Unauthorized CC charges. They attempted to charge $1032, $2640 and $4844 at once. Was a business card and has fraud detection. Thank God!! Bank caught the fraudulent attempts right away and sent me notifications. Now my card is cancelled and they are sending me a replacement.
Their phone line goes straight to voice mail. Located at a P.O. Box in Vegas. Biggest scam out there.
Avoid at all cost! Filed a complaint with BBB

initially called and got a quote. Told me the price was higher than I saw online
Quoted me a price of $366. I declined confirmation and did not accept the offer. Four days later I get a fraud alert from my credit card company and for a attempted charge of $966. Why are you attempting to illegally charge my credit card? American Express declined the charges. This company works under the name of Myflightsearch. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND TRY TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION! I will be posting this review everywhere! They also operate under Travel Avion

Last month while travelling I needed a cheap flight from New York to Chicago and I called and booked With one of your agents over the call and it was a great experience, I was given a discounted price also first I was not able to get any seats assigned but the agent helped me very professionally and assigned my seats and helped to setup my trip like a cakewalk. I appreciate the efforts put in by Alex to make sure the booking was done smoothly and without any problems.

If there was a negative rating I would have used that. STAY AWAY from this site! On September 5th we booked 3 tickets to St. Louis, totaling $311. They called back one hour later wanting a different card. Come to find out the attempted to charge $2000. Unknown this was why they were having issues with the card we gave them a different card. They charged the correct amount. We don't receive the stickers, I call. It's still processing you should have them in a couple hours. I called 6 times. The same excuse. The next day I receive an email the tickets for the amount we paid are no longer available, and they need $200 more. I go onto THEIR web site find a flight on a different day. When I call them back to Change the flight, I'm told that price is not available and not on their web site. I tell them to just cancel the booking and issue a refund. I even received an email confirming they canceled the booking and issued a refund. Today they call and want to know if we were paying for those tickets. They even attempted to make the charge, we were able to get it stopped. SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY. Use Travelocity

Customer service is terrible. They charge me for a flight, and come back to me saying my flight isn't confirmed because I need to pay more than I already did. Then when I asked to be transferred to another agent or supervisor, they hang up on me. Not sure how they are still in business. Seems like this business is running some sort of scam. For anyone reading - NEVER BOOK ON THIS SITE. Also, make sure you chargeback that amount with your bank/ credit card so they can get the money back from these fraudsters!!

UNHAPPY!! DONT USE THEM!! THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THEN GOING RIGHT TO AIRLINE AND LESS CONVENIENT! Go straight to the airline site, unfortunately we’re not good with this technology booking so we thought we were dealing with the airline exactly. We’re now going to have to wait up to 48 hours to get our E ticket to then book the seat, do baggage check and there was no place for us to enter our pre-TSA check number as we are retired military. Moral to the story don’t use them they’re more expensive and less convenient

This company is a scam. My husband and I were searching for tickets to Italy and this website insinuated itself into an Air Canada search. We thought we were on a Canadian site since they align their prices to appear to be Canadian dollars. We realized after making the purchase that it was US dollars, not Canadian dollars, therefore spending 25% more than any other prices on any other sites. Discovered later that tickets did not even include baggage for that extreme rip off pricing. No Airline carriers should allow this company to act as agents for their ticketing.

This is the worst company I've ever booked a flight on. I will NEVER use this company again, and tell every single person I know to NEVER use site.
I booked a ticket, they charged my card. The WORST part about this, is that they did not contact me to tell me they did not have my e-ticket (BUT STILL CONFIRMED IT AND CHARGED ME). I had to call them a week later to figure out what was going on.
I called them 10 times, the 2 times they actually answered, they hung up on me, the 3rd time they refused to give me the ticket I had ALREADY BEEN CHARGED FOR.
Now I have to pay 2x the price because a company like this is still in business.
Make sure you DON'T use this company, EVER. And if you do, make sure you dispute the charge on your card with your credit card company. I don't trust that such a terrible company would give you your money back even if the rep "said" they did.
Should really invest in re-vamping your customer support team and overall company.

They listed my name on my flight ticket as
First Name: Mrs, Middle Name: Lee, Last name: Ann
My last name was not on my ticket at all and my husband and I just spent the last three and a half hours working with Spirit to correct the problem. Thankfully we discovered the error two days before the flight, as my confirmation email from My Flight Search showed my contact information correct. I happened to go on to see how much Spirit charges for a carry on and we were able to address the problem before it was too late.

I had booked a flight with them over the phone, a few days ago. After booking, I read the reviews and was apprehensive about my reservation. I turned up at the airport but no drama happened. My seats were also assigned as the agent had advised.

My wife’s flight was cancelled from Spokane to Phoenix on American. They offered her instead to fly form Spokane to Seattle on Alaska Air. This was first leg of 3 a leg trip to Wilmington NC. I had to call Alaska Air to get her seats (1st leg) as American could not pick seats on another airline. I googled Alaska Air, called the number, they answered as ALASKA AIR! Then they offered to go into American Airlines system and offered upgrades for bigger seats more leg room. This was for Seattle to Charlotte and then Charlotte to Wilmington (which by the way is a small American Eagle! no premium seats on this leg.!) We were charged 589 !!! American charges 37.00 per flight. With only this leg eligible, cost would be 74.00 (37.00 x 2) This scam Artist of an agent said plane was full and the two seats they would have had on that 2nd 5 1/2 hour flight , had we not purchased upgrade, were not together and were middle seats (also a lie). My wife went to American gate at Seattle. and agent said American never charges that much !! And there was plenty of room on plane- This sham of a company lied about everything !! We are taking legal action against them - my father in law is Attrney General !! They are in big trouble!!
Like clock work, and all the other reviews, they replied with the “assure you” and how above board they are... let’s see how assured they are when they are brought up on charges ! They have 24 hours to credit my wife’s card… They should’ve chargers 74. They charged on the leg of travel that was an American Eagle flight from Charlotte North Carolina to Wilmington North Carolina… I’m the fool who fell for it! Don’t listen to their replies they are a scam they will absolutely take you and misrepresent themselves don’t let their canned responses fool you for one second!

I was happy to have has Eric 5164 as my flight coordinator to and from Vancouver to Buffalo/Niagara. He was very patient and understanding and went thru a few flight scenarios for me. I am very pleased at his customer service professionalism.

I am back! Now I have been waiting for a so called refund on my ticket. I have called three times and told to leave a message. Then tried two more times and "call failed." Of course, no refund has happened. DONT USE AND DONT read the positive reviews. They are a set up!!!!!

Is this for real? I bought this ticket for a friend and have spent several hours searching for a flight confirmation to purchase the luggage. This was not worth my time for the few dollars I saved on a flight. I have no flight confirmation number and can't find it anywhere. They say they will send a flight confirmation and ETicket within 24 hours but I will cancel my credit card before then and start over with a real trusted site. I called customer service and you have to leave your name and number on a voice recording. OLD SCHOOL and red flags!

DO NOT use this company to book flights. It may seem like a cheap option but when I tried to book flights back to the UK, although each flight I tried said '9 seats left at this price', whenever I submitted for confirmation I got the message 'last flight at this price has just been booked'. This happened for over 10 flights where they said seats were available.
Eventually I managed to book (well not really) a flight at a slightly higher cost. You then get an e-mail saying your flight is confirmed but not booked until they check with the airline.
12 hours later you then get a message saying the fare has expired and its no longer possible to book the flight.
Tried to call customer services many times. Most times I got a message saying no-one available please try again later (no option to leave a message). Once I got the option to leave a message and 8 hours later they still hadn't returned my call.
When I did eventually get through the operator was very difficult to understand and also very rude / abrupt.
I managed to get a refund of this 1st flight and stupidly thought I would try again for some different flight dates.
Exactly the same happened - from trying to book through to the 'fare expiry'.
To me this looks like a con to get you to try to book a low fare and when they then tell you the fare you booked has expired, they try to get you to book a more expensive flight. When you ask for a refund they tell you it could be 1 or 2 billing cycles before you get it so as they keep your money longer!
I would NOT USE these guys under any circumstances.

These guys are spoofing Air Canada.
Wife booked tickets on site that looked like AC, prices advertised in CAD.
When booked receipt came from this website now showing cost in USD....charge shows on statement as "Air Canada" with conversion and fee $1200 +
Beware. 2nd charge appeared this morning.. called and told it was a technical error and would be reversed in 3-5 business days. These reviews validate this is how they operate....i have opened an investigation with Visa. Will wait and see if I ever get that 2nd charge reversed.

They charged $3900 after I cancelled $980 flight.
My credit card was declined b/s this charge was suspicious .
Thanks to my bank...but bank had to change my credit card number which was too much hassle for me to change all the auto payment accounts...
Please do not use this site !!!!!
