I spoke to many employees. No one seemed to have answers - which meant I would get a reply a day or two later. My experience was: they were understaffed, no one had proper training on how to deal with clients, getting back to me after asking a simple question was time-consuming and their online fotoalbum system is the worst. After three weeks of trying to figure out a solution with them, I gave up. I went to Mixbooks who over-delivered in service and were very professional.

The only reason I am making time to write this review is that this company is a great example of how to not do business with clients.
Very disappointed. One of the worst cases when it comes to service, user-friendly& efficiency. My scale: 0 = poor & 5 = Excellent!
a) user-friendly, intuitive website = ZERO using their layout templates, the system still fails to align the images in a way where it cuts the photos.
b) Easy to call: ZERO
c) When you do get them on the phone, no one seems to know the answer - which means time-wasting figuring it out.
d) They do get back to you but after two weeks of discovery and trying to figure it out I am now using "mixbook" - they are fast, high quality and you know what you are getting!
e) When asking them for a sample image of the final product - they cannot show you - ZERO so its all own risk!

MyPoster ruined my anniversary gift for my husband. Delivery was a week late and missed our anniversary. I emailed to check on the delivery date and had one email back which didn't answer my question. There was no response at all to two follow up emails asking for an indication of delivery date, and no date was ever given. When the print finally turned up, the framing was badly done with the top and bottom of the image cut off. The quality was also grainy (this may have been my fault due to the file resolution, but what were they doing with it for two days in quality control?). I haven't even bothered to complain to MyPoster directly about the quality since they clearly had no interest in answering my other emails, so what is the point? Would advise anyone considering ordering from MyPoster to avoid at all costs.

Ordered a framed poster at a fair price. Delivery took forever; order status was set at ‘quality control’ for several days. When it finally arrived the frame was crooked, so so much for quality control. When I received no response to my emails I feared the worst, but after two weeks someone got back to me with apologies and I received a completely new framed poster free of charge. Would deal with again!
