I purchased a golf bag from Muziker, the incorrect bag was delivered. I contacted them by email and they said they would collect it. The bag has been received by them now and I am unable to obtain a refund. They are very poor to respond to emails.
Deeply regret having anything to do with them !!!

got a pair of active speakers and a mixer. got good customer service over the phone. only took 5 working days to arrive. ( live in the uk). beat all uk prices so what's to think about. very good tracking from DHL and DPD. so yes thumbs up.

We have moved to different address. DHL was about to deliver the package to the wrong address. Even though we gave the new address as the delivery address. DHL was about to do this wrong.
I could only indicate to DHL that I would pick it up at a collection point. I could not change the address.
I only had 7 days to collect it.
However, I had no time and was therefore too late. The package went back to Muziker.
Muziker solved it. They have resent the package.
And now with GLS. I received it nicely within a few days after they send it.
That must have cost Muziker money because it was just a very cheap/small purchase.
Super good service. I recommend it to everyone.

I ordered an amplifier from them (a speaker to be exact). Date of delivery was 2 months ago and i still haven't seen it! To this day i don't know if i will, their customer service is unavailable and i can't seem to contact them..

Never used Muziker before however their price was unbeatable by any UK music store. They are one of a number of European shops that have been getting into the UK market. So the keyboard I got travelled across Europe via DPD, arrived safely, and before the stated time. Impressed.

Here is the good:
1. In my case, everything I bought was a good deal and arrived relatively fast.
Here is the bad:
1. Shipping times can be improved.
2. Communication can be improved.
3. The overall client experience can be elevated.
1. Learn to better handle your customers. After some emails exchanged with one of the representatives I was offered a 32£ discount on a product I was interested in buying but they only could have in stock on order. The offer was valid for only two days. Based on the instructions I received I was supposed to place the order, not pay, wait for them to adjust the final price, proceed. As any other consumer I took the bate and placed the order. And then I waited, and waited. Nothing. The price was left the same (of course I contacted them as instructed with order number). You don't want to know their answer.
The lesson here is that once you commit to something, do it. Such actions from your part will make customers who otherwise like you to write bad reviews and move their business somewhere else. If you promise a discount just do it. Even if you changed your mind in meanwhile. Otherwise, it becomes a SCAM.
Do they deserve five starts? Yes and no. But I will give them 5 stars. Why? Well, I feel is the right thing to do. Even if the experience with them was always a mixed hate and love relationship.
I once ordered a device which started to move its shipping day every other day for more a month. I started to hate Muziker but then, I read on Internet that the manufacturer delayed the availability of the item. Based on this I took back my hate and started to love back Muziker. While they refunded me the 500£ right away I still felt not taken care of. I didn't wanted the money back but to wait until the item was available. Or even better, once the product available, to have an option and get it at the same good deal I got it in the first place. But it didn't happen.
If I could help them improve their overall service quality I would.
Will I buy again from them? Probably yes. The products I usually buy don't break easily which means less worry about the need for warranty and support. I guess for me what matters most is the better deal than the post acquisition warranty and support.

I purchased an item from muziker - well priced, but when it failed and I needed to contact customer service - they were very poor. I must have called on the number provided 10 times over 4/5 days. By the time they responded to my email I had already sent the item to the manufacturer. I'm giving 2 stars because I did receive the item. But never again.

Ordered over 400 euro's several items including a Clicgear 3.5 golfcart and a cartbag, two large ites shipped via DHL to the Netherlands. 2 packages arrived within 6 working days and both correctly packaged in new state. Very happy with the products, exactly as expected. Will order again due to low prices and original products.

I placed an order for a Wakeboard with bindings. I found out after ordering that the bindings were too small. I emailed Muziker to advise them of this and see if they could change the bindings for a larger set. They could not. I asked if they had an alternative package and they reverted with a suggestion. However my son didnt like that wakeboard so I asked them to cancel the order and refund the order. The reaction from Muziker was to ship my order ANYWAY. Even after I had cancelled it...... I will now need to pay to return it and just hope I get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ITS NOT WORTH THE PRICE SAVING....

I have ordered a DDJ SX3 controller and some cables for the birthday of my son.
After the payment - it took more than 5 days to have the items shipped - although at the moment of order everything was showing as "shipping today".
After 3 days - I've received a mail from one of they "customer service reps" (I doubt there is more than 1-2 people in this company) - and he told me that on of the cables is not available, and if I accept a different option. I've said yes - and the he did that.
After 3 more days - I've received the confirmation that the order finally left - and was supposed to be sent to me by DHL. Seeing that - although it was more than 6 days after placing / paying the goods - I've sent an email to the "customer service rep" to ask him the DHL tracking no..... No reply for another 3 days....
Finally - yesterday I got a mail from them saying that the items are not available anymore (funny thing is that on their website I was still able to add them in the basket and order them....) - and they will refund me what I've paid....
So far I've not received any of the 1005 Euros I've paid..... Obviously....
So this is a TOTAL SCAM - not sure how other people didn't notice.... They are only interested in getting your money - and disappear....
Will be lodging a police report as well + complains on the local / international authorities. This is clearly not a company that should be left operating!
I've wrote this review - so that other people - naive like me, won't make the mistake again!

Ordered a golf bag. The delivery wasn't fast but not extremely long.
Unfortunately I received the wrong product. I contacted support. They asked me to email them and send some pictures. I did and 2 days later still no reply. I contacted support again and they asked me to fill out an exchange form. Did this aswell and still no reply. The wrong product is just sitting here for 5 days now and I have no idea what to do next.

I bought a fender bass guitar and received it damaged. When I asked for a refund they asked me to cover my own shipping which is very expensive for large items in Denmark (things that exceed 120cm). This means I payed about 10% of the value of the item in shipping taxes for testing out a damaged item. The most expensive bass playing I ever experienced. It's a month now, I still haven't received my refund, just got an email that the refund will be in my bank account soon. I am very disappointed would recommend anyone buy locally or use thomann at least they are serious about customer service. I will not buy anything from them again.

I ordered a piano and a few music books from Muziker on 27th January (order 439500078). I was unsure about ordering such a large and expensive item from a foreign company, however felt reassured straight away when they contacted me almost immediately to inform me one of my piano books was out of stock and would I like to cancel this item. I did but went ahead with the rest of my order.
My order was dispatched two days later on 29th January. Shipping estimation was 3-4 days to UK & Ireland.
Initially I was very pleased with the correspondence I received from Muziker and the contact I had, this however, soon turned to frustration and then despair.
As per delivery emailed instructions, I was expecting my order to arrive quickly so I kept a close eye on the tracking information. I was completely shocked to see that my order had been loaded and unloaded onto planes several times travelling around Solvakia, but a week after dispatch it was still at the original destination.
I contacted Muziker and they were slow coming forth with information of what was happening to my order but indicated it would be on its way within the next week.
I kept on checking the tracking information, but this was not being updated. I contacted the courier company direct and they could not help me and Muziker could only tell me it would be on its way to the UK in the next week.
After 17 days, to my relief, I received a phone call from a delivery driver in Dublin who wanted to arrange to deliver my items. This was finally arranged for 18th February. The delivery driver needed directions to get to my house, so I spoke with him on the mobile phone directing him almost to 100 meters of my house. To my surprise, the deliver vehicle was a HGV. Why on earth would a delivery to a residential address in rural Ireland be attempted in a huge HGV. Unsurprisingly the HGV couldn't get up the lane to my house as the vehicle was too big and almost got stuck in trying to do so. The driver, who was trying to be helpful, said he could unload it and leave it with a neighbour for me to collect later. Although how he thought I could transport a piano to my house, by myself, was a mystery. He also informed me there was considerable damage to the packing of some of my items and it looked as if they had been 'run over'. I was so disappointed. After waiting 3 weeks for my items to arrive, they were stuck in a truck and damaged.
I contacted the courier company in Dublin who confirmed (once the items were back at the depot) the items were damaged. They also indicated if I still wanted to items delivered I would have to pay an additional €200 for them to be loaded onto a smaller van.
I contacted Muziker straight away who replied almost instantly apologising and asked me to send them some correspondence in writing of the details. I did this and have not received contact from Muziker since (this was a week ago). I have emailed them, phoned them and engaged in a live chat online. They haven't replied to my emails and I couldn't get to speak with them on the phone and the online chat was useless, so I am none the wiser.
I have paid muziker €1,183 for items which I have not received and are damaged.
I am not blaming Muziker for the damage to my items, this was clearly done in transit, but I am terribly disappointed in the situation and the lack of correspondence from Muziker since I have asked for a full refund.
I bought this piano, expecting it to be with me at the start of February. It is now 26th February and I have no piano and am €1,183 worse off.
I want to order another piano from another company (I am going to shop locally this time), but I can't do this until I receive my refund, which at the moment is not forthcoming.
So, I would urge you to think very carefully about ordering from Muziker. I thought I could save a few hundred Euro by buying abroad, but what I have got instead is a lot of hassle and no closer to getting the Piano for my children, My son has his grade 4 exam coming up soon and I really feel I have let him down as he is not getting to practice. I should have bought locally and saved myself all the hassle. Something I intend to do when I get my refund.

Never issue refund and simple ignore your emails, forms and other contacts and never respond.
Never ever. There's is amazon, ebay, why i used this shop in "grey" zone with non existent support and 1 poor guy who can't do anything.

After they told me that my guitar is prepared for shipping days in a row, I receive an email telling me that my guitar can not be found on stock, after I ask the day after day where is my tracking number...
