Our company has been clients of Cars Co. since 2014, but effective immediately we will be closing our corporate account. We will no longer work with a company that fails to value their clients because of failure on their part. The event was a confirmed pre-scheduled reservation, but on the day of the pickup we learned (text messages to prove) the following statements are true. We learned that the driver of the pickup had inadvertently fallen asleep during the scheduled job.
In an effort to restore our confidence, we were offered reimbursement for another car service our client had to use in place of the one that failed. Unfortunately, since the very last email from Cars Co. in April the communications have become one-sided in our final efforts to resolve the matter appropriately.

Beware other limousine vendors in the NY NJ Area. Alicia Hess From Cars Co is calling around looking for corporate rates and this particular time stating she works for Victoria Secret and wont give out a corporate email. Go figure I knew she was scamming. Beware all Limo companies of Alicia Hess. She is shopping all competitors rates. We should all keep ringing their phone lines, looking for rates and keeping their operators busy on the phones. 800-800-6757.

My wife and I planned a trip to New York. I was unbable to go and I was really concerned about her safety, we stayed in Holiday Inn hotels before but when it came to the taxi service I was lost there were so many to choose from. I decided to choose carsco and let me tell all those reading my wife and through her I am very very pleased. They have such a family touch to there service. I choose meet and greet from the Air Port and my wife said the driver was so very polite. He met her with an umbrella in his hand just incase and open the door of the taxi then put the heater on it made her feel like I was right there with her thank you carsco for that, then he packed her bags in the car his name is Ivory. This company took things even further, I book online then called in to confirm my booking I spoke to a Sean and Eric different times they tracked my wife flight and called to inform me her flight was cancelled while she was on her way to the Air Port, because of that phone call I was able to get her on another flight in a different air port and carsco was there as well to meet and greet her again, THANK YOU ALL SO SO MUCH CARSCO for safe and great service. I know exactly which Car service I will choose in the future

The CarsCo experience was very good. Drive was about 10 minutes late however it was raining. He asked me for my credit card but I told him this was already charged to my account. He was very nice and courtesy.

We went with this company from NYC to EWR because we got the best quote from them online. The confirmed quote was for $73.08 and when I checked my credit card bill (good thing I did!), I saw that we had been charged $110. You have to be kidding me! I called them to ask about this and they said that because my husband and I were dropped off at two adjacent terminals, this was an extra "stop" and cost another $10.
First, this is an absurd policy and if you want to keep to this ridiculous policy you should tell your customers. If I had known, I'd have gotten out and WALKED because the terminals were, I kid you not, a 3 mins walk apart. $10 to drive me that extra few feet? That's just bad business, and even worse that I had to call you after the fact to find out that I was charged for it.
Second, this should bring my total to $84.08, not $110. The guy on the phone then tells me that billing made a mistake because they though we made two stops, not one. Well, that would be $94.08, which is still not $110. You charge me for driving a few feet, but instead charge me for making "two additional stops," and even overcharge on that? I can't imagine how they think I'm dumb enough not to figure that one out.
The worst part is if I had never checked, they would have just fraudulently charged me for $37 more than I agreed to pay! Aside from this fraudulent billing, the driver's speech was barely comprehensible, and pulled up a block away from where we had agreed and insisted loudly on the phone that he had arrived. We had to figure out where he was and walk with all our luggage to meet him.
Altogether, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. We will not be using this company again.

While the customer service is ok to so-so...can't say I'd ever use them again. ...I booked with them because their ad said $39 flat rate to the airport. ..then when I booked with the app, it said the total was $55ish...
THEN when it came time for the car to arrive, I saw that my card was charged $84...by the end of the trip the app said the final cost was $73.80....honestly. ..for $74, I'D MUCH RATHER get a town car for $10 less than ride in a bumpy toyot (the cheapest option available) with a child seat halfway shoved in the front passenger's seat no less (it was only me. .no children)..
I felt like I was paying nearly $80 for riding in someone's disorganized family car instead of an actual car service. ..totally not worth the money. ..especially since I had to pull up directions on my phone's gps navigation so he could figure out how to get to the airport from Manhattan & even then he kept taking the wrong turns ...Unprofessional & a compete waste of money. ..not to mention they can't even be honest about how much the ride REALLY costs upfront. ...it was twice as much as I was under the impression it would be. ..NEVER AGAIN! I'M GOING BACK to a REAL CAR SERVICE!

cab was on time, driver came in to pick up and was friendly. They charged my card more than quoted, and when I called to ask what the difference was, the guy I spoke to, James, was rude and disrespectful, by far the worst customer service agent I have EVER spoke to! He said I should have known that they charged for parking when the driver has to walk inside the airport, and if I have a problem with that I need to call back during normal business hours! His response when I asked what their hours are? He said, and I quote: "9 to 5 on weekdays like any other business! "ha! I thought I was on a prank call. When I said I will call back because he is providing poor customer service, he said, well i answered your question but you just don't like how i am talking. Too sad, i wanted to use their services again, but not after this! You would think he would stop after that, but surprisingly, he continued to belittle me, so i just said bye and hung up!

Had a reservation to be picked up at JFK on October 11, 2014. Gave them the airline that I was arriving on and the driver went to the wrong terminal. Took him almost an hour to get turned around and get to the correct terminal. Then gave him the hotel name and after driving a long time, I ask him how much longer and he had passed my hotel and didn't even know it. I noticed the hotel on the left side of the freeway and ask him if he missed the hotel. With all this, I was late for an appointment. On the day I returned to my home, I called and talked to the owner and we agreed that I would pay the tolls and split the remainder of the cost. I hadn't even hung up from talking to him and I received an email showing my charges. The only thing that was deducted was the gratuity. I called and emailed several times after that and no response from anyone. I would never use CARSCO, Inc. again. Now I am having to dispute the charge on my credit card statement.

This is the worst car service. Do not use this company! I booked a car service for New Years Eve. I received a confirmation that the taxi was going to be $47. 12 hours before the cab was going to pick me up, they said they did not have that car available and the price was going to triple to $110.00. That is insane. How do you extort people of New Years Eve. This company is promoting Drinking and Driving! Save yourself the time, money and aggregation and book with someone else. The custom service rep that I spoke with, Alicia Hess, was very rude and sarcastic on the phone. How do you change your prices once there is a written confirmation? On top of that, they charged my credit card $258.00 which is neither of the prices. This company is a scam.

i used carsco from jfk to east Hampton li the operator inform me to open my cellphone as I land at the airport.my phone ring and the driver was on the line and inform me that he is waiting for me at the airport and call him when I am ready to leave, the driver arrived 3 minutes after I called was little of traffic at the terminal but he got me but the most important the driver was professional and helpful, the fare was as we agree with no discrepancy, the fare was cheaper by $100 then other company and hybrid car, the truth I taught I will get a bit up car and I will be disappointed, but it was real was very happy ac worked I definitely will use carsco again and recommend that company good luck to you guys

Awesome Car Service! We used them this weekend few trips from Long Island to the city and to the airport - everything went smooth, drivers were all nice, groomed and clean cars. Also prices was lower then our local car service and I love the Prius. Cool.

Had to call last minute to go to airport,dispatch was very accommodating, said car will be there in 20 minutes and it was there when promised with constant texts to me to keep me updated. I was instantly pleased and happy when my driver got out and introduced himself as Marco and helped me with my bag. What a treat it was to be treated like a queen, he was attentive to my every need and chatted with me on the way to airport.I was very comfortable and the car was clean. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to anyone. Ask for Marco, you will be pleased!

. I'm a fair person so I will say the pick up from our house to airport was fine... The trip from airport to home was an utter nightmare. After being one hour late we got picked up by the driver who looked absolutely disheveled and exhausted.. We got into the car and immediately we could tell this was not an experienced or professional driver. He drove between 40 and 55 mph in the left lane swerving getting beeped at and brighted. I asked the man multiple times "are u ok" because he did not seem to be. My wife felt nervous and almost asked me to ask him to pull over. That's not the worst part... After calling 4 times and leaving messages I finally got "management" on the phone. I said multiple times I don't even care about a refund I wanted to let u know that this was not a good experience.. So instead of him apologizing and trying to reason, he yelled over me and tried to argue with me. He kept saying u just want a free ride... I made it clear I did not care about the money.. He still yelled and tried to make light of my experience.. NEVER would I speak to any customer of mine the way he handled me. Not professional at all unfortunately I would never use this company again. I spoke to another manager named Rolly and he was very kind to our issues, he should have been the initial person I spoke to. The other guy should not be talking to customers...

I use CarsCo to get around the city and even in and out of the city all of the time. They are reliable, there is never a waiting time for the driver, and the money I am saving is fabulous!

I discovered CarsCo in American Airlines magazine and have been using them ever since. I come to NY at least once a month and knowing that I have transportation waiting; that I can zip right past the taxi line; and that I will not have a crazy NY Taxi ride to my location, but a friendly, personable driver with whom I feel safe is so important to me.
I've recommended CarsCo to everyone who travels to or from NY; friend or stranger. It also helps knowing a good portion of the fleet is eco-friendly. I drive a Prius myself and know that you not only get great mileage but emit fewer pollutants!
