I bought a Hoover condenser dryer. I was very please with the communication. I was informed of my delivery time slot by text, email and called on the day by the delivery men. They were very helpful and friendly. They took my packaging and even put it in the slot for me.
All in all a stress free experience and with the 2 hour time slot I didnt waste my Saturday waiting for a delivery.

I really wish that I had looked at this review site before making a purchase from MyChoice, it would have saved so much heartache.
I purchased a wine cooler which arrived on time without problem; the packaging looked OK and I didn't unpack completely until 6 days after receipt. To my surprise, the cooler base was bent, indicating that the item had received a heavy blow or, more likely dropped.
The damage was reported but MyChoice invoked their 3 day policy rule whereby no returns or compensation would be considered. I'm still perusing a claim but wanted to post this message as soon as possible to warn others. As I look at other posts it's clear that I'm not the only one experiencing this problem with MyChoice so please be warned and perhaps think about other options before purchasing from this company.

BEWARE THE THREE DAY DAMAGE REPORTING RULE!
I feel as if I have narrowly avoided being scammed. Fortunately I discovered a serious dent in the top of my new CDA wine cooler and a sheered hinge, just minutes after taking delivery.
The cooler was delivered far quicker than advertised, which could have resulted in me being unprepared for installation and so I could easily have missed the three day reporting deadline for damaged goods. (See review below).
The redeeming factor is that My Choice dealt with my report of damage very expediently and replaced the damage cooler within a few days. That said, the imposition of a piece of junk (i.e. the original cooler) and packaging whilst waiting for a replacement item was a significant inconvenience over the weekend which I could have done without.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS COMPANY! My item has come damaged but because i didnt take it out the box and check the outside of the item they now will not take this item back or exchange it. Cant get the manager to speak with us . Wasted alot of money on something i cant use ! This item has not come out the box and i have proof of this with pictures!
As for your reply you dont check the item before you sign it so thats a pointless reply and i did have a quick look inside the packaging but you dont expect a brand new item to come damaged when the box isnt damaged, which means you send out damaged items as proof of the item not being out the box (still in plastic) I work with alot of kitchen fitters and i will make sure no one orders from your company. Even cda have offered a good will gesture and i didnt even order off them . Its disgusting you treat your customers like this. Not a good way to run a business!!

0 stars if I could. I bought a hand luggage case from this company which within 7 days broke. Contacting the company I was told I would have to contact the maker. I advised it was clearly within 30 days for return set out in the Consumer Rights Act, I was then dismissed and an email followed with the contact for the supplier.
I replied with my rights set out by Consumer Rights Act and have never received a reply.
Contacting the supplier they confirmed it was the retailer who was responsible in this situation.
I am unable to get a response from mychoice.
My advice avoid, avoid,avoid.

I ordered a suitcase a week ago. Still not arrived. I chased yesterday, promised a call back which didn't happen. Rang again this morning. Told its lost in the system! Not good enough. Off on holiday tomorrow, so I'm going to have to make a 28 mile round trip into town to purchase one. Annoyed.

My tumble dryer was delivered without any grumbles from the delivery men. They put it in my utility room for me but unfortunately when I came to take the packaging off there was a dent and scratch on the side. This is disappointing considering it's meant to be brand new.

Ordered microwave on the 6/5/17 supposed to be delivered on the 9/5/17 then get a phone call off them on the 9/5/17 saying they haven't got the item in stock and won't be getting it until the middle of June. Payment was taken anyway told refund would take 5 days, it is now 23/5/17 (14 days later) and still no refund. Good job I had spare funds to purchase a microwave else where otherwise I would still have no microwave!
Item is still for sale on website with no mention of delay even though the issue has been raised that it will not be in stock until the middle of June. Product- Hotpoint MWH 2622 microwave.

I have ordered a Samsonite suitcase from mychoice.co.uk as they had it discounted and had the best price I could find online. The item I received was a genuine Samsonite product in original packaging. Only 3-5 days shipping was available on the site, but at checkout I left a note and asked for next day postage, if possible as I left for a two weeks holiday next evening. To my surprise with no extra costs the luggage arrived next day in the morning. Excellent service, will be buying from them in the future.

Customer service terrible. Order placed 9 sept with headline delivery within 7 days. No contact from them confirming delivery date so I contacted them to be told delivery was 22sept. (13 days). Booked a fitter and day off work. Rang on 22sept to confirm del. was advised not coming til sat 24th. They were not interested in my complaint about length of time and extra cost for cancelling fitter/ day off work. Didn't apologise for not letting me know. No contact or updates regarding order. Basically they couldn't care less. Do not use this company.

We have just bought a Smeg Fridge Freezer from MyChoice as they were the cheapest supplier online. Initially we were a bit frustrated about the length of time the delivery was taking but this was in part due to a lack of understanding on their part that Orkney is an island. A problem we encounter often. With delayed delivery, I started to read reviews and was horrified by what I was reading. I started to wonder if we would get the fridge at all. When it did eventually arrive we found on unpacking the fridge that it was damaged on one of the side panels. Although disappointed about this I could see from damage to the box that this was due to delivery miss handling and insufficient packaging on the part of Smeg. We contacted Marianne at MyChoice and she and her team could not have been more helpful. One week on and we have been offered a percentage refund which we are more than happy with as we will be able to position the fridge in a way that the damage won't be seen unless you are looking closely. The only reason I have not given MyChoice 5 stars is due to the lack of knowledge as to how long goods can take to get to Orkney. Other than that we couldn't be happier with the way that MyChoice have dealt with our sale and complaint. Thank you

Having bought a CDA wine cooler from MyChoice (delivered 19 Aug), I overlooked the 3 day's reporting time to report damage. The appliance was dented in 2 places at the back (clearly dropped at some point during transit). Having opened 2 weeks later when ready to install into a new kitchen we discovered the extensive damage.
Unfortunately this is where we found out that MyChoice were not willing to help if you do not report within the 3 day's to report any damage!
I have since contacted CDA and one of their reps agreed to exchange; but it seems that whether its Management at MyChoice or CDA, the terms and conditions will always come before the customer! Don't lose out by overlooking the terms as I did! You won't get any help... I have now installed a damaged wine cooler into my new kitchen and it's barely just 30 days since the purchase!

Naturally it will cost you money when you shop online but 'My Choice' will also take your time and sanity too.
Yeah, I hadn't heard of the company before but they had what I wanted plus I could purchase it for £20 less than anywhere else and they could deliver next day.
2 weeks on, I'm £400 lighter, have spent hours on the phone and email and still haven't received my appliance due to a series of errors.
Yeah, you may save a few quid going with 'My Choice' but personally I'd rather spend the extra and receive the item rather than spend it on my phone bill trying to speak to them.
Life can be stressful enough, go on spend the extra and treat yourself, you deserve it.

I had need to return a damaged on delivery item and even though the manufacturer (CDA) agreed to refund, the refund from mychoice took weeks and I needed encourage the refund through referring to my credit card company.
Life is too short to use mychoice, I would advise reviewing other providers before ordering.
Customer Service is a new thing to My Choice, they still have not understood the concept .
We purchased a number of items for our kitchen, all went very well.
On receipt one of the items was not suitable, nothing wrong with it just did not go with the layout.
We telephoned same day as delivered to arrange return, they would not discuss over the telephone, we were requested to send an email for the return address. At this point it all deteriorated.
The email address (enquires) on the website sends a reply that looks like a reject., its not a reject just a MyChoice process to delay the return (I telephoned and they confirmed they had the email).
4 days later they provided a return address and process.
I recommend you use info not enquiries as the email address.
The return details provided the address , although stated if you have opened the item MyChoice may make a 30% restocking charge, therefore if you want to look at the item you buy DO NOT BUY FROM MyChoice.
Fortunately my item included an Amazon return note from a previous customer, therefore not a "New" item.
I arranged the return couriers (DPD are good, they pickup from your home and provide full tracking and Proof of Delivery), as MyChoice couriers were 50% more expensive.
From this point all went well and I advised that if the full credit/refund was not processed within 3 days of the return I would hand over to my bank/credit card company for a full refund of the order, the full credit/refund (no restocking charges) was processed within the requested timescale.

I purchased CDA American Style Fridge Freezer 14/09/14,delivery was quoted 5-7 working days, when appliance did not arrive we emailed and phoned but got no reply! Eventually when we requested they return our payment, we got a reply.......stating that delivery would now be end of October........we had little choice but wait, when it did arrive it was damaged, we informed 'MYCHOICE' who showed no interest so we contacted CDA direct who replaced the appliance, but on closer inspection this was also faulty.........we again contacted 'MYCHOICE' who again ignored our emails (but ackn they had read them!). We are now awaiting a third appliance direct from CDA who also inform me I should have an independent engineer on site (at my expense) should the doors need adjusting......very poor distributor and very poor manufactured product and service............NEVER AGAIN.

We wanted to buy a range cooker and after spending a long time searching for the right one we decided on a CDA. MyChoice.co.uk had a great deal on it which included a free cooker hood. We called the 24/7 helpline and were told by the salesman which hood it was and that the promotion was still running. When the cooker arrived there was no hood. We called to find out why and were then told that there was no such promotion. We had noticed that in the four days since ordering, the offer page had been removed from the normal links on the site. (it was only present when looking at the site map). We told them that it was on their website on the day we had ordered it and more importantly that their salesman had confirmed the promotion and which model of hood would be free.
The manager said he would look into it.
When he eventually called back he said that we couldn't have the hood as we had no proof that it has been on their site (!!) but as a 'gesture of goodwill' we could have the hood for half price! Although the page in question had been removed we managed to find a cached page on our computer and sent them a screen shot of the page as we had seen it, clearly showing the url it was from. They still refused saying it wasn't enough proof. I don't quite know how a screen shot isn't proof?! He had a very arrogant and immovable attitude.
A couple of days later we unpacked the cooker ready to be fitted only to notice it had a huge dent in the side. Again we called them, but as it was nearing Easter we had to wait an additional 10 days (!!) for a replacement. The replacement arrived and still wasn't perfect. There were small dents and a panel on the back was bent and loose.
It looks to us like they are selling seconds but charging prices as if the products are perfect.
They have now even blocked our ip address to stop us accessing their website!!!
Total bunch of cowboys! Don't use them!!

I ordered a Zanussi cooker on2nd November 2015 via internet and received information that my order would be delivered November 9th - later another email came saying that there had been a problem with getting the order in, and that the new date fro delivery would be November13th. Again I received an email saying that there was a trunking problem but I would receive the cooker on November 16th. I rang My Choice on November 13th to check that there would be no problem again. I was assured that my cooker was in the correct depot now and I would definitely receive it on 16th, and would have an email sent on evening of November 15th (Sunday) with the window of delivery. I did not receive this email.
On November 16th I rang My Choice to ask what time the cooker would be delivered. The staff member said that he would ring me back. Then I had a call back from another person saying that the cooker had not come from Zannussi - there was still a problem in the UK with it, but hopefully I would receive it on Friday 20th. He said that the operator on the 13th would have seen it on the screen as being available! He promised that he would contact me later in the day to let me know what was happening and if needed would hunt down a cooker from somewhere else I necessary. A message was left at 1832 saying that his senior manager had been in meetings.
On November 17th I rang the same person to check on the state of affairs. He said that he had not yet been able to speak to the manager - that he would be ensuring people were aware of the need to deal with the situation differently in the future. However by now I informed him that I wished to have a refund, as I had managed to get another of exactly the same cooker easily and felt that I could trust this firm more to have it delivered

Cowboys. Absolute shambles. Order from this company only if you want to be endlessly chasing your goods with no competent customer service department to help and misleading delivery times. I've never done a review before, but felt I had to for this. Will never order from this company again I strongly suggest you don't either. Utter nightmare.

I bought a fridge which was cheaper than anywhere else by £30.
The liver chat function is really helpful as you can get answers immediately from customer services, which you need because their online order tracking is pointless. The fridge came today and the order status is still 'pending'. Like, seriously? If it doesn't say 'finished' or 'delivered' soon, then I won't receive the points that you're supposed to get form purchases on their site.
