I registered my firm with them 18 days ago, but after registration they are not providing me the DSC till date and i am unable to register for GST,
Very bad experience with their staff and they are not taking calls.
They couriered the DSC on 30th may but till date i am just waiting for it.
When i called them they asked, that is not there responsibility to track the courier and they are not understand the pain of the customer that how he gone through this critical situation where he registered his firm and unable to start there work without GST.
Hope the reader of this review understand that how mycorporation staff will work and care for there clients.

LIES AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I regrettably fell for the fake high ranked reviews this company has.
I have never been so mistreated by an employee from a Corporation such as this one. Bryan Hufford was my sales representative. After explaining to him that I needed an LLC not a DBA and mentioned I could just cancel my order and replace it.. He immediately (within 20 minutes) charges me instead and advises me it would be easiest if he just gave me the full refund of $141 and attached an LLC form to complete for my convenience (So I Thought). I haven't even completed the DBA form at this time. Would have been easier and more convenient had he Not charged me at all! But they clearly work off sales so of course he wanted to lock in the price as soon as possible. Two or three days goes by and still no refund posted. I decided to call in and spoke with Bryan. This is when he decided to tell me there was going to be a $25 cancellation fee. I explained how I wouldn't be in this situation had he not charged me in the first place and how I was never told about the $25 cancellation fee prior to this call. He just rudely spoke over me "There's no way around it.. I have to charge the cancellation fee." and "When you fill out the form I will give you your refund." and hung up on me. I sent him an email stating I did not appreciate him hanging up on me... and this was his response..
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hang up on you. I couldn't hear you after a couple seconds."
I was in the middle of talking so that's not possible. Also, a couple of seconds?? And no, "Hello? Are you there?" That is Unacceptable behavior.
In fact, speaking to the "Director of Operations" Dana, about the situation, did not make things any better either. It was blatantly obvious she had no care in the world for his actions nor was going to make any attempt to rectify the situation. In fact the entire time I was explaining what happened she was huffing and puffing on the phone as if she had somewhere else better to be. All in all I was promised by MyCorporation that I was getting a Full Refund and of course did Not.
I DO NOT recommend this business to Anyone unless you are desperate and having issues with every other competitor. I recommend IncFile.com... they are Much Cheaper and more caring towards their customers.

This is incorrect. If I could, I would post pictures to show proof as to When I emailed support/Bryan and When the charge actually went through.

We gave you the option to refund the DBA order or apply those fees to the new LLC order. Per the email between both you and Bryan, you both decided that the DBA fees would be refunded once the new LLC order was placed.
This is a flat out lie. I had to notify Bryan via email which took him a day to reply. This is when " I " advised him to just "Move the amount paid towards an LLC instead." He replied with "We billed you $141 for the DBA name. I think the easiest way to do this would be to refund you the DBA amount and charge you a new on the LLC." Clearly "they" declined moving my payment over to the LLC and thought it would be Easier to just refund me the Full $141 balance paid.

Now this is extremely amusing. I thought it was weird Bryan advised me to write a compliment after placing my order. He even gave me advice on what I should say and was adamant about me adding his first name and last name initial or else I wouldn't get the $20 discount he was offering. Again, I wish I could post a picture of our script but conveniently they don't allow it. However, that is what happened here... as I previously stated he is a sales person and they do anything to make that sale. This is why my bill dropped from $161 to $141 as well as his customer service skills.

Exactly my point. There was no discussion because Bryan had made it clear I was getting the Full refund. Which is exactly what I advised Dana when we spoke on the phone and via email. Hence she verified I was getting my refund as promised and never once mentioned a cancellation fee. I didn't find out until days later after reviewing my bank records that $25 was removed.

This is clearly untrue. 99% of MyCorporations reviews are just many more ways this company deceits the people. Be sure to check their reviews on ALL sites before making the same mistake I did.

This is what you told me over the phone but still did not followed through with what you promised. I would appreciate my Full refund as I was promised. This would be a start. BUYERS BEWARE!!

MyCorporation offers every service an existing business, especially start-ups, could possibly need... and then some. These guys aren't just another 'registration service' that are a dime a dozen - they offer a TON more, including services and information that, in my case, would have prevented some serious headaches down the road.
I'm also very impressed with their affiliate program - definitely worth looking into if you're in internet marketing or offer B2B services/products in your local area.

Great customer and result-orientation values: Joseph explained how to properly dissolve LLC, how long it would take close, etc. He was very kind to talk to along with clear instructions for follow-on steps! Very knowledgeable! Enjoyed talking to him especially several things I learned! He never rushed to help answer tons of my questions - very caring and customer-oriented!

MyCorporation responded right away to my initial post(below.) Excellent customer service is not doing everything right, it is how you respond when there is a mistake, problem, dissatisfaction, etc. MyCorporation earns my highest marks for their response to and resolution of my problem. They found everything I did online (system glitch) and today I received a full LLC package delivered to me. Now, that's what I call great customer service. Thank you, MyCorporation.
Original review: On 12/3/2017, I completed the entire online process to create LLC, including providing my cc info for the $675 total. Following that, I have not heard a thing, no confirmation of any kind. On 12/4, I utilized your website "contact" page to express my concern. I received the standard email response indicating, "We will contact you shortly." No contact was made. I followed up and, still, no contact whatsoever. Please respond. Thank you.

I used MyCorporation to get my LLC up and running in 2011 and everything went well initially - the representatives I spoke with were helpful and businesslike - but after the unimaginable happened — a personal health crisis in 2014 left me disabled and unable to work again — the representatives at MyCorporation were not the least bit helpful with navigating a way to wind down and eliminate costs for services no longer used or needed. In early 2017, after receiving emails warning me of upcoming service fees for my now long defunct business, I called MyCorporation and the Service Rep (Gerardo), told me I had no option but to pay thousands of dollars to MyCorporation to “dissolve” the LLC which I pointed out had no revenues, no customers, employees or business partners. I couldn’t fathom this — How could a company in the business of assisting entrepreneurs to set up an LLC for a couple hundred dollars not offer an affordable process to reverse the process, particularly under these extreme circumstances where the owner had become disabled and unable to work? A few weeks after my conversation with Gerardo I called back and this time I got Service Rep Scott who listened to my situation and offered a different option that Gerardo never mentioned: Pay $199. It’s now December of 2017 and I’m once again receiving emails and calls from MyCorporation telling me I’m late paying fees for services I haven’t been able to use in 3 years, so now I’m contemplating the next step which should probably be to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission who have legal jurisdiction in matters of unfair trade practices; but first I thought I should document my experiences here for other entrepreneurs considering MyCorporation, LegalZoom or other businesses who provide simple, fast online Incorporation services. Entrepreneurs are optimistic by nature but it’s always wise to have a Plan B in your pocket in case the unimaginable happens as it did to me, and you need to step backwards to preserve your precious, limited cash. Make sure the company you pick will have your back in good times and also in the unlikely event that things go terribly wrong.

For a company that prides itself on "customer service", my experience was pretty dire.
I had the misfortune to speak to "Tracy", who was panting down the phone as if she'd just run a mile and then as I was speaking to her decided she wanted to talk to someone else around her saying "oh Hi, my names Tracy" FYI Tracy, whispering to other people doesn't mean I can't still hear you! So rude and completed disinterested! Started banging on about "publication fees" but not the courtesy to explain what these are.
Dreadful dreadful dreadful, I'm going to look at Legal Zoom or just go directly to the security of state.

Joe is Amazing! My Corporation is a Absolute Best in Class service. I left a voicemail because I had a question about pricing and immediately I got a call back. Joe really impressed me. His thoroughness, the breadth of his knowledge, that incredible sense of generosity that is the heart of customer service and client management. Joe had it. The whole service experience was flawless. This is what is missing from 98% of companies today. They don't care about people, it's numbers only. Eventually these companies always fail. It may take 50 years, but with social media now, it could take 10 minutes. I called another company before MyCorp and I could not get a call back. No human interaction at all. I was just stuck in someone's voicemail box. My corporation is a human company on many levels. Sure, it's great to have a website, but when you need an answer to a question, you need to know someone is real, there waiting to answer you. Joe sold me on My Corporation and from now on, they are my "go-to" . I will advocate for them in every way in my circles because they are as I mentioned..."Best in Class, and undeniably human". We chose mycorporation to establish our corporation and we are extremely dissatisfied. I have not received our Articles of Incorporation and received someone else's EIN application for signature. Since this includes very personal information about the owners of that other business I can only imagine what other mistakes are occurring we are unaware of.

On an initial filing the name for my business was wrong due to miss-understanding of the initial filing forms. Later mycorporation.com manged to fix everything at no extra cost for me! that worked well. I appreciate all the help I'm getting for the agent that was assigned to me.

The representative who took my information over the phone was great. When I got my paperwork in the mail though, half of it pertained to another company! When I called to tell them they apologized and told me they would send the new documents with my company's name on them. Have yet to see them. Worried when it comes time for them to file my LLC paperwork for taxes, hope they submit it with the right info!
