Musicglue had sent me the wrong item but they were very quick, hands-on, and considerate with their response. They quickly sent me the correct item with no extra hoops to jump through. They made it very easy!

Ordered 2 albums from KOKOKO, with signed photo (had to pay extra for photo) shipment doesn't arrive, I complain and hardly get answers from this company.
One month later I asked to send it again, this time with track and trace. Had to pay extra for track and trace.
They said that the option with photo wasn't available anymore, Musicglue told me the would reimburse me for the photo's.
They did not reimburse me and in the meantime almost 2 months passed since I made my order.

Im not normally one for reviews but I felt the poor service had to be mentioned from a large operator.
I have bought some tickets to see The Dead South in London in 2020, I reviewed the order once purchased and it had changed to show Birmingham. If did select Birmingham we all make mistakes, however my other half did the order with me so I'm confident it wasnt our error.
I would have picked up on the error sooner if I had recieved and email of confirmation which was never sent.
As soon as I realised I immediatly contacted the team and asked if they could be transfered and the assistant said this in not possible and wouldnt assit any further and said there is nothing they can do. I even offered an admin fee for a transfer transaction.
The event is 6 months away with plenty of space for all locations, how is not possible to transfer the tickets.
I WILL NOT BE USING MUSIC GLUE AGAIN!!!.

Was a bit confusing initially dealing with three parties regarding tickets to the concert and the vip package, but all worked out in the end. Had a bit of an effort getting the confirmation email, but eventually received it. Overall worked out pretty well. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to attend the show but my daughter and friend had a great experience and enjoyed the gig.

Will wait til December to see if I get my tickets. They are for the libertines! HERES THE GOOD BIT! they said they would change my shipping address after my Slaggy bird ripped my ticketmaster, libertines at barrow lands, ticket clean in half. Tops dogs customer service wise.
