service, I can make no comment on this aspect of the business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I did not want to give 1 star they deserve zero. The product was £30 cheaper than elsewhere but I would happily pay the extra now.
Empty box delivered and DHL confirm to me the next working day that an empty box was delivered and to contact the supplier. Since then it has taken over a month to resolve.
I have chased with nothing more than we need something from DHL which is ridiculous as it took 24hrs for them to respond to me.
It has been such a waste of my time I asked not for a replacement but a refund but even this was too much of a difficult request as they have have now sent a replacement. I do not trust that any issue will be resolved if there is an issue. IF the product arrives I will be inspecting closely and returning at THEIR expense as I wanted a refund.

I ordered a robot hoover two weeks ago. They delivered me an empty box, and are now unable to do anything until their courier confirms that the product was stolen. Exactly what confirmation they are waiting for is unclear? A confession maybe? Unbelievably, inexplicably bad service.

Bought an item as a present, was assured it would be delivered in plain wrapping, but no. Came wrapped in bright red tape showing MYROBOTCENTRE, so a £700 surprise was ruined.
Customer service don't care, and to add to this after brexit it's likely their 5yr guarantee will be worthless.
Buy elsewhere from a shop that cares.

Purchased an IPro 7s hoover from them in November 2017. Showing as delivery due after December 5th. Told on December 5th that it would be despatched the next day. It arrived on December 21st. The hoover worked for two days and now has broken. All your e mails are translated into English from German. I now have to wait in all day for the wretched thing for it to be picked up, they have asked me to enclose a letter outlining the Problem! Problem is.....it’s a FAULTY product. They hold themselves out to be a UK company which they are not and that is not clear on the website. I await the replacement as I am not prepared to accept a repaired hoover which broke after two days. Pay the extra and order it from Amazon!

Bought item - said VAT and delivery included. No mention of any delivery charges at any point during purchase. Then when it arrives, invoice shows a £10 delivery charge! When I contact customer service they're not interested, say it's a standard charge for orders under £100. Errm, pretty sure that isn't legal! AVOID.

Item broken and they state I have to send them back the robot paying expenses by my self. Yeah, right. They mess up and I have to pay for that. Nice try!
Still did not come to agreement on how to return the item back and get my new, replaced robot. Why should customers pay for seller mistakes? I just want my robot, as I paid for it.
Definitely would not recommend buying from them!
The Item was finally taken by carrier, not on time, of course.
The it took a week to ship a new robot back to me.
Today I finally received this new replacement.
"Surprisingly" it is missing the extra included filters, which were stated to be included in shipment.
I would not recommend this e-shop even to my enemy.
No answer from them about refund for the filters.

5 YEAR WARRANTY COVERS NOTHING
My Roomba has gone wrong after the 2 year manufacturers warranty expired. I bought a 5 year warranty which I thought was covered by the manufacturer in the same manner as Dyson warranties but it turns out to be with the seller. It does not cover anything at all as it does not cover any moving parts, so what does that leave? If I had known this I would never have bought the warranty but I want never supplied with the t&c's. The customer service is also rude.

A very disappointing company. I purchased a robot lawnmower in June 2016, the WORX Landroid WG756E @ £549.0
It is good when it works, but has gone faulty yet again, for the third time. It has been impossible to get a meaningful response from the so called repair centre.
I am so fed up with them I have written to their London address saying if I do not get a response within 7 days I will take legal action in the county court to get my money back.
I contacted WORX UK explaining my situation, and they were not interested, saying I have to contact the original supplier. Thats impossible.
Avoid using this company. Every time it needs a repair it has to be shipped back to Austria.
It came with a supposed 5 year guarantee, not worth the paper its written on.
If I replace with another WORX, I will get from Amazon because they have an excellent warranty policy.
I wonder if WORX know, or even care, how much damage this company is doing to their brand. Appears not.

Post sales Customer Service is non-existent take days to get replies and when you do you get one line pushing you to manufacture support as once you have purchase from this company, they do not care if you are a returning customer or not. Have spent £2k with this company within 4 months - I will stop recommending them as the company cares very little about they customers and supporting them when they devices they sell stop working after 2 months of use.
