Ref. to my BOOKING ID OTAA0818137 - Dated 07/09/2019, I purchased a ticket for my daughter through myholidays and once reached in the airport counter staff said my ticket is canceled (without my permission and knowledge). Then full day my daughter stayed in the airport alone and later I purchased another ticket at my expense and traveled. Until now I didn't get any refund from myholidays even the ticket I purchased from myholidays. No proper reply to my e-mails.

There should be zero star to evaluate this thing correctly. They are bunch of scammers lairs. They are after your money. From a personal experiment. Just go book your flight directly from the airlines or use a reliable third party company. I have booked a flight via this site only to be surprised that there is no booking at all after communicating with the airlines.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE .... I would suggest not to book tickets and especially and ad-ons like travel insurance.
I have booked a ticket and added travel insurance they charged AED 91/- and didn't provide any proof of the insurance, i have been writing them emails from last 8-10 days but they sent an automated reply mentioning that we will reply you within days but yet there is no reply.
Either send the travel insurance copy or refund the money.

This is a scam and rude customer service I can’t fly the day of my flight because I was in the emergency room, I’m sick, this customer service called me 1am in the midnight philipine time then being rude that I can’t get full refund of my booking because this is the day of my flight. He tell me why I didn’t cancel my booking ahead of time I was like I don’t know that I’m going to the hospital for emergency purposes I’m sick. She keep on blaming me, then she tell me I need to wait her call after 1 hour 2 am what the why you guys’ are so inconsiderate scam!!!!! You guys get into my nerve all the airline fully 100%refund when you’re sick cannot able to fly,

I Bought 4 round-trip fly ticket for my family from their site, they charged my card event without to check the availability of the tickets and then informed me that they do not have all the tickets in my order, I asked them to cancel the order in this case and refund me, but they refused with a claim that they already bought half of the tickets and cannot refund the order.

After finding flights that were very reasonably priced through MyHolidays, we had got as far as the confirm payment section. As soon as we had entered all of our card details and clicked 'Make Payment', a little icon appeared saying that our flight price had increased by R5000.
After rejecting the now increased flights, our search for flights began all over again, however we used a much more reliable 3rd party flight booking called Budget Holidays. Would never use MyHolidays and/or recommend it.

Negative 50!!!! Worst, fake, pos site ever!!! Still disputing a charge for a flight that I "booked" which never existed. My itinerary number matched zero records! The dollar amount they charged me is 3 different totals on my credit card statement, website and my receipt. You can't contact them...hold for hours with no representative...this is fake!!!

When you try to book flight, it has a promotional price on skyscanner. When you get through booking system and enter payment details, then suddenly price is way higher and you can accept it easily by mistake. That's a scam to have high scores on skyscanner etc. If you search your flight again, fares are still low, and again when you try to book price changes to higher ;))) Stay away!

I booked a return ticket with MyHoliday. A day before the departure I checked the exact time of the flight however it was not matched with the e-ticket I received.
After calling the customer services a representative Hyrish was very helpful in checking the correct time for me and within 30 min I have already received a confirmation of my flight.
I would say that I was really pleasantly surprised by the level of customer care provided to me.

I would give them -5 star. I booked a flight and they send me a conformation 8 hours after. I checked the airline's website to manage my booking to add checked bags. I found that my ticket is not valid and it is not real. I called myholidays for a solution and I was told to wait. almost 7 days with no solution and each time I called them I was told to wait.

I booked 2 flights return from Sydney to Bali in August (OTAA0796668). I made sure we had checked baggage each way and this was confirmed when I received the e-ticket from MyHolidays.
For some reason, I decided to check this with the airline (Malindo) & was told we only had checked baggage on the sydney- bali flight!
I immediately rang MyHolidays and they said there was an error and to send an email so this could be fixed- I have had many back and forth emails, with MyHolidays telling me there was a 'glitch' in the system- they said they would pay for 1 lot of checked baggage, I told them I wanted what i booked (checked baggage for each person, both flights!) More recently they have said that i have to arrange this myself with the airline, and pay.
I have had a few emails saying my problem has been resolved- but its not!!
Now Im trying to ring them the last 2 days & the call wont go through!
I am very disappointed with the service, I won't be using MyHolidays again, or recommend them to family or friends...

I booked round-trip airfare through my holidays.com. I immediately noticed there was a problem so I contacted the company, no one responded, so I called the company, only to get an answering service to leave a message with. Since I booked my tickets six months ago, I have attempted to contact the company weekly. Every time I emailed them, I get a reply that says I will get a reply within four hours. I only finally received a reply when I threatened to have my charge on my credit card dispute it as fraud. Their response to me was, case is closed issue resolved. I emailed them and told them my issue wasn’t resolved and I needed to speak with someone. Again I received a response that the case was closed. This went on five or six times before I finally said to them, I might as well cancel my tickets. The response I got was all sales are final there will be no refunds.
