The item I have bought for my nephew looked a lot softer in the advert than it is in real life, I was quite disappointed and am not sure if i will be giving it to the child. I would rather waste £24 than give substandard to the little boy

Found it impossible to move on to pay for the gift without being forced to purchase a gift bag and box so this was disappointing. I was then emailed to say they didn’t have a gift box or bag big enough for my gift so I asked for it to be removed from my order and explained I hadn’t been permitted to move on without first putting them in the bag. But guess what, I have received a totally redundant gift bag and box in the parcel. No use to me at all. Very disappointing.

There were 2 issues.
1. A couple of days after I ordered the item it was put in the sale for £5 less. I thought about returning it but it was personalised.
2. The box it came in was damaged & labelled, so couldn’t be used to give the gift in. I’m glad I didn’t pay for the box as I wanted to.
